This Tuesday night, at 7 P. M., EST USA, I would like us to pray for the Children, and, Adolescents of this world, whom, ARE the future!!!
LOTS of Children, especially, Adolescents, are without proper instruction, be that about life, advancing, or, *GOD*! MANY Adolescents are LOST; lost to their views of this world, through many circumstances, some caused by bad influences/peer pressures, some by lack of knowledge, some because they became defiant, some because they are rebellious! I can't believe some of the things I have seen, and, heard, from Children, and, Adolescents in these times; it just blows my mind, which, it shouldn't, but, does, partly because I worry for them, and, want them to KNOW what is wholesome, and, good, that, their lives are BLESSED!!!
These Kids have, surely, heard of *GOD*, but, few, are being raised IN HIM, obvious by their disrespect, arrogance, defiance, aggressiveness, and, downright, snottiness! Their main role models are Hip-Hop Artists, Thugs, Pop Stars, Icons, and, cool people surrounding them! At a very young age, in these times, their thoughts are on money, luxury, excuse me, sex, clothes, and, other such, which, pretty much, erases the joys of Childhood! In this city, Hazing is BIG; I have been present when they come through concerts, festivals, or, other public celebrations, some of them are barely 8 years old, running with the older Kids; doing things, which, in my opinion, Kids should never think about, like physically hurting elders, knocking down people, stealing purses, and, on it goes! ALSO, while gangs have been around forever; more, and, more of them are popping up, with members, quite young: I have much to say about this, but, will save it!!!
Look, I was young once too, and, my life was nothing from the Angel books, but, even all I experienced, did NOT have the violence, hatred, well, downright nastiness, which, MANY Children are displaying these days, although, I DID witness it, extensively! These Kids seem bent on being bad, because, that IS the message they have been receiving, via, Television, Video Games, Movies, their chosen role models, hero's, and, so forth! The other day, a Child, all of 5, with a mean look on his precious little face, uttered something, then, threw a rock at my car, which, I know, has been happening, forever, but, there is an underlying animosity showing, in MANY of these tiny little faces, and, their eyes! Just breaks my heart!!!
Then, we have TOO many Children plagued by poverty, hunger, homelessness, illnesses, diseases, and, life threatening conditions! There are JUST SO MANY little ones experiencing enormous suffering!!!
I could go on, but, I am sure, most of you, are aware of what Children, and, Adolescents are up against, in these times! Let us pray for them! Let us, as ONE voice, lift UP to *GOD*, for their safety, healing, and, that, they gain proper instruction, and, knowledge, from where ever!
Oh, let us pray for the Youth of this world, that they are touched BY *GOD*, and, *GODLINESS*, then, let us, as we can, touch them, in LOVE, compassion, and, kindness, in HOPES of them, noticing the necessity of such! *GOD* BLESS, and, BE with us all! My heartfelt 'thank you', to the ones who take time to share Tuesday night Prayers with me, because it is written, thus TRUE: MATTHEW 18:19-20...
19/ Again, (amen,) I say to you, if two of you agree on earth about anything for which they are to pray, it shall be granted to them by my heavenly Father.
20/ For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them."
