Time was drawing near for HIS mission to be fulfilled. HIS teachings were increasing, more intense, and the Disciples/Apostles were performing more of their duties; healing, curing, and leading the people to THE LORD...
Signs, and wonders followed in HIS footsteps, and even the most doubtful were curious of this Man whom was astonishing the peoples of the lands, as well as revealing the wickedness of the hearts of the existent religious leaders, whom from early on, had designs to trip, and trap HIM, that they might rid of HIM once, and for all! Their plots, and ploys burned as obsession, yet they were not aware that this also, was part of THE PLAN to SAVE the world...
Since early times prophets had spoken of, and written of CHRIST JESUS, as *GOD* revealed HIS PLAN to ULTIMATELY take those who BELONG to HIM from the grips of those who intend to chain them to the world! NOTHING which *GOD* has spoken will be lost to the ways of the world, despite the great number who listen but do not hear, those who notice but do not see, and those who deny, or defy TRUTH!!!
THE LORD'S enemy, our enemy HAS done a bang up job of distorting TRUTH, blinding the world, deafening us, and otherwise keeping us so distracted, so enticed, so deceived that more than not are endangered! Thus, *GOD* HAS ALWAYS provided the world with those willing to share THE TRUTH, HIS WORD, HIS WILL, HIS WAYS, and to be productively promoting righteousness, THAT even one more might find their way to CHRIST, our LORD, and SAVIOUR!!!
ALL Christians ARE Disciples/Apostles in that EACH exists FOR HIS GLORY, and for the sake of those who are lost, wayward, downtrodden, and shrouded from TRUTH! Our work CANNOT be realized IF we are NOT knowledgeable, or understanding enough to allow HIM to work in us, through us, and around us! Thus, CONSTANT study, learning, embracing, and utilization OF what HE has set before us to grasp, and use IS crucial TO the souls of others, and TO HIS GLORY!!!
LUKE 6: 40...
"A pupil is not above his teacher; but everyone, after he has been fully trained, will be like his teacher.
Though full and exact returns are made in another world, not in this world, yet Providence does what should encourage us in doing good. Those who follow the multitude to do evil, follow in the broad way that leads to destruction.
The tree is known by its fruits; may the word of Christ be so grafted in our hearts, that we may be fruitful in every good word and work. And what the mouth commonly speaks, generally agrees with what is most in the heart. Those only make sure work for their souls and eternity, and take the course that will profit in a trying time, who think, speak, and act according to the words of Christ. Those who take pains in religion, found their hope upon Christ, who is the Rock of Ages, and other foundation can no man lay. In death and judgment they are safe, being kept by the power of Christ through faith unto salvation, and they shall never perish.
Just because *GOD* SO LOVES us as to offer us Salvation, does NOT mean HE turns a blind eye, or ear to all we think, say, or do---
HE IS paying attention, and WILL chastise us, make us learn lessons, shape, form, and mold us, over, and over, and over again, BECAUSE HE DOES LOVE us, and KNOWS our REALITY, which is NOT patterned after anything in this world, INSTEAD, IS premised upon what is HOLY, RIGHT, JUST, and GOOD!!!
The bar, standards, principles, and expectations ARE LIFTED FOR HIS OWN, as they ARE, IN TRUTH, CREATED for LOFTY, and HIGH existence, according TO HIS WILL, and GLORY!!!
It IS within us, IF we are of THE MOST HIGH LORD, TO achieve growth, and development which DISTINGUISHES us, and SETS us apart; we only have to stop resisting what IS natural TO our existence, and ALLOW HIM to do HIS thing in us!!!
Frankly, I would really question it, if I hadn't noticed any IMPROVEMENT, or GROWTH, or UNDERSTANDING, and just kept on in the ways past! Seriously, I would wonder IF THE SPIRIT was in me, if I was yet thinking, saying, and doing the things I once did!!!
WHY do we battle the GOOD change, so often, and so fervently, which righteousness does wrought? As I said, it could be the enemy is distorting TRUTH, could be we are not quite ready, could be one of many things, but one reason most notable is the longing to cling to both the world, and TO THE LORD!!!
IF we are OF CHRIST JESUS, we are a NEW being, and the old has died! Our TRUE LIFE IS IN HIM, and LIKE HIM, we become, more, more, and more! This is only done through our HONEST, and HUMBLE ALLEGIANCE TO HIM, and our HEARTFELT need towards HIS WILL OVER ours! We HAVE to KNOW CHRIST JESUS as much as is feasible, and expect THE SPIRIT to lead us to knowing even more! We CAN'T simply claim HIM, and NOT be altered BY HIM, because we ARE being MADE into HOLY vessels WORTHY of THE KINGDOM, and it is NOT for our gain, instead for the gain of other souls, and HIS GLORY, which we count as being THE most imperative matter of all!!!
BEAUTIFUL CHRIST JESUS PAID such a price for us, and we find it SO difficult to step into HIS eternally embedded footsteps! HE NEVER said it would be easy, HE said to ENDURE, and PERSEVERE, and PATIENTLY REMAIN IN HIM! We MUST STAND FIRM UNTIL the end, and HE KNOWS the challenges all too well, for HE EXPERIENCED them HIMSELF, HOWEVER, HIS TEACHING SHOWS us THE WAY TO REALIZING THE VICTORY!!!
Caution MUST be in place; we MUST guard ourselves; we MUST PREPARE for what is to come, and without KNOWLEDGE, without HIM, we might be shaken out of our FAITH, and FIDELITY! Thus, we ARE CONSISTENT IN learning, and most importantly, ANCHORING this knowledge WAY DOWN DEEP in the spirit, THAT we CAN resist what WILL attempt to shake us loose!!!
ONE second of doubt, or disbelief, come times when all hell is breaking loose WILL see many being shaken loose!!!
In this HOLY Easter season, let us RENEW OUR PASSION FOR THE LORD, HIS WILL, HIS PLAN, and step UP into our partnership in HIS COVENANT! The WHOLE BIBLE IS premised upon this, and IS useful FOR us, and our safety, as well as our growth, and production!!!
