People are tiring of the violence, of the multiple faces of evil, and wickedness which plague this world; yes, they are! HOWEVER, we HAVE to BRING more LOVE, as well as what is right TO the table THAT we might diminish what is going on! YEP, we NEED to SHARE *GOD*, SHARE HIS LOVE, SHARE COMPASSION, SHARE UNDERSTANDING, SHARE TOLERANCE, and SO much more!!!
IMPOSSIBLE does NOT exist IN THE LORD; thus it should not exist in HIS people! What is negative, wrong, and bad, well, let's take a deeper look into this:
Evil is not a thing; it is a lack or privation of a good thing that God made. As Christian philosopher J. P. Moreland has noted, “Evil is a lack of goodness. It is goodness spoiled. You can have good without evil, but you cannot have evil without good.”
Goodness has existed as an attribute of God from all eternity. While God is perfectly holy and just, He is also perfectly good. Just as God has always existed, so too has goodness as it is a facet of God’s holy character. The same cannot be said for evil. Evil came into being with the rebellion of Satan and subsequently entered the physical universe with the fall of Adam. As Christian apologist Greg Koukl has said, “Human freedom was used in such a way as to diminish goodness in the world, and that diminution, that lack of goodness, that is what we call evil.”
When God created Adam, He created him good, and He also created him free. However, in creating Adam free, God indirectly created the possibility of evil, while not creating evil itself. When Adam chose to disobey God, he made this possibility a reality. The same scenario had previously played out when Satan fell by failing to serve and obey God. So it turns out that evil is not a direct creation of God; rather, evil is the result of persons (both angelic and human) exercising their freedom wrongly.
While evil is certainly real, it is important to recognize that evil does not have existence in and of itself. Rather, it only exists as a privation (or a parasite) on the good. It exists in the same way that a wound exists on an arm or as rust exists on a car. The rust cannot exist on its own any more than cold can exist without the existence of heat or darkness can exist without the existence of light.
Although what I pasted here is only part of the whole, it IS enough to better understand WHY what is negative works against THE LORD *GOD*, and us! FREE WILL HAS ALWAYS been a TOOL the enemy USES, and TWISTS to our disadvantage, as well as to blind, and deafen us! FREE WILL HAS ALWAYS been the OPTION between what is good, and what is not! FREE WILL HAS ALWAYS allowed our choices to prove the heart of hearts; that is, our truth from the core! It will either prove us right, or wrong; WITH the possibility along the way, of the wrong in us BEING made right, and yes, even the right in us being made wrong, as our CHOICES prove us, especially in the end...
In these times, it SEEMS that what is wrong, bad, evil, and wicked IS overtaking what is right, just, and good, but it ISN'T UNLESS we ALLOW it to, and become complacent, or resigned TO it, or we cave into it, and/or we take on it's dysfunctions in that senseless belief of can't beat it, join it!!!
Some days I feel like a weeping fool; the world is SO wrong-minded, and SO violent, HOWEVER, I NEVER relinquish my hold on THE LORD! NO! I go through, while I PRAY, and while I RENEW my FAITH, as well as RETAIN what good exists within me, as I SHARE HIM in as many ways as is feasible with others in my path, and I REJOICE THAT I HAVE THE LORD to TURN to, because without HIM, WHAT is there but awfulness?!!
People are asking WHEN all the violence, hate, and wrong is going to end, but it WON'T end UNTIL *GOD* REPLACES that which does not really exist save for the power we give it! UNTIL *GOD* and HIS TRUTH, which IS ALL THERE IS, RULES this realm, we WILL continue in the woes of this world, and there WILL be more to come! UNTIL POSSIBLE OVER-RIDES impossible, we will be tossed about, and left bewildered by the negatives of this world! UNTIL LOVE OVERTAKES the majority, hate will show it's hideous face! UNTIL we 'GET' that we DON'T have to exist in the worst, it will slap us around! UNTIL we STOP being SO easily sidelined by what we GIVE power to OVER *GOD*, we will be lost, fearful, and hindered! UNTIL we GIVE *GOD* ALL POWER, ALL LOVE, ALL OUR HEART, ALL OUR TRUST, ALL OUR GOOD, ALL OUR FAITHFULNESS, we WILL be challenged by the enemy who INTENDS to chain us to our faltering!!!
This ISN'T LIFE, this is the world; LIFE is YET TO COME FOR those who endure IN THE LORD *GOD* until the end; another area we need to retrain our minds to be comfortable with!!!
IF we ARE IN CHRIST JESUS, we are FREED IN HIM BY the shackles this world aims to chain us with, BECAUSE WE KNOW we are NOT of this world, we ARE OF HEAVEN, and heirs TO THE KINGDOM, AND SO, we SHOULD NOT fear what is of the world, instead we should REVERE, and STAND IN AWE of THE ONE to WHOM the soul BELONGS, THE LORD *GOD* ALMIGHTY! We OUGHT to be existing IN HIM, in SPIRIT, and TRUTH, with our eyes, thoughts, actions, and reactions FOCUSED UPON HIM, NOT matters of the world, because matters of the world WILL, given the opportunity, suck us in, and under in a nano-second, SO, we HAVE TO CENTER, and FASTEN, WITH ALL OUR BEING, ON THE LORD, HIS WILL, HIS WAYS, HIS WORD, THAT we ARE LED through, and past all this! It is like this; if you always walk around with your eyes trained on distraction, IN that distraction, you WILL be distracted TO the point of stumbling, tripping, and the possibility of being trapped! On the other hand, if your FOCUS is UPON THE LORD, HIS SPIRIT WILL not only teach you, and guide you, it WILL PROTECT you!!!
It IS all SO simplistic, but due to our worldliness, it has been made complex, SO that we ARE INATTENTIVE TO THE TRUTH, as the enemy and his lies, falsehoods, deceptions, and delusions KEEP us confused enough to OBSTRUCT what IS PLAIN, and TRUE!!!
AWAKEN! BE ALERT! LEARN THE TRUTH, and ALLOW IT TO OVERTAKE your EVERY sense! KNOW THE POWER OF *GOD* which IS THE ONLY REAL POWER in existence, and RELY ON HIS POWERS for EVERYTHING necessary TO LIFE, now, and forever! PRAISE HIM, WORSHIP HIS HOLY NAME, REJOICE IN HIS LOVING CARE, and HONOUR HIM BY STEPPING INTO your REALITY, which IS GOOD, RIGHT, JUST, POSITIVE, WHOLESOME, HEALTHY, and RENEWING! All else IS fading, and IS perishing, and WILL take us into even worse, eternally, than what we are experiencing, and witnessing today! THE TRUTH WILL FREE YOU, BELIEVE and RECEIVE!!!
