Nearly half of our nation has determined that 'they' are perfect, and everyone else should be quiet, or lay down, and die!
Now, these presumptuous people don't recall anything they have ever done, or said wrong,
And, only in numbers, do they draw their strength to be bold, to be strong...
Out of their beings spew insult, ridicule, slander, and every kind of derogation; they fly high on pomposity,
Void of regard for the fact that what is of the heart speaks volumes, but, they are soaring on a animus, which deafens them, and veils the eyes capability!
They are not open to discussion, deliberation, or debate,
For they are gripped with an incurable, albeit, self-destructive hate!
For the rest of us, at least we know our oppressors, thus, we have advantage, as well as an idea of the odds against us,
As those seethe in plots of rage, ever adding fuels to the fires they have so pointedly, set; they are so obvious!
It is like watching wildfires, there is hope, but mostly, it must be left to burn out, though the dangers are prevalent;
Be advised, to the hazards, nothing should be lent...
This is a storm of eerie proportions; it increases by the minute; it has persistent damage to overspread,
Leaving us all with little more than havoc, and dread!
For what? Tell us what the mission is! So far, there is nothing sensible, or productive in any of it; in fact, much of it is a grave waste of energy,
Not only that, it is revealing ugly, uncontrolled traits of the self-inclination rampant in humanity!
Which means *GOD* IS RIGHT in teaching us to give up pride, and it's makings; we ARE our own worst enemies,
IF we ignore, abolish, or deny the principles, and standards which allow us to grow, thrive, and reach maturity!
We only have a limited time on this Earth; it is NOT to be squandered, or misused, especially at the cost of each other; listen to me;
NONE of which is transpiring will aid us, advance us, or see us, existing happily!
It IS alright to have opinions, tastes of your own, and convictions, too, yet, when these defy the right for everyone else to have the same,
There IS trouble, contention, hostility, and it becomes one NO WIN, game!
You see, when respect, ethics, tolerance, understanding, kindness, and all those virtuous lessons disappear,
There is NOT anything left, but HELL, down here,
In which case, we eliminate every chance for ANY well-being; the message is clear!!!
