MONDAY: THE MIGHT OF MENTALITY...

THANK YOU LORD for a new day, in a new week; and a new season! Everyday there is reason to PRAISE, WORSHIP, and REJOICE IN YOU---

Oh, it is a BEAUTIFUL day; the sun is bright, the temperatures are perfect; and BLESSINGS are right before us! So many reasons to make the heart smile! THE GOOD LORD HAS placed before us endless means to tapping into HIM, and HIS handiworks, and I for one, treasure them always...

This week, I encourage us all to further our understanding, and to develop the ability to FORGIVE, based on MATTHEW 18: 21-35, BECAUSE to forgive is DIVINE, and IS as we have been taught by our LORD whom FORGIVES us, and HAS suffered MORE than we will! GRACE and MERCY as GIVEN by HIM, IS to be given by us, and while, at times it is a HUGE order to fill, it IS within us to master!!!

Forgiveness is not about picking and choosing who, and what to forgive; it is an ONGOING pulse of the Christian heart! *GOD* HAS CHOSEN to forgive, because LOVE is much more POWERFUL than anything else, which then, works FOR the good of all in it's PATH, intending to pull everyone into ITSELF! There are hundreds of reasons for us to forgive, yet the foremost is that THE LORD has bid us to, based on HIS own forgiveness of us!!!

Let us recall for a moment, the times in THE OLD TESTAMENT when *GOD* HIMSELF moved in particular peoples to bring HIS people down a few notches, through various means, such as attacks, enslavement, and so on; some of them quite severe! The point being, we just DON'T have knowledge of HOW *GOD* is working, at any given time, through WHOM, or WHAT circumstance HE might be using FOR the sake of HIS people being brought unto HIM, and so, we see that forgiveness has many levels, and layers that might not be obvious to us, though each WILL work to our favour!!!

*GOD* works in mysterious ways; until after certain things happen, only then can we begin to see HOW the particulars might have DIVINE workings! EACH day there are awful things happening, and sometimes the people, or persons causing them, ARE instruments, which MIGHT be for their own good in the long run, or for someone else who was affected by them! Difficult to grasp onto, and yet, so very true...

We DO have problems forgiving; it is obvious all across the board, yet we EXPECT to be forgiven! This is one of those layers of the flesh which is hard to peel off, but according to THE WILL OF *GOD*, MUST be worked on, improved, and perfected! There are many well-known stories of how people CHOSE to forgive, even after losing their Families, and so on, each of which IS an example for our benefit, and growth!!!

Because of the flesh, we have an easier time hating than LOVING, holding grudges instead of forgiving, and so forth! We HAVE been raised in a negative world, and it IS difficult for us to let go of! But IF we step INTO CHRIST JESUS with more acceptance of HIS WILL, we begin to SEE WHY HIS PRECEPTS work FOR our own good, and well-being, which then, spans forward to others, as LOVE becomes us!!!

There ARE GREAT reasons, and purposes in forgiveness; all POSITIVE, and all HEALTHY! Our LORD has left NOTHING to chance, ALL HE PRESCRIBES HAS been tried, tested, and proven; let us not forget that ALL IS FOR HIS GLORY, and therefore, CANNOT fail, WHEN understood, embraced, and utilized! Those who choose to deny HIS GLORY are as already eradicated, it is just a matter of time, but all who BELONG to HIM ARE a part OF HIS GLORY!!!

Forgiving DOESN'T mean we forget; I don't know that we can forget things which cause us to suffer; INSTEAD, it means we DON'T become YOKED in that suffering, and instead, move FORWARD from it, NOT wallowing in grudges, hate, and other negatives! For instance, we don't forget some of the wrongs our Children might have done as they were growing up, but we DON'T hold these against them, we forgive and move on from there, HOPEFULLY, with ALL involved having LEARNED from said instances!!!

*GOD* SURELY doesn't HAVE to forgive us; just look at our history since the Garden, yet BECAUSE HE IS LOVE, and LOVE IS PURELY POSITIVE, which HE shares FREELY with us, forgiveness IS inclusive! As I said, it is difficult to grasp, and yet, is SO necessary!!!

When we cannot forgive, it is like a poison within our ENTIRE being; it increases in power, overtaking, and afflicting us! It spreads from the heart, all the way through the being, and is bitter as bitter can be, eventually evidenced in all one thinks, says, and does!!!

The worldly mind argues against forgiving, but the heart in *GOD* KNOWS it CAN be done, and IS as it should be!!!

YES, it IS VERY difficult to forgive evil ones, wicked acts, and what is wrong in this world, but we ARE UP to it, THANKS BE TO THE LORD *GOD* WHOM enables us, empowers, and encourages us to do so, as HE LEADS us through and past what is common to the world! One HAS to RELY ON HIM, TRUST HIM, PRAY TO HIM, and COUNT ON HIM while moving on! ALL POWER OVER this world IS found IN THE LORD ALONE, and so, we only have to TURN TO HIM, and HE WILL teach us, strengthen us, and guide us!!!

INTERESTING isn't it, that all we ought to do as we walk towards THE KINGDOM IS most difficult for us to adhere to, and master, and yet, doing so, generates oh, such GLORIOUS results! It is mostly because, as I have said and said, we are raised contrary to HIS WILL, and WAYS, and so, it makes sense that it is not so easy for us! But NEVER forget, we ARE OF THE LORD, and therefore, ABLE!!!

Have a BLESSED and JOYOUS day! BLESS THE LORD BY BEING A BLESSING, and existing IN HIM! Take care, MUCH LOVE, and SHINE ON FOR HIS GLORY!!!
