HEAVENLY INCLINED...: THE COURAGE TO HEAL & TO MOVE FORWARD...

Thanksgiving for the LORD's Favor

Psalms 138 (A Psalm of David)
1/ I will praise thee with my whole heart: before the gods will I sing praise unto thee.
2/ I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy loving-kindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.
3/ In the day when I cried thou answeredst me, and strengthenedst me with strength in my soul.
4/ All the kings of the earth shall praise thee, O LORD, when they hear the words of thy mouth.
5/ Yea, they shall sing in the ways of the LORD: for great is the glory of the LORD.
6/ Though the LORD be high, yet hath he respect unto the lowly: but the proud he knoweth afar off.
7/ Though I walk in the midst of trouble, thou wilt revive me: thou shalt stretch forth thine hand against the wrath of mine enemies, and thy right hand shall save me.
8/ The LORD will perfect that which concerneth me:
thy mercy, O LORD, endureth for ever: forsake not the works of thine own hands... AMEN!!!

One CANNOT earn GRACE, it is HIS own ESSENCE; a gift, still, IF one claims to be IN HIS GRACE, we ARE to, or, OUGHT to, be reflections of that GRACE! 2 CORINTHIANS 6:1, tells us not to take HIS GRACE in vain! This means, living in LOVE, morality, ethics, virtue, righteousness, and, spiritual improvement, TOWARDS, spiritual maturity, WHILE, visibly BEING as LIGHTS, beaming OF *GOD*, beckoning the world, TO THE LIGHT! Righteousness MEANS, conduct in conformity with *GOD'S* WILL, and, "Be HOLY because I AM HOLY!", therefore, indicating that knowledge, wisdom, and, effort, DO, apply TO the righteous!!! NEVER forget, we were grafted in, and, if we do not bear fruit, as a dead branch, we will be pruned out, just as were, the natural branches!!!

We are not saved by works, instead, works PROVE HIM in us: they identify HIS own...

IF I claim ONENESS with *GOD*, through CHRIST JESUS, I am DEAD TO THE WORLD, THUS, LIVING as HIM, which is, hopefully, witnessed IN, and, THROUGH, my every thought, action, and, reaction; MEANING, I am, THROUGH CONSCIOUS application OF THE WORD, HIS COMMANDS, HIS WILL, REFLECTING righteousness, not, merely, FAITH! I become, the TRULY FRUITFUL branch, of THE VINE, the TRUE member of THE BODY/THE CHURCH, CHRIST JESUS, and, TESTIFY, then, GLORIFY, BOLDLY, BY my thoughts, actions, and, reactions, HIS name, because, HE IS WORTHY, and, IN HIS LOVE, has SHOWN me, how I OUGHT to exist, to which, I eagerly, adapt, and, comply!!!

MATTHEW 5:48...
So be perfect, just as your heavenly Father is perfect

1 PETER 1:14-16...
14/ Like obedient children, do not act in compliance with the desires of your former ignorance
15/ but, as he who called you is holy, be holy yourselves in every aspect of your conduct,
16/ for it is written, "Be holy because I (am) holy."

ROMANS 12:2...
Do not conform yourselves to this age but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and pleasing and perfect.

Conduct, in conformity to *GOD'S* WILL, marks the righteous; it is NOT because of guilt, or, ancient Laws, but, because of LOVE; LOVE for *GOD*, self, then, others! CHRIST JESUS gave us Commandments to live by, of which, the first is to LOVE *GOD*, with all of your mind, heart, and, soul; the second is, to LOVE one another!

LOVE COMPELS us to LIVE IN HIM, through conduct which conforms to *GOD*; in other words, morality, ethics, doing good, and, being good, and, ever striving to improve the spirit! It is about REFLECTING THE TRUTH, for ALL to bear witness to, FOR, and, TO HIS GLORY, RADIANTLY SHINING OF HIS POWER, GRACE, and, MERCIES!!!

It IS ALL ABOUT LOVE, baby, all about LOVE!!!

MATTHEW 4: 17...From that time on, Jesus began to preach and say, "Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand."

JOHN 14:15..."If you love me, you will keep my commandments.

NOTE: I do not intend to preach, rather to reach; to stir up, awaken, to inspire, and, bring forth, in discussion, that which is, perhaps, dormantly existing in the heart of hearts, thus, little, or, no, sugar coatings, just THE WORD of *GOD*, the TRUTH, along with some of my thoughts. And truth is, I am reminding myself always, as I practice these reminders, in the best of my abilities, and capacities, while RELYING on THE LORD to lead me on that narrow PATH---> MATTHEW 7: 14: "For the gate is small and the way is narrow that leads to life, and there are few who find it... TO *GOD* BE ALL GLORY...

THE COURAGE TO HEAL & TO MOVE FORWARD...

Even those who are not directly involved in any situation, especially like senseless violence, find it difficult to heal, yet, heal we must, as we CLING TO THE LORD in TRUST, and in the FACT that good DOES exist, just as long as our *GOD* exists---

ONLY WITH *GOD* can we find the strength to heal, and to move forward; we have NO other alternative; at least not one which WILL restore us, and LEAD us TOWARDS what is right, just, and good! All other alternatives are of this world, therefore they ARE deceptive, and fallible, for all which is of this world is geared to destroying our REALITY, which is a soul FREED FOREVER from what would chain it to the awful fate of this perishing plane!!!

Knees are knockin', hearts are broken, tears are fallin', wails reach the HEAVENS, and still we MUST find the courage to go on, even as we forgive, and seek the good! Anxiety IS high, tensions are increasing, and LOTS of negativity IS weaving itself into our beings, HOWEVER, the people OF *GOD* DO have options to all this mess, and ARE ENABLED to RISE from the snares of destruction before us! We HAVE to realize, acknowledge, and remember 24/7 THAT what is happening, IS designed to shake us loose, to confuse us, daze us, and cause us to question THE TRUTH! The enemy IS most devious; his arsenal WILL last UNTIL THE LORD'S DAY; in the meantime those OF THE LORD NEED to REMAIN IN *GOD*, HIS WILL, and HIS WORD, regardless of the increase of wicked evil, and closer laid snares, KNOWING, and BELIEVING that *GOD* SHALL LEAD us PAST all this, and our own emotions!!!

FAITH, and FAITHFULNESS HAVE to BE honed, immovable, and rock solid, BECAUSE the enemies of this time SURELY WILL DO ANYthing feasible to diminish our grip on THE LORD! KEY to healing IS courage; let us look into JOSHUA 1: 9...
"Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous! Do not tremble or be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go."

Joshua must himself be under command; no man's dignity or dominion sets him above the law of God. He is to encourage himself with the promise and presence of God. Let not the sense of thine own infirmities dishearten thee; God is all-sufficient. I have commanded, called, and commissioned thee to do it, and will be sure to bear thee out in it.

When we are in the way of duty, we have reason to be strong and very bold. Our Lord Jesus, as Joshua here, was borne up under his sufferings by a regard to the will of God, and the commandment from his Father.

Now, let's go to ISAIAH 41: 10...
'Do not fear, for I am with you; Do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, surely I will help you, Surely I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.'

God speaks with tenderness; Fear thou not, for I am with thee: not only within call, but present with thee. Art thou weak? I will strengthen thee. Art thou in want of friends? I will help thee in the time of need. Art thou ready to fall? I will uphold thee with that right hand which is full of righteousness, dealing forth rewards and punishments.

There are those that strive with God's people, that seek their ruin. Let not God's people render evil for evil, but wait God's time. It is the worm Jacob; so little, so weak, so despised and trampled on by every body. God's people are as worms, in humble thoughts of themselves, and in their enemies' haughty thoughts of them; worms, but not vipers, not of the serpent's seed. Every part of God's word is calculated to humble man's pride, and to make him appear little in his own eyes. The Lord will help them, for he is their Redeemer. The Lord will make Jacob to become a threshing instrument. God will make him fit for use, new, and having sharp spikes. This has fulfillment in the triumphs of the gospel of Christ, and of all faithful followers of Christ, over the power of darkness.

God has provided comforts to supply all their wants, and to answer all their prayers. Our way to heaven lies through the wilderness of this world. The soul of man is in want, and seeks for satisfaction; but becomes weary of seeking that in the world, which is not to be had in it. Yet they shall have a constant supply, where one would least expect it. I will open rivers of grace, rivers of living water, which Christ spake of the Spirit, Joh 7:38, 39.

When God sets up his church in the Gentile wilderness, there shall be a great change, as if thorns and briers were turned into cedars, and fir-trees, and myrtles. These blessings are kept for the poor in spirit, who long for Divine enlightening, pardon, and holiness. And God will render their barren souls fruitful in the grace of his Spirit, that all who behold may consider it.

*GOD* HAS GIVEN us the spirit of LOVE, and SELF-CONTROL, and so, fear MUST NOT rule our beings (2 TIMOTHY 1: 7)! We CAN DO ALL things through HIM who strengthens us (PHILIPPIANS 4: 13)! We ARE enlightened, enabled, enriched, endowed, empowered, and encouraged BY THE LORD *GOD* ALMIGHTY, thus, we SHOULD take to heart, THE POWERS inclusive TO FAITH, and FAITHFULNESS! There are 100 BIBLICAL references to COURAGE, and 100 to HEALING, in which there are many hundreds more to interlace the messages of BEING STRONG IN THE LORD, and moving forward in HIS NAME!!!

I KNOW how difficult it is, I AM a very sensitive being; I FEEL the agony of the world, and I AM affected by almost every wrong! NO matter all this, I STAY IN HIM, and RELY ON HIM TO lead me past, and to renew my will to meet what is to come!!!

HEBREWS 12: 12...
Therefore, strengthen the hands that are weak and the knees that are feeble,

A burden of affliction is apt to make the Christian's hands hang down, and his knees grow feeble, to dispirit him and discourage him; but against this he must strive, that he may better run his spiritual race and course.

Faith and patience enable believers to follow peace and holiness, as a man follows his calling constantly, diligently, and with pleasure. Peace with men, of all sects and parties, will be favourable to our pursuit of holiness. But peace and holiness go together; there can be not right peace without holiness.

Where persons fail of having the true grace of God, corruption will prevail and break forth; beware lest any unmortified lust in the heart, which seems to be dead, should spring up, to trouble and disturb the whole body. Falling away from Christ is the fruit of preferring the delights of the flesh, to the blessing of God, and the heavenly inheritance, as Esau did. But sinners will not always have such mean thoughts of the Divine blessing and inheritance as they now have. It agrees with the profane man's disposition, to desire the blessing, yet to despise the means whereby the blessing is to be gained. But God will neither sever the means from the blessing, nor join the blessing with the satisfying of man's lusts. God's mercy and blessing were never sought carefully and not obtained.

This realm WILL challenge us, and even more as evil increases, which is happening because people have fallen into the lies, and falsehoods used to ensnare them, and have caved in, or resigned themselves to this troubled valley! The days WILL be full of that which might cause us to stumble, but we turn TO THE LORD, and HOLD FAST, while PRAYING, PRAISING, WORSHIPING, and even REJOICING, as well as HONOURING HIM BY BEING as HIS REFLECTION in this darkening world! Let us MAINTAIN an ENCOURAGED state of existence, regardless of what the hours bring; it IS FOR HIS GLORY, AND for the good of others that we do so! WHY should we be taken under by what is wrong, when what is right IS nearby, and SHALL endure OVER all else!!!
