HEAVENLY INCLINED...: LOVE ONE ANOTHER IN MORE THAN WORD...

Thanksgiving for the LORD's Favor

Psalms 138 (A Psalm of David)
1/ I will praise thee with my whole heart: before the gods will I sing praise unto thee.
2/ I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy loving-kindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.
3/ In the day when I cried thou answeredst me, and strengthenedst me with strength in my soul.
4/ All the kings of the earth shall praise thee, O LORD, when they hear the words of thy mouth.
5/ Yea, they shall sing in the ways of the LORD: for great is the glory of the LORD.
6/ Though the LORD be high, yet hath he respect unto the lowly: but the proud he knoweth afar off.
7/ Though I walk in the midst of trouble, thou wilt revive me: thou shalt stretch forth thine hand against the wrath of mine enemies, and thy right hand shall save me.
8/ The LORD will perfect that which concerneth me:
thy mercy, O LORD, endureth for ever: forsake not the works of thine own hands... AMEN!!!

One CANNOT earn GRACE, it is HIS own ESSENCE; a gift, still, IF one claims to be IN HIS GRACE, we ARE to, or, OUGHT to, be reflections of that GRACE! 2 CORINTHIANS 6:1, tells us not to take HIS GRACE in vain! This means, living in LOVE, morality, ethics, virtue, righteousness, and, spiritual improvement, TOWARDS, spiritual maturity, WHILE, visibly BEING as LIGHTS, beaming OF *GOD*, beckoning the world, TO THE LIGHT! Righteousness MEANS, conduct in conformity with *GOD'S* WILL, and, "Be HOLY because I AM HOLY!", therefore, indicating that knowledge, wisdom, and, effort, DO, apply TO the righteous!!! NEVER forget, we were grafted in, and, if we do not bear fruit, as a dead branch, we will be pruned out, just as were, the natural branches!!!

We are not saved by works, instead, works PROVE HIM in us: they identify HIS own...

IF I claim ONENESS with *GOD*, through CHRIST JESUS, I am DEAD TO THE WORLD, THUS, LIVING as HIM, which is, hopefully, witnessed IN, and, THROUGH, my every thought, action, and, reaction; MEANING, I am, THROUGH CONSCIOUS application OF THE WORD, HIS COMMANDS, HIS WILL, REFLECTING righteousness, not, merely, FAITH! I become, the TRULY FRUITFUL branch, of THE VINE, the TRUE member of THE BODY/THE CHURCH, CHRIST JESUS, and, TESTIFY, then, GLORIFY, BOLDLY, BY my thoughts, actions, and, reactions, HIS name, because, HE IS WORTHY, and, IN HIS LOVE, has SHOWN me, how I OUGHT to exist, to which, I eagerly, adapt, and, comply!!!

MATTHEW 5:48...
So be perfect, just as your heavenly Father is perfect

1 PETER 1:14-16...
14/ Like obedient children, do not act in compliance with the desires of your former ignorance
15/ but, as he who called you is holy, be holy yourselves in every aspect of your conduct,
16/ for it is written, "Be holy because I (am) holy."

ROMANS 12:2...
Do not conform yourselves to this age but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and pleasing and perfect.

Conduct, in conformity to *GOD'S* WILL, marks the righteous; it is NOT because of guilt, or, ancient Laws, but, because of LOVE; LOVE for *GOD*, self, then, others! CHRIST JESUS gave us Commandments to live by, of which, the first is to LOVE *GOD*, with all of your mind, heart, and, soul; the second is, to LOVE one another!

LOVE COMPELS us to LIVE IN HIM, through conduct which conforms to *GOD*; in other words, morality, ethics, doing good, and, being good, and, ever striving to improve the spirit! It is about REFLECTING THE TRUTH, for ALL to bear witness to, FOR, and, TO HIS GLORY, RADIANTLY SHINING OF HIS POWER, GRACE, and, MERCIES!!!

It IS ALL ABOUT LOVE, baby, all about LOVE!!!

MATTHEW 4: 17...From that time on, Jesus began to preach and say, "Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand."

JOHN 14:15..."If you love me, you will keep my commandments.

NOTE: I do not intend to preach, rather to reach; to stir up, awaken, to inspire, and, bring forth, in discussion, that which is, perhaps, dormantly existing in the heart of hearts, thus, little, or, no, sugar coatings, just THE WORD of *GOD*, the TRUTH, along with some of my thoughts. And truth is, I am reminding myself always, as I practice these reminders, in the best of my abilities, and capacities, while RELYING on THE LORD to lead me on that narrow PATH---> MATTHEW 7: 14: "For the gate is small and the way is narrow that leads to life, and there are few who find it... TO *GOD* BE ALL GLORY...

LOVE ONE ANOTHER IN MORE THAN WORD...

The wind is whipping around at 35 m.p.h., creating a wind chill of -20; the true temperature is nearly zero; it is so cold you can see the coldness in the winds, and there isn't an animal to be seen! The weather has been brutal, and wicked for over a week now, with little hope of it moving on soon. There isn't even a squirrel to be found, it is just that cold...

The rich are getting richer, the middle class is being dismantled, and the poor are increasing, daily, as the economy is stuck in a horrible rut, businesses are closing, people are losing work, too many are looking for work, and so, jobs are scarce, and on the decline goes...

Shelters in the area cannot handle the numbers of homeless people seeking reprieve from the weather, there are just too few shelters, and more, more, and more homeless people, which includes many Mother's with Children, and increasing numbers of Grandparents. Many of the homeless worked hard all their lives, and tried desperately to survive, but as the economy worsened, and prices continue to rise, they were forced out into the streets, out into a world of direness, filled with violence, anger, and all the dangers that comprise the world of the streets, which is a far greater nightmare than many imagine, and no place for Mother's, Children, or Grandparents, no way, no way!!!

I am moved to tears in worry of these people; I can't help it, because it doesn't have to be like this, yet, is proving much about humanity! There are ways to help these people, ways to end this, but alas, without compassion, or care, it is more than difficult, but not impossible, because THE LORD IS THE CHAMPION of the lowly, the poor, the downtrodden, and the afflicted! I am standing in belief of HIS touching some whom have the means to assist, and moving them to do so! I am PRAYING with the depths of my heart, and I am working from that point outwards to the world...

At -25, the human flesh freezes in 5 minutes of exposure; just 5 minutes! Those who are weak, physically, and surely the hungry, and homeless ARE weakened, cannot survive such wicked weather! There are Babies who are homeless, and very young Children; should this be their lot in this late date? Should their Mother's have to live in the agony of knowing that they failed to provide, even though they desperately tried? Should anyone's Grandparents, after working so hard all of their lives, but with rising costs, unexpected emergencies, loss of needed incomes, and other such, have to end their lives in dire need? It is more than awful, it is senseless, and just plain wrong...

Such exists because LOVE is NOT the TRUTH of our world, though it is COMMANDED of us, partly for these very reasons! LOVE itself, is perpetually active! ONLY in the human realm, esteem, and condition, is LOVE passive, thus dormant, but even so, it is not stopped!!!

The stories coming from the streets are horrendous; they suffer all sorts of unthinkable abuse from those who don't have any LOVE in them! There are endless stories of the evil at work in the streets against these defenseless people who can't quite help themselves! And there is a frigid indifference towards them, as TOO many imagine that they can help themselves! HOW can they help themselves without the means to do so? They have, or had the will, but circumstances robbed them of that! It is nearly impossible for many of us to find work, let alone someone who has no address, is not put together just so, and on it goes!!!

To say they don't deserve help is cold! To not have compassion for their state is wrong! To say they can do this, or do that, is an excuse not to help! To deny them is to deny LOVE, which is to deny *GOD*, who placed us as caregivers of this planet, and of all therein...

Dear FATHER, who art in HEAVEN, I ask YOU to always place in me, the will, and the heart to care for those who cannot care for themselves! I ask YOU to teach me to put all incidents of possible judging them away, that I can concentrate on their needs, and provide in whatever ways feasible! I ask that YOU empower me, and enable me to do more, in YOUR name, and YOUR LOVE, and to find ways to end some of the senselessness that humanity faces on a daily basis! History has repeated itself, continuously, over, and over again, because we do not place others before ourselves in the LOVE YOU have COMMANDED us to live in, and so, I ask YOU to make me an instrument of YOUR LOVE, that at least some are taken care of, in even the least of ways! It is nearly an impossible work to end the plight against the lowly, but YOU are their CHAMPION, their fortress, their rock, their deliverer, and so, I come to YOU to lead me to assisting as much as I am able to! I thank YOU LORD, for hearing my PRAYERS, and my petition, and for guiding me to doing more! I PRAISE YOU, WORSHIP YOU, and REJOICE in YOUR PRESENCE in our lives, and in YOUR LOVE for us! May I HONOUR YOU with the BEST I can bring forth, in YOUR name, FOR YOUR GLORY, and the good of all! In the name of CHRIST JESUS of Nazareth, I thank YOU in advance for YOUR BLESSINGS in this cause, and what YOU lead me to do! AMEN...
