SIN, AND, LOVE (A SERIES: PART TWO)

Even as an athlete must train to WIN, so must the FAITHFUL! We must put on our battle gear, and, prepare our entire beings to WIN against the strongholds of the human condition, of the world, of the deception which shrouds the paths to righteousness!!!

SIN is like a mighty plague, but, with antidotes! It is like a stain on humanity, tainting even the most devout. It is plain that, for some reason, God has permitted sin to enter this world, which has been stated in Romans 5:12-21. His permitting it, however, in no way makes God the author of SIN. We KNOW that original SIN became the standard, and, has NOT let up since, so, one can fairly assume that SIN DOES have something to do with Satan/Lucifer's battle with *GOD* for power; *GOD* has ALLOWED the evil one to have his reign in this world, therefore, SIN would accompany his reign. Romans 5:20-21 says; 20. The law was added so that the trespass might increase. But where sin increased, grace increased all the more,
21. so that, just as sin reigned in death, so also grace might reign through righteousness to bring eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
I find this passage to support the idea that SIN IS of the deceiver, in hopes of tripping us to the point of failing in our quest to come home to *GOD*!!!

MANY people, thus, feel that they are, then, innocent in their SIN, which has a very fine thread of TRUTH, HOWEVER, not so! We are RESPONSIBLE for our own salvation, no one, nor, anything, can take away the intrinsic responsibility for caring for the soul, which belongs to *GOD*, but, was given to YOU to care for, nourish, and, enable growth for! Romans, Chapter 6 has much information concerning our responsibility to AVOIDING, and, LEAVING SIN behind! This IS A VERY IMPORTANT Chapter in the WORD, and, MUST BE taken as is, ONE OF THE MOST POWERFUL INSTRUCTIONS available to redemption!!!

I have said before, SIN is as easy as saying something off the tongue, or, the top of the head, without thinking about consequence, which is WHY, we MUST learn to think before we make mistakes which might be costly to our walk with *GOD*! I KNOW, for sure, that it IS DIFFICULT, and, sorry, time-consuming, BUT, isn't eternal life WORTH ANY DISCOMFORT in the here, and, now? I think so, thus, I will ever learn, that I am MORE SAFE in my journey!!!

So many think that they are above reproach in their baptism, which, IF they WERE living as a TRUE example of CHRIST, would be so, but, really, how many are? Society has lessened the chances, as have the religious leaders of the world, in that, they do NOT make lasting IMPRESSIONS, nor, do they INSIST upon living as is instructed by the WORD! The WORLD, and, the MIND, ARE the TRAPS, can't you see this???

My LOVE of *GOD*, and, from *GOD*, with the COMPASSION, therein, will NOT ALLOW me to sit mute on the sidelines, watching as SIN becomes a raging body of water, drowning the masses! NO! I CANNOT bear to witness the outcome! Therefore, I WILL attempt to REACH as many BEFORE the floodgates are wide open, and, before IGNORANCE of the WORD, takes it's toll!!!

Such subject matter bores so many, which is a shame, but, is partly due to it's IMPERATIVE nature! SIN is nothing to ignore, nothing to balk at, nothing to laugh about, nothing to deny; it IS what it is, dangerous, and, leads to perishing!!!

Have you ever thought about what the world would be like IF we HAD been TAUGHT from infancy, the TRUTHS, the TOOLS, the ADVANTAGES of TRULY walking in *GOD*? What a different world it would, of that I am quite certain! LOVE would prevail, and, SIN would be like the dirt beneath our feet, present, but, not staining our beings!!!
