TRAINING FOR THE CROWN OF LIFE...

‎1 TIMOTHY 4:7...
“Train yourself to be Godly . . Godliness has value for all things, holding promise of the present life and the life to come.”

Training seriously is not easy, requiring dedication, determination, and discipline. The Bible says, “No discipline is enjoyable while it is happening; it is painful! But afterward there will be a quiet harvest of right living for those who are trained in that way.” Hebrews 12:11. You do not try to seem Godly in order to be accepted by God; you train to become Godly exactly because you are accepted by God! Godliness is a right response to grace, in which you have been “accepted in the Beloved,” and therefore live in a Godly manner. Read Ephesians 1:3-8...


I have shared the above for reason! Being *GODLY* is NOT easy, nor, was it intended to be, AFTER Satan became ruler of the world, and, Salvation was granted to everyone! *GOD* LOVES US, INDEED, however, our Salvation came with a price; the price of compliance, and, obedience TO *GOD*, CHRIST, the HOLY SPIRIT, and, THE WORD! We are to be FRUITFUL examples of THIS LOVE, and, GLORIFY *GOD* THROUGH GOOD WORKS, LOVING one another, and, LEARNING ALL we can about *GOD*, Salvation, FAITH, HOPE, and, the list goes on!

Christians are persecuting Christians whom are teaching the FULLNESS of our responsibilities TO the GIFT, CHRIST, the BODY of the CHURCH! Some are taught that they can DO ANYTHING they want, without repercussion, for they have been saved! Salvation is an installment of what is to come FOR those who CONTEND IN the race, and, apply EVERY EFFORT to WINNING the race against the probability of sin, and, sinful living! Salvation forgives you for your past sins, and, those kinds of sins that are not detrimental to your Salvation, but, it does not forgive you for conscious, or, repeated sins, especially sins such as immortality, licentiousness, greed, hatred, and, so forth! It is written that to commit such sins, expecting to yet be saved is to crucify CHRIST all over again, which, IS IMPOSSIBLE, for HE died ONCE for ALL!!!

MATTHEW 10...
“Do not think that I have come to bring peace upon the earth. I have come to bring not peace but the sword."
Why do people cry when they are told that they have responsibility to the covenant? It is written that we cannot have both worlds; we cannot serve two Masters! Why do they hate? Why do they scorn, reject, and, persecute their own Brothers and Sisters? Are such people, REALLY saved??? We are to be LIGHTS for the world, that out of the darkness, *GOD'S* Children can find their way back to HIM, and, to PROVE LOVE! How can we do this with division, dissension, and, other negatives IN the Church? We truly, need to think things through. While CHRIST has said he came to bring the sword, those who are mature spiritually, CAN bring it together in HIS name, and, TO HIS GLORY...

It is NOT that you will EVER perfect your spirit, but, that you have TRIED to! It is NOT that *GOD* doesn't accept you, or, KNOW that you are imperfect, HE does, indeed! It IS that HIS WILL, and, HIS plan, require us to align, and, adhere, mostly, for SAFETY, now, and, especially, in the end times! We are instructed to put on the FULL armor of *GOD*, which requires a LOT of deliberate effort!!!

Too many people look upon the effort to become *GODLY* as boring, suffocating, and, other negatives, however, it is for GREAT reason, and, SAFETY, OUT OF LOVE, that we do so!!! I find it intriguingly challenging, and, it keeps me busy enough to keep me out of the snares all around me! I am closer than I was yesterday, but, will NEVER reach the mark, though, my SINCERE, HEARTFELT, LOVING effort IN HIS name, will grant me the GRACE of security, come that time of reckoning; such IS the promise TO THE FAITHFUL! FAITH is MORE than words, or, thoughts, it is BEING FAITHFUL, and, living FAITHFULLY BY THE WORD; enough that in the end, that FAITH will be honed to a MIGHTY breastplate of resistance, to the wickedly, sure, assaults of the evil one, as, he contends, and, intends to steal, even the well informed, and, the diligent! This is ALL from sound Scripture, and, SHOULD be taken into the heart, there is great reason to do so...
