JUST HOW CRAZY CAN THE WORLD GET???

Can the world get any crazier???---

It can, and it will, as long as the majority remains afar from *GOD*, and from LOVE; and as long as 'the self' is prominent over everything, and everyone else! As long as lies are considered TRUTH; as long as wrongs are considered right; as long as there is violence instead of PEACE; as long as there is rash judgement instead of tolerance, and understanding; as long as there is automatic, and intense hatred; as long as there is disrespect, and disregard; the days will bear the results of human's resistance to what is moral, just, right, and good. It is sad, and it is scary, but we can't say we haven't been warned, or informed...

2 TIMOTHY 3: 1-5 &; 13-17...
1+++But realize this, that in the last days difficult times will come.
2+++For men will be lovers of self, lovers of money, boastful, arrogant, revilers, disobedient to parents, ungrateful, unholy,
3+++unloving, irreconcilable, malicious gossips, without self-control, brutal, haters of good,
4+++treacherous, reckless, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God,
5+++holding to a form of godliness, although they have denied its power; Avoid such men as these.

Even in gospel times there would be perilous times; on account of persecution from without, still more on account of corruptions within. Men love to gratify their own lusts, more than to please God and do their duty. When every man is eager for what he can get, and anxious to keep what he has, this makes men dangerous to one another. When men do not fear God, they will not regard man. When children are disobedient to their parents, that makes the times perilous.  

Men are unholy and without the fear of God, because they are unthankful for the mercies of God. We abuse God's gifts, if we make them the food and fuel of our lusts. Times are perilous also, when parents are without natural affection to children. And when men have no rule over their own spirits, but despise that which is good and to be honoured. 

God is to be loved above all; but a carnal mind, full of enmity against him, prefers any thing before him, especially carnal pleasure. A form of godliness is very different from the power; from such as are found to be hypocrites, real Christians must withdraw. Such persons have been found within the outward church, in every place, and at all times. There ever have been artful men, who, by pretenses and flatteries, creep into the favour and confidence of those who are too easy of belief, ignorant, and fanciful. 

All must be ever learning to know the Lord; but these follow every new notion, yet never seek the truth as it is in Jesus. Like the Egyptian magicians, these were men of corrupt minds, prejudiced against the truth, and found to be quite without faith. Yet though the spirit of error may be let loose for a time, Satan can deceive the nations and the churches no further, and no longer, than God will permit.

13+++But evil men and impostors will proceed from bad to worse, deceiving and being deceived.
14+++You, however, continue in the things you have learned and become convinced of, knowing from whom you have learned them,
15+++and that from childhood you have known the sacred writings which are able to give you the wisdom that leads to salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.
16+++All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness;
17+++so that the man of God may be adequate, equipped for every good work.

The more fully we know the doctrine of Christ, as taught by the apostles, the more closely we shall cleave to it. When we know the afflictions of believers only in part, they tempt us to decline the cause for which they suffer.  

A form of godliness, a profession of Christian faith without a godly life, often is allowed to pass, while open profession of the truth as it is in Jesus, and resolute attention to the duties of godliness, stir up the scorn and enmity of the world. As good men, by the grace of God, grow better, so bad men, through the craft of Satan, and the power of their own corruptions, grow worse. The way of sin is down-hill; such go on from bad to worse, deceiving and being deceived. Those who deceive others, deceive themselves, as they will find at last, to their cost. The history of the outward church, awfully shows that the apostle spake this as he was moved by the Holy Ghost.

1 TIMOTHY 4:1...Now the Spirit expressly states that in later times some will abandon the faith to follow deceitful spirits and the teachings of demons,

2 TIMOTHY 4:3...For the time will come when men will not tolerate sound doctrine, but with itching ears they will gather around themselves teachers to suit their own desires.

JUDE 1:18...when they said to you, "In the last times there will be scoffers who will follow after their own ungodly desires."

We ARE ALL affected by the evil of this world, yet, the Christian OUGHT to be awake, and aware, and knowledgeable, FOR the sake of holding fast TO THE LORD, TO LOVE, TO TRUTH, and TO THE WAY. It WILL be difficult, as we are surrounded by bad, and wrong influences that we almost don't take notice of, because some of it is via people we know, care for, and even admire! Too, though we are taught not to be of the world, and not to love the world, many are, and do! AND in turbulent times, people are known to abandon soundness as discord DOES it's damage, and leads many off THE PATH...

HENCE, we KEEP CHRIST JESUS AS OUR FOCUS, as THE CENTER of our thoughts, and IN our hearts OVER all else, as we FOLLOW HIM, and HIS beautiful nature so as to become more like HIM, despite the unleashing of wickedness before us! THROUGH HIM, HIS WILL, HIS WAYS, and HIS WORD, we ARE enabled, endowed, enriched, enlightened, empowered, and encouraged TO endure, and persevere UNTIL the end...

Suddenly, times, events, and people went into a strange, and dangerous mode in just over a year's time, in which case, bizarre events, and behaviours have kicked into overdrive! It IS a signal, if not a sign, that SHOULD be considered BEFORE it gets worse! Christians NEED to step back FROM all this strangeness, and SEEK THE LORD in all HIS WISDOM, and protection, TO ensure the ability to withstand, and overcome the increasingly strong vacuum of corruption, oppression, falsehoods, and other damaging negatives which ARE hard at work. REMAIN IN THE LORD *GOD*, and HE WILL REMAIN IN YOU...

So yah, things CAN get crazier, and more destructive! Therefore, the knowing cling TO THE LORD, as they resist the world, and it's ways, that we are NOT tossed about, nor sucked in to what IS working stealthily, to take more souls...

NOW IS THE TIME TO SHINE OF THE LORD, for the world IS darkening, more, more, and more, and such IS HIS WILL, FOR HIS GLORY, and the safety of souls! It WILL become more difficult TO SHINE, yet, we HAVE THE POWER OF THE MOST HIGH *GOD* TO strengthen us, and to guide us, AS we fulfill HIS WILL! ONWARD, FORWARD, and EVER TOWARDS THE HOPE, and PROMISES! When the world decreases in LOVE, we increase it! When the world is cold, we are warm! When the world becomes more wrong, we remain right! Whatever the world dishes out, we diminish AS WE exist IN HIM, and THE WAY!!!
