THE WORLD VS STANDARDS & PRINCIPLES...

Extreme, or radical emotionalism gives a sinister life to the tongue, and to actions, which might not have been the initial intent, but once they are used, damage, or worse, has been done---

Today there is a shunning of virtues; that which builds the character, and promotes behaviours which include manners, respect, and regard; AND, it is open season for insult, slander, libel, and well, seems like anything goes! FOR WHAT PURPOSE? Because it is easy to harm others? Or is it because there TRULY IS little, if any regard for our fellowman???

We HAVE been taught since way back when the NECESSITY for good behaviours; such IS that which has allowed us to exist this far! WHEN the standards which we KNOW work for the good, and whole, are abandoned, then hostility begins to seep into the societal system, which WILL lead to mayhem, if unchecked, and if embraced by the majority...

This moment, we witness endless assaults on people, places, and things! People nitpick, judge, and condemn FAR too much, and for what end goal???

THE LORD *GOD* IN HIS WISDOM HAS instructed us TO tame our tongues, TO exist in self-control, TO LOVE, TO care, TO be compassionate, TO be tolerant, TO be understanding, TO forgive, and much, much more, FOR OUR OWN GOOD, as well as the continuance of our presence on this planet! WITHOUT PRINCIPLES, WITHOUT STANDARDS, WITHOUT VIRTUES, WITHOUT GOOD, there WILL be NOTHING more than suffering, pain, agony, unrest, and all which is negatively bound! IS this REALLY what we want???

Nastiness has replaced kindness; many are downright MEAN, angry, and full of animosity towards others; OFTEN void of understanding of what their negative behaviours are about, or what they render, now, and down the line! They are like, caught up in dourness, which they spread in their wake!!!

I am LEARNING from the radical alterations which has hit our societies, and I SURELY see *GOD'S* WISDOM IN teaching us WHY we control ourselves, because if we DON'T, or WON'T, we WILL completely destroy each other; the most absurd, and insane result imaginable FOR what, the right of free will?!! It IS absolute craziness!!!

We ARE MORE ALIKE than not, but for some reason a great many believe they are superior, or unique! Granted, we HAVE differences, but for the most part, we have more in common than we admit!!!

HOW can anyone exist in sustained sourness? In constant hatred of others? It is TOO icky for me, and wastes too much precious time!!!

DOESN'T ANYONE SEE WHAT IS HAPPENING before us? DOES ANYONE CARE? DO WE, SERIOUSLY, want to sit idly by, and let the ugly side of humanity take over the beauty???

Fear IS increasing, as is rashness! Due to the climate of antagonism, there IS an inclination to saying, and doing things VOID of consideration PRIOR TO speaking, and reacting! It ISN'T NORMAL for SO MANY humans to be this volatile, YOU KNOW??!

OBVIOUSLY something IS wrong, and we BETTER get to the root of this NOW, BEFORE it gets so outta hand that we are STUCK IN A WORLD WAY WORSE than we could ever fathom!!!

TURNING TO THE LORD *GOD* IS THE ANSWER, but then, there has been a shift from belief in HIM, for a while now, HOWEVER, those OF HIM, OUGHT to be reaching, teaching, and preaching FOR THE SAKE OF ALL, and their souls, AND that we HEAL the world bit, by bit, from the vicious bite of the enemy who HAS taken FULL advantage of the wrong-mindedness, and bitterness of this time!!!

Partly what has happened IS complacency, AS WELL AS, we have NOT separated ourselves from the world, 2 CORINTHIANS 6: 17...
“Therefore come out from among them and be separate, says the Lord. Touch no unclean thing, and I will receive you.”

It is wrong for believers to join with the wicked and profane. The word unbeliever applies to all destitute of true faith. True pastors will caution their beloved children in the gospel, not to be unequally yoked. The fatal effects of neglecting Scripture precepts as to marriages clearly appear. Instead of a help meet, the union brings a snare. Those whose cross it is to be unequally united, without their wilful fault, may expect consolation under it; but when believers enter into such unions, against the express warnings of God's word, they must expect much distress. The caution also extends to common conversation. We should not join in friendship and acquaintance with wicked men and unbelievers. Though we cannot wholly avoid seeing and hearing, and being with such, yet we should never choose them for friends. We must not defile ourselves by converse with those who defile themselves with sin.  

Come out from the workers of iniquity, and separate from their vain and sinful pleasures and pursuits; from all conformity to the corruptions of this present evil world. If it be an envied privilege to be the son or daughter of an earthly prince, who can express the dignity and happiness of being sons and daughters of the Almighty?

COMPLACENTLY, we melded into the world, which MANY will argue FOR, yet, great problems, and consequences ensue!!!

UNDERSTAND, in this hour, NUMBERS of Christian people ARE engaged in matters of the world; fussing, fighting, judging, condemning, and worse! They ARE speaking, acting, and reacting in ways AGAINST THE LORD, and HIS WILL, AS they consider acceptance by others MORE correct! Such DOES increase wickedness, because IF we HAVE joined it, then WHO is separated from it, FOR HIS GLORY, and the greater good of all??!

GET OUT of harm's way, and INTO THE LORD *GOD*! COME BACK to TRUTH, and let the world KNOW HIM THROUGH YOU! HELP SAVE as many as is feasible BY DOING, and BEING what HE HAS taught us, and BY REFLECTING HIM, also, REMAIN IN HIM, NO MATTER the temptations the world incites!!!

Christians ARE separated IN THAT we HAVE crucified the flesh, and stepped INTO THE SPIRIT, and there IS AMPLE instruction in HOW we ARE to exist in this realm! We are to BE, well, check it out: GALATIANS 5: 19-24...
19+++Now the deeds of the flesh are evident, which are: immorality, impurity, sensuality,
20+++idolatry, sorcery, enmities, strife, jealousy, outbursts of anger, disputes, dissensions, factions, 
21+++envying, drunkenness, carousing, and things like these, of which I forewarn you, just as I have forewarned you, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God. 
22+++But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,
23+++gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law. 
24+++Now those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.

If it be our care to act under the guidance and power of the blessed Spirit, though we may not be freed from the stirrings and oppositions of the corrupt nature which remains in us, it shall not have dominion over us. Believers are engaged in a conflict, in which they earnestly desire that grace may obtain full and speedy victory. And those who desire thus to give themselves up to be led by the Holy Spirit, are not under the law as a covenant of works, nor exposed to its awful curse. Their hatred of sin, and desires after holiness, show that they have a part in the salvation of the gospel. The works of the flesh are many and manifest. And these sins will shut men out of heaven. Yet what numbers, calling themselves Christians, live in these, and say they hope for heaven!  

The fruits of the Spirit, or of the renewed nature, which we are to do, are named. And as the apostle had chiefly named works of the flesh, not only hurtful to men themselves, but tending to make them so to one another, so here he chiefly notices the fruits of the Spirit, which tend to make Christians agreeable one to another, as well as to make them happy. The fruits of the Spirit plainly show, that such are led by the Spirit.  

By describing the works of the flesh and fruits of the Spirit, we are told what to avoid and oppose, and what we are to cherish and cultivate; and this is the sincere care and endeavour of all real Christians. Sin does not now reign in their mortal bodies, so that they obey it, Ro 6:12, for they seek to destroy it. Christ never will own those who yield themselves up to be the servants of sin. And it is not enough that we cease to do evil, but we must learn to do well. Our conversation will always be answerable to the principle which guides and governs us, Ro 8:5. We must set ourselves in earnest to mortify the deeds of the body, and to walk in newness of life. Not being desirous of vain-glory, or unduly wishing for the esteem and applause of men, not provoking or envying one another, but seeking to bring forth more abundantly those good fruits, which are, through Jesus Christ, to the praise and glory of God.

HOW then, can we justify existing IN the flesh, WHEN WE KNOW the difference???

Let us HONESTLY assess ourselves, and get back on track! Let us USE CONTROL; body, mind, heart, and spirit, AS we SHINE OF OUR LORD *GOD*, and aspire to bring others INTO HIM, and THE KINGDOM! TAME EMOTIONS, TAME DESIRES, TAME PASSIONS, TAME THE TONGUE, TAME THE WHOLE BEING, and BE whom HE CREATED you to BE!!!

Ah, let us PRAY, PRAY, and PRAY some more, THAT HE WILL LEAD us past ourselves, and the awful turmoil of these days! PRAISE THE LORD *GOD* ALWAYS, WORSHIP HIS HOLINESS, GIVE THANKS, REJOICE FOR HIS LOVING CARE for us, and HIS PRESENCE, HONOUR HIM BY EXISTING IN HIM, LOVE AS HE HAS LOVED, and JUST BE HIS INSTRUMENT OF RIGHTEOUSNESS; FOR HIS GLORY, FOR the good of all!!!
