It will have its way with you, then, leave you on the byway!
NOTHING productive comes from it, NOTHING worthy is found in its design,
It exists, simply, to distort, disturb, and destroy, like a carefully laid mine...
Animosity is NOT a good friend, nor companion; it too, will swallow you whole,
And, leave you with a bitter taste, from the mouth, through to the soul!
Too, aggression can harm you, probably worse than the results when you use it to do damage to others,
ALL negativity, eventually, robs the user, rendering them helpless, as the weight of adversity is heavy, and, smothers...
There is NO logic in hostility, contempt, or malevolence; NOT one iota of rationale;
The outcome of such, traps those employing it, in a certain sort of hell!
Of course it wreaks havoc, and slows down opponents, but if they are wise, and deft,
They are able to move on, while those practicing such, in a web, are left...
When you waste time in drama, in trauma, the good of the hours slips on by,
Thus, if you find little joy, this is why!
The wrong one can do is part of free will, yet, so is doing what is right,
Which, just so you, can make things easy, and light...
Oh people, what does it take for us to see that there is so much more than what we think we know?
How far down into odium must we go?
Are we sure we want to exist in a volatile, underhanded state of mind;
Where we will regret the outcome we find...
Is it honestly, pleasing to loathe most everyone you meet, as well as those you know not?
It seems so bothersome, to into a dark, unprofitable place, be caught!
Once you begin to despise, it morphs into an ugly creature, which will turn back on you,
Believe it, on your own head will fall, all that you do...
Our time here is limited, therefore it ought to be used optimally,
Not exhausted on wielding the weapons of apathy!
Everything we think, say, or do, has consequences, not only for us, but for everyone,
And should we venture into the pit of what is vile, and corrupt, the debacle, may never be undone...
One gains more from existing in what is right, just, and good, than we know,
I am lost at how the bar, went so low!
We have the opportunity to enjoy the moments we are here, to have contentment, and peace,
Plus so much more, but we won't realize anything worthy, if the enmity among us, doesn't cease...
