To you I say this, IF you KNEW me, IF you took the TIME to get to know me, IF you could ignore the urge to hate BEFORE you LOVE, IF you would just STOP and THINK about your unfair, unjust, unfounded assumptions BEFORE your mistreatment of me, I BET you would LIKE me, and FIND that I AM someone you would WANT to know, and this includes most others!!!!
LORD HAVE MERCY, we are existing in dangerous, and volatile times, MOSTLY BECAUSE TOO many HAVE embraced hatred OVER THE LOVE OF *GOD*! It SEEMS that it is easier to hate than to LOVE by tendencies in this world, and that, dear people, IS SCARY, and WILL lead to even more troubles!!!
It DOESN'T matter what colour your skin is, there ARE MANY opposed to you! Prejudice is NOT exclusive to anyone, anywhere; it IS rampant towards ALL who are different, AND OFTEN, VOID of reason, other than what has been passed down, acquired, or imagined!!!
I CHALLENGE EVERYONE to TAKE the TIME to KNOW someone BEFORE you automatically hate them, or worse! WHAT have you got to lose besides some negativity???
DON'T tell me that I don't know the brunt of prejudice; I HAVE suffered from it most of my life! DON'T tell me ANYTHING unless you KNOW what I have been through! DON'T judge my shoes unless you have walked some distance in them! You see, THIS IS part of the problem; people ARE quick to assume, to be rash, and to discount others!!!
I have never understood HOW people can judge, then hate, a WHOLE group based on SOME of said group; that is unfair to begin with, AND destroys CHANCES to KNOW them for sure, as well as eradicates CHANGE FOR THE GOOD!!!
Unfortunately, prejudice, bias, bigotry, and other negatives exist EVEN IN CHURCHES, WITH Pastors, and others CALLED to GUIDE people TO TRUTH, existing in the same, sometimes even more so! These use a FEW Scriptures TWISTED just so, THAT they find justification FOR their unaligned characters, and behaviours! How readily people sidestep THE COMMANDMENT TO LOVE in order to defend their wrong-mindedness!!!

The one who does not love does not know God, for God is love.
The Spirit of God is the Spirit of love. He that does not love the image of God in his people, has no saving knowledge of God. For it is God's nature to be kind, and to give happiness. The law of God is love; and all would have been perfectly happy, had all obeyed it.
The provision of the gospel, for the forgiveness of sin, and the salvation of sinners, consistently with God's glory and justice, shows that God is love. Mystery and darkness rest upon many things yet. God has so shown himself to be love, that we cannot come short of eternal happiness, unless through unbelief and impenitence, although strict justice would condemn us to hopeless misery, because we break our Creator's laws. None of our words or thoughts can do justice to the free, astonishing love of a holy God towards sinners, who could not profit or harm him, whom he might justly crush in a moment, and whose deserving of his vengeance was shown in the method by which they were saved, though he could by his almighty Word have created other worlds, with more perfect beings, if he had seen fit. Search we the whole universe for love in its most glorious displays?
It is to be found in the person and the cross of Christ. Does love exist between God and sinners? Here was the origin, not that we loved God, but that he freely loved us. His love could not be designed to be fruitless upon us, and when its proper end and issue are gained and produced, it may be said to be perfected. So faith is perfected by its works. Thus it will appear that God dwells in us by his new-creating Spirit. A loving Christian is a perfect Christian; set him to any good duty, and he is perfect to it, he is expert at it. Love oils the wheels of his affections, and sets him on that which is helpful to his brethren. A man that goes about a business with ill will, always does it badly. That God dwells in us and we in him, were words too high for mortals to use, had not God put them before us. But how may it be known whether the testimony to this does proceed from the Holy Ghost? Those who are truly persuaded that they are the sons of God, cannot but call him Abba, Father. From love to him, they hate sin, and whatever disagrees with his will, and they have a sound and hearty desire to do his will. Such testimony is the testimony of the Holy Ghost.
The Internet, despite it's usefulness, HAS become a breeding ground for hate, for negativity, for INCREASED animosity, prejudice, bias, intolerance, and SO much more, as TOO many have used it to vent, to stir up, to nit pik the world to pieces! THE BIBLE IS STILL the GREATEST medium we have FOR the betterment of this existence, and what is to come, but in worldliness we find that which challenges what is right, just, and good!!!
We ARE taught that we are NOT to repay evil with evil, nor insult with insult, but give a blessing instead; for you were called for the very purpose that you might inherit a blessing (1 PETER 3: 9). We ARE taught to ALWAYS exist in LOVE (EPHESIANS 5), and to USE LOVE in ALL it's POWERS FOR HIS GLORY, and the greater good of others! LOVE IS THE WAY; OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN; IT IS THE WAY!!!
Know this; you can still LOVE a person you might not like, or that you don't approve of, as LOVE IS GREATER, but even with this, it is ONLY FAIR to KNOW them as much as feasible BEFORE determination! LOVE IS EXISTING IN TRUTH ACCORDING TO THE LORD *GOD'S* WILL, and COMMANDMENTS, and IF we DON'T exist in LOVE, THEN HOW are we existing IN HIM???
