A TRUE leader, regardless of their post, that is, political, business, Church, or other, HAS influence over others, and therefore understands that via their role, they OUGHT to inspire people to exist, and act responsibly, to take time to consider each pertinent of any matter, or circumstance, to remain calm, compassionate and in accordance to the OPTIMAL solution, or outcome for everyone, BEFORE choices are made, and acted upon; they EMBRACE that they SERVE...
A STRONG leaders agenda is that which PROMOTES well-being, health, thriving, and ALL which brings about change, and growth for the GOOD...
A POWERFUL leader INVOKES sense, and sensibility in others THAT collectively, there are ALWAYS favourable developments, as well as a COMMON goal towards what is right, and just...
A VIABLE leader LEADS people BEYOND the usual, beyond their limits, beyond enticement, beyond all which hinders them, and ultimately, oppresses them...
An EFFECTIVE leader RAISES the bar, so to speak, ENCOURAGING each to REACH their POTENTIAL, LEADING BY EXAMPLE the way to achievement, and fulfillment of ALL which increases WORTHINESS, and to grow PAST whatever has the power to overtake advancement...
A BONAFIDE leader EXPECTS, and EXACTS integrity, morality, virtue, and everything POSITIVE within each being to SURFACE, then to meld into the whole of society, thereby causing reversal of everything which has plagued humanity...
A LEADER is one who LIFTS the world to the POSSIBILITIES OF FLOURISHING, while ever RELYING on the BENEVOLENCE of THE LORD *GOD* to accomplish what is necessary...
The hands, heart, mind, and soul of an EXCELLENT leader, ARE RAISED UPWARD TO THE LORD *GOD* for guidance, direction, strength, courage, innovation, and all needed TO LEAD others past themselves, and through the endless obstacles, trips, and traps placed in the world to keep people down, to ensnare them, to captivate them, and then, to capture them...
Today, many leaders are self-absorbed, uninformed, and TOTALLY NOT aligned to what FURTHERS the success of the people! In their own dysfunction they lead to more dysfunction, raising their hands, and beings in aggression, frustration, anger, and other negatives which lead NOT, instead, hinder, incite, and endanger!!!
It IS wise for each person to ASSESS those they call leaders, or choose to lead, or follow; for just as we never know when we are entertaining angels of *GOD*, we must be wary of aligning to those who will lead us to the top of that slippery slide to eternal suffering!!!
ISAIAH 56: 11...
They are dogs with mighty appetites;
they never have enough.
They are shepherds who lack understanding;
they all turn to their own way,
they seek their own gain.
LUKE 22: 25-26...
25+++And He said to them, “The kings of the Gentiles lord it over them; and those who have authority over them are called ‘Benefactors.’
26+++“But it is not this way with you, but the one who is the greatest among you must become like the youngest, and the leader like the servant.
Desolating judgments are called for; and this severe rebuke of the rulers and teachers of the Jewish church, is applicable to other ages and places. It is bad with a people when their shepherds slumber, and are eager after the world. Let us pray the Great Shepherd to send us pastors after his own heart, who will feed us with knowledge, that we may rejoice in his holy name, and that believers may be daily added to the church.
How unbecoming is the worldly ambition of being the greatest, to the character of a follower of Jesus, who took upon him the form of a servant, and humbled himself to the death of the cross! In the way to eternal happiness, we must expect to be assaulted and sifted by Satan. If he cannot destroy, he will try to disgrace or distress us. Nothing more certainly forebodes a fall, in a professed follower of Christ, than self-confidence, with disregard to warnings, and contempt of danger. Unless we watch and pray always, we may be drawn in the course of the day into those sins which we were in the morning most resolved against.
If believers were left to themselves, they would fall; but they are kept by the power of God, and the prayer of Christ. Our Lord gave notice of a very great change of circumstances now approaching. The disciples must not expect that their friends would be kind to them as they had been. Therefore, he that has a purse, let him take it, for he may need it. They must now expect that their enemies would be more fierce than they had been, and they would need weapons. At the time the apostles understood Christ to mean real weapons, but he spake only of the weapons of the spiritual warfare. The sword of the Spirit is the sword with which the disciples of Christ must furnish themselves.
