The National Weather Service has stated that, in Oklahoma, where the worst damage was done by tornadoes, the alarm systems failed, due to striking lightning, before the storms. They said this is one storm where they gave out STERN warnings, because people whom live in Tornado Alley, as it is called, have grown up with endless warnings, and often, become complacent, when they are warned, and, it worked! They said that they can't issue such strong warnings all the time, but, they KNEW this was a most deadly storm front! Only 6 perished, 4 of them Children, and, around 70 injured, some badly, and, by the looks of it, LOTS of property was damaged. I read that MOST people are in high spirits, because they are alive; HALLELUJAH, PRAISE THE LORD! One Man was in his innermost closet, when a tornado ripped off his roof, and, threw it down in the backyard! 12o tornadoes reported this far, many of which, were classified as category 7, and, one of them had 3 funnels, at one time! We are feeling it, where I live! It is dark, gloomy, rainy, and, very windy!!!You know, we had a VERY mild Winter, and, there were NOT many hurricanes this year, SO, these monster storms are, surely, a part of these factors, as Mother Nature HAS to have balance, in order, that, worse does not become the norm!!!
Now, I turn to asking you ALL to pray for those who lost life, their Families, and, LOVED ones, those who have lost everything, those who are shaken, and, for the quick recovery for all in the path of such forces of Nature, as well as, for the USA, itself, as we are, already, suffering economically, and, the storms we have endured in recent years, the most recent ones, and, the ones yet, to come, ARE affecting the economy, even more so! Most importantly, pray for people to come to *GOD*, through these most difficult times, as HE IS the most viable HOPE, we have! And, PRAISE HIM, in total gratitude, for HIS hand, in the recent disasters; HE WAS PRESENT!!!
Let us KEEP ALL of the people who were in the line of storms, in our thoughts, prayers, and hearts, while LIFTING UP, on their behalf, TO *GOD*! They NEED SO much right now, and, they are going to face some tough times, especially, later, when, the shock wears off, and, the gratitude of being alive, lessens, as they come to terms with having to start all over again, with NOTHING to do so with, save for their need, earnestness, and, hopefully, with FAITH! May *GOD* BE with them, and, BLESS them, in ANY way necessary, that, they can sort through what remains the evidence of their lives, and, find the strength, courage, will, and, ability, to move FORWARD! Yes, let us cradle them, in the SPIRIT of LOVE, keeping the POSITIVE VISIBLE, and, alive FOR them, in the name of CHRIST JESUS, our LORD!!! AMEN!!!
