HEAVENLY INCLINED...: GOOD OVER BAD; RIGHT OVER WRONG; POSITIVE OVER NEGATIVE; PEACE OVER SORROWS: POWER IS WITH US & WITHIN US!!!

Thanksgiving for the LORD's Favor

Psalms 138 (A Psalm of David)
1/ I will praise thee with my whole heart: before the gods will I sing praise unto thee.
2/ I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy loving-kindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.
3/ In the day when I cried thou answeredst me, and strengthenedst me with strength in my soul.
4/ All the kings of the earth shall praise thee, O LORD, when they hear the words of thy mouth.
5/ Yea, they shall sing in the ways of the LORD: for great is the glory of the LORD.
6/ Though the LORD be high, yet hath he respect unto the lowly: but the proud he knoweth afar off.
7/ Though I walk in the midst of trouble, thou wilt revive me: thou shalt stretch forth thine hand against the wrath of mine enemies, and thy right hand shall save me.
8/ The LORD will perfect that which concerneth me:
thy mercy, O LORD, endureth for ever: forsake not the works of thine own hands... AMEN!!!

One CANNOT earn GRACE, it is HIS own ESSENCE; a gift, still, IF one claims to be IN HIS GRACE, we ARE to, or, OUGHT to, be reflections of that GRACE! 2 CORINTHIANS 6:1, tells us not to take HIS GRACE in vain! This means, living in LOVE, morality, ethics, virtue, righteousness, and, spiritual improvement, TOWARDS, spiritual maturity, WHILE, visibly BEING as LIGHTS, beaming OF *GOD*, beckoning the world, TO THE LIGHT! Righteousness MEANS, conduct in conformity with *GOD'S* WILL, and, "Be HOLY because I AM HOLY!", therefore, indicating that knowledge, wisdom, and, effort, DO, apply TO the righteous!!! NEVER forget, we were grafted in, and, if we do not bear fruit, as a dead branch, we will be pruned out, just as were, the natural branches!!!

We are not saved by works, instead, works PROVE HIM in us: they identify HIS own...

IF I claim ONENESS with *GOD*, through CHRIST JESUS, I am DEAD TO THE WORLD, THUS, LIVING as HIM, which is, hopefully, witnessed IN, and, THROUGH, my every thought, action, and, reaction; MEANING, I am, THROUGH CONSCIOUS application OF THE WORD, HIS COMMANDS, HIS WILL, REFLECTING righteousness, not, merely, FAITH! I become, the TRULY FRUITFUL branch, of THE VINE, the TRUE member of THE BODY/THE CHURCH, CHRIST JESUS, and, TESTIFY, then, GLORIFY, BOLDLY, BY my thoughts, actions, and, reactions, HIS name, because, HE IS WORTHY, and, IN HIS LOVE, has SHOWN me, how I OUGHT to exist, to which, I eagerly, adapt, and, comply!!!

MATTHEW 5:48...
So be perfect, just as your heavenly Father is perfect

1 PETER 1:14-16...
14/ Like obedient children, do not act in compliance with the desires of your former ignorance
15/ but, as he who called you is holy, be holy yourselves in every aspect of your conduct,
16/ for it is written, "Be holy because I (am) holy."

ROMANS 12:2...
Do not conform yourselves to this age but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and pleasing and perfect.

Conduct, in conformity to *GOD'S* WILL, marks the righteous; it is NOT because of guilt, or, ancient Laws, but, because of LOVE; LOVE for *GOD*, self, then, others! CHRIST JESUS gave us Commandments to live by, of which, the first is to LOVE *GOD*, with all of your mind, heart, and, soul; the second is, to LOVE one another!

LOVE COMPELS us to LIVE IN HIM, through conduct which conforms to *GOD*; in other words, morality, ethics, doing good, and, being good, and, ever striving to improve the spirit! It is about REFLECTING THE TRUTH, for ALL to bear witness to, FOR, and, TO HIS GLORY, RADIANTLY SHINING OF HIS POWER, GRACE, and, MERCIES!!!

It IS ALL ABOUT LOVE, baby, all about LOVE!!!

MATTHEW 4: 17...From that time on, Jesus began to preach and say, "Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand."

JOHN 14:15..."If you love me, you will keep my commandments.

NOTE: I do not intend to preach, rather to reach; to stir up, awaken, to inspire, and, bring forth, in discussion, that which is, perhaps, dormantly existing in the heart of hearts, thus, little, or, no, sugar coatings, just THE WORD of *GOD*, the TRUTH, along with some of my thoughts. And truth is, I am reminding myself always, as I practice these reminders, in the best of my abilities, and capacities, while RELYING on THE LORD to lead me on that narrow PATH---> MATTHEW 7: 14: "For the gate is small and the way is narrow that leads to life, and there are few who find it... TO *GOD* BE ALL GLORY...

GOOD OVER BAD; RIGHT OVER WRONG; POSITIVE OVER NEGATIVE; PEACE OVER SORROWS: POWER IS WITH US & WITHIN US!!!

We exist in this world, wherein there is negativity abounding, ever opening into a great many troubles for the humans who, for but a short while, inhabit it; yet there IS an alternate side, 'ya know---

HERE'S the thing; there IS a flip side; a POSITIVE, LOVING, CARING, COMPASSIONATE, BRIGHT, and PRODUCTIVE side right within our reach, within our capacities to utilize, within our very design!!!

WHILE what is adverse DOES exist, it IS within our abilities to improve, diminish, and even eradicate it, THANKS BE TO THE LORD *GOD* WHOM HAS SHOWN US THE WAY, and HAS GIVEN US THE NECESSARY MEANS TO DO SO! We CANNOT do so on our own, but WITH HIM, we CAN, and SHALL BE VICTORIOUS OVER what is hell bent on making sure we don't!!!

It always totally blows me away to note that SO many simply relent TO what is wrong in this crazy realm, or allow it to take them down into a rut of deep despair, all which leads to being ruled, even in the least sense, BY what is working against us! WHY DO we permit this to happen, WHEN right before us IS a way through, over, and past???

YES, all combined, the ugly negatives of this world, CAN take a toll on us, BUT we MUST NOT FORGET that for every such thing, incident, condition, circumstance, or situation, THERE IS A FAVOURABLE WAY to survive the onslaught!!!

There is an enemy; first to it's CREATOR, *GOD*, then to us, more than intent on destroying us, body, mind, heart, and soul, whom IS VERY intelligent, knowledgeable, well-versed, cunning, and treacherous, and will stop at NOTHING to CONVINCE us in every afflictive way of our weaknesses, and flaws! And though IMAGINES power equal to *GOD'S*, has only as much power as we give him, as we cower beneath his pressure on us!!!

IN THE LORD, WE HAVE POWER beyond our understanding, but DEFINITELY within our use! Part of the KEY IS to have sight enough to SEE past the gloomy tribulations laid before us; that is TO KNOW that what is RIGHT, JUST, and GOOD, IS FAR GREATER than what opposes *GOD*, and us!!!

In our carnal state, we are weak, we are swayed, we are self-inclined, we ARE all that which causes the enemy, in his plot, greater ease! When we STEP INTO CHRIST JESUS, our LORD *GOD*, SAVIOUR, and HOLY SPIRIT, we ARE strengthened, enlightened, endowed, enriched, empowered, and encouraged THROUGH THE TRUTH, WHICH IS PREDOMINANT OVER the enemy, his tactics, and this world!!!

ONLY what IS OF THE LORD, OF LOVE, OF GOODNESS, OF RIGHTEOUSNESS SHALL remain FOREVER! ALL else WILL be done away with! The world, the enemy, negativity, adversity, evil, wickedness, and everything which opposes TRUTH WILL be kindled, and eradicated eternally! Thus, WHY do we continue to feed into the folly of the enemy, giving him power he does NOT honestly have, except through our allowance of it???

IS it factual that we believe only what we can see, touch, and feel? IF so, we have TRULY cheated ourselves based on lies, and falsehoods! IF this is the case, we have NO ONE to blame but ourselves, for though we KNOW there IS an alternate to the mess in this world, we GAVE it precedence OVER that which SAVES us; THE LORD, HIS WILL, and HIS PLAN to RESCUE us FROM what we would otherwise be chained to!!!

BECAUSE we give potency to the enemy, and the world, EASILY ARE we misled, EASILY are we troubled, EASILY do we fear, EASILY do we cower, EASILY do we resign ourselves to gloom, to doom!!!

One GREAT reason to get to KNOW THE LORD IS to AWAKEN the REAL being, which IS CREATED IN the LIKENESS of *GOD*, NOT in the likeness of the enemy, or the world! Our TRUTH IS that we are NOT OF THIS WORLD, though we be in it for a short while! We ARE CREATED for THE KINGDOM OF *GOD*, NOT this world, hence, we have our citizenship matters all backward! WHEN we awaken to our REALITY, we DISCOVER that the worst coming of this world is NOT ABLE to steal us from our TRUTH! We FIND STRENGTH IN OUR LORD, HIS LOVE, and TRUTH; enough to endure, persevere, and withstand the barrage of wicked schemes the enemy has devised to snare, and trap us!!!

DON'T cave in to fear, to ANY thing of this world which is NOT OF *GOD*; it is as a charade, designed to chain us to this perishing plane! Deception IS as thick as the darkness on this planet, but WHEN we KNOW THE TRUTH, what power has it???

People wonder HOW they can find JOY as the throes of this world increase, but it IS right here, embedded in FAITH, FAITHFULNESS, LOVE, and the will TO BELIEVE, TO TRUST IN *GOD*, and TO RELY ON HIM! JOY WILL BE because we KNOW THE TRUTH! YES, there WILL ever be struggles, and challenges, but we HOLD FAST TO THE LORD, and place EVERY FAITH IN HIS WILL!!!

GIVE POWER TO THE LORD *GOD* ALMIGHTY; it IS HIS ALONE, and LET TRUTH meld with your entire being, first in the heart, and it will continue throughout, and there WILL BE PEACE, and JOY even in the worst of times, as well as the strength, and courage to move ahead IN HIS NAME, FOR HIS GLORY! PRAISE THE LORD ALWAYS, WORSHIP HIS HOLINESS, REJOICE IN HIS LOVING CARE FOR us, WHICH GIVES us HIS POWER enough TO BE VICTORS, just as was HE! HONOUR HIM in all ways, all of your days, and BLESS HIM BY BEING A BLESSING, no matter what! LOVE, LIFT, and PRAY, no matter what; *GOD* IS FAITHFUL, and IS WORKING on our behalf unceasingly! SHINE OF HIM, and SHOW the world THE TRUTH OF POWER!!!
