Our LORD, and SAVIOUR, CHRIST JESUS, the rejected KING of KINGS, came in TRUTH, IS TRUTH, and REMAINS TRUTH, though HE suffered even unto death because the world rejects that which has not been woven of worldly ideals, and ways...
It was VERY difficult for those who considered themselves experts of THE LAW to receive THE LIVING WORD, for they could not figure out where HE came from, nor by whose authority HE was acting in, despite HIM having told them, and giving them signs, as well as wonders which amazed them, but since such was NOT of the world, it was hard for many to believe, and to ascribe to! Yes, they were moved by HIS teachings, and HIS ways, yet, because HE came to Earth a simple, unadorned Man, with common roots, they judged according to the world...
Those who DO receive HIM ARE the ones HE came to reach, although HE would really like to reach everyone, NOT everyone would like to be reached, for stubborn are they, in their worldly ways...
The time is nearing for HIS MISSION to be fulfilled, but not quite; and so, HE makes use of time by teaching, curing, and performing miracles enroute, FOR THE GLORY OF THE FATHER, and FOR THE GOOD OF THE PEOPLE, and FOR THE SAKE OF HIS SPIRIT indwelling in all who would receive HIM...
Though HE was, and is frustrated with those who challenge HIM, those who rebuke HIM, those who reject HIM, HE does NOT condemn, for HE KNOWS they have already condemned themselves in doing so! HE walked the Earth in search of those who BELONG to HIM, and while being compassionate towards all, HIS WORK was, and is, to bring HIS into THE KINGDOM, for without HIM, we are lost, and endangered...
BLESSED IS THE LORD CHRIST JESUS, who WILLINGLY gave HIS ALL for us! May we EVER step deeper INTO HIM, HIS WILL, HIS WAYS, HIS WORD, and HONOUR HIM BY BECOMING the TRUTH of our REALITY! We ARE citizens of HEAVEN, NOT of this world, and though we journey through this world, as did our LORD, we are CALLED to remain unshackled, unchained to what is of the world, WHILE being made whole according to HIS LOVE, and WILL! PRAISE THE LORD *GOD* ALMIGHTY! WORSHIP HIS HOLINESS! REJOICE IN HIS LOVE FOR US! BE THANKFUL, GRATEFUL, and APPRECIATIVE, then HONOUR HIM BY BEING ALL HE bids of us!!!
14+++But when it was now the midst of the feast Jesus went up into the temple, and began to teach.
15+++The Jews then were astonished, saying, “How has this man become learned, having never been educated?”
16+++So Jesus answered them and said, “My teaching is not Mine, but His who sent Me.
17+++“If anyone is willing to do His will, he will know of the teaching, whether it is of God or whether I speak from Myself.
18+++“He who speaks from himself seeks his own glory; but He who is seeking the glory of the One who sent Him, He is true, and there is no unrighteousness in Him.
19+++“Did not Moses give you the Law, and yet none of you carries out the Law? Why do you seek to kill Me?”
20+++The crowd answered, “You have a demon! Who seeks to kill You?”
21+++Jesus answered them, “I did one deed, and you all marvel.
22+++“For this reason Moses has given you circumcision (not because it is from Moses, but from the fathers), and on the Sabbath you circumcise a man.
23+++“If a man receives circumcision on the Sabbath so that the Law of Moses will not be broken, are you angry with Me because I made an entire man well on the Sabbath?
24+++“Do not judge according to appearance, but judge with righteous judgment.”
Surely it was as agreeable to the design of the sabbath to restore health to the afflicted, as to administer an outward rite. Jesus told them to decide on his conduct according to the spiritual import of the Divine law. We must not judge concerning any by their outward appearance, but by their worth, and by the gifts and graces of God's Spirit in them.
