I see you have plans to dump more snow, and sub-zero temps on us, day after day;
I have nothing against you, I really don't, yet, you haven't been very kind this year,
In fact you have been so cold, for so long, we are suffering around here...
I realize that balance is key; that there is purpose for what you have brought forth,
But, couldn't you, even just slightly, move farther up North
Where this blasting belongs? I don't mean to complain,
Still, your strength has left a lasting mark, I can't keep quiet, my concern, I can't restrain...
Your power has reached a great many this time around,
And, in your presence, great trouble does abound!
In all my life, I have never seen you so prevailing, so robust,
It has been weeks, my patience is bust...
I admire your beauty, your function, and I know you hold goodness in your wake,
But, I think we are deserving of even the slightest break!
Endure, I will, though I had the need to discuss this with you,
While I PRAY to *GOD*, that your unleashing, is nearly through...
Take care, Winter, I have gained more respect for your ways,
Certainly, greater appreciation for the sun's rays!
Sorry if I seem upset with you, it is nothing personal, I am weary, you see,
Longing for comfort, warmth, and everyone's safety...
