Locusts have been called forth, and torrential rains have killed the seed!
The lands of plenty which provide for humanity, are hard hit,
From water to livestock to crops, the wrath has begun, thus, our errs, we must quit...
In foolish folly, the majority ignores TRUTH, and what is right,
Pursuing intently, what might bring nothing more, than fleeting delight;
Forgetting from whence comes our help, our strength, along with our ability to survive,
Most only consider the enticements which prove us alive...
There is worse to come if we continue in our present ways,
Beware!, there IS a warning for these days!
Our FATHER who art in HEAVEN has clearly, had enough,
Thus, we will experience what will humble us, and make existence, tough...
Imaging that we are alone to think, do, and say what we will,
Is an invitation for what might teach us, to fulfill!
Throughout history, when people go too far, the HEAVENS, and the Earth quake,
Hailing down lessons, each for our own sake...
THE LORD HAS told us of BLESSINGS, and of curses, too,
HE HAS SHOWN us THE WAY, which will lead us through,
So, when we neglect principles, standards, and that which is good,
HE WILL illustrate, diversely, that we realize, what we should...
UP unto HIM goes the cries of innocent bloodshed, as well as our frequent, unjust acts,
NONE of which can be denied, for they are permanent facts!
We CANNOT mock HIM, nor play HIM, HE IS THE LORD,
RULER over all, and everything, and MIGHTY IS HIS SWORD...
Believing exclusively that which is of the world, or seen, leaves us open to the snare,
Though, it is obvious, that too many, aren't informed, or aware!
UNTIL we are slammed with plagues, pestilence, droughts, floods, or any of many disasters to come,
We will remain complacent, and rather numb...
For those who will listen, or think about was is happening now,
REPENT, and TURN TO *GOD*, while you PRAY HE WILL spare us somehow!
Bind yourself to HIM, to HIS WILL, HIS WAYS, and HIS PLAN,
Acknowledging that HE IS THE SAVIOUR of Man...
Rampantly spreading is evil, wickedness, and lack of care for anyone, or anything,
I tell you, be careful, as a fire is flaring; grave destruction, it will bring!
Hour after hour we reject the possibility,
That there IS more than what is before us, visibly...
WE CAN change the severity of what is coming, BY changing our hearts,
For, from the wrongs within, is how this starts!
There SURELY is opportunity to stay HIS anger; we MUST begin anew,
Allowing the righteousness to flourish, which IS dormant in each of us, true...
Callousness, coldness, and disregard have shaped the minds of more than a few,
Oppressive behaviours have grown like a fungus, our societies through!
LOVE is a joke that renders no laughter; scores ascribe to the negatives of hate,
Void of knowledge of what is derived of it, as the reality, lies in wait...
On the slippery slope, we ARE lining up; we OUGHT to examine this well,
Because we ARE on the brink of firsthand, discovering the dangers of hell!
As long as the sun rises, so can we too, arise to our TRUTH, as we lay down our pride,
Along with all that which is like corrupt, inside...
TODAY IS THE day of reckoning, of coming TO integrity,
THAT tomorrow, we might enjoy, and in it, be free!
Take off the old being, step into the fresh robes of SPIRIT, of gain,
Paying no attention to the signs, is absolutely deadly, and insane,
*GOD* HAS called forth HIS armies, to warn us, that we might come to our senses again!!!
