What did you learn this week? Anything imperative? Myself, I learned to appreciate *GOD'S* WAYS a bit more, seeing the necessity of HIS WAYS, FOR the GOOD of us ALL! I gained more insight to letting go of useless matters, and, to find the usefulness of each gift of a day! I learned that I am nearing a new door, and, am expectantly awaiting what is on the other side! I learned that, life can change drastically, in a second, minute, and, hour, thus, what good can be taken from this day, MUST be taken, because this good, is what carries us through!!!
My heart is yet heavy for all the suffering around me, and, as I view the photos, and, videos of the destruction; I am praying that they WILL get everything resolved BEFORE the Winter woes come to make it worse! It is different for those of the Caribbean, they don't have the kind of harsh Winter's like the Eastern Seaboard of the USA, has, and so, it is imperative that all that needs to be done, is done QUICKLY!!!
The sun was shining today, the first time since the storm! It is pretty chilly, and, some of the winds remain, but, all is fairly normal! PRAISE THE LORD!!!
This is the first weekend in months, that I have nothing obligatory to do:))) I am SO relieved! YAYYYYYYY, it was a tough few months, always on the go, but, it is past, and, I am looking forward to a few weeks of normalcy, before the HOLYDAY rush begins! Weekends are PRECIOUS to me; they are like a mini vacation from the usual, and, I am skilled at making them just right for ME:))) There is just SOMETHING special in the hours of the weekend...
I am definitely going to the Cider Mill, to get some yummies! I am going to make the biggest, baddest Dutch Crumb apple pie I can; drink some cider, and, chomp on some apple doughnuts:))) I LOVE the smells, sights, and, sounds at the Cider Mill; there are crafts people with their booths, cinnamon roasted almonds, hay stacks, straw, more, and of course, all the yummies inside the Mill:))) A Fall delight, indeed!!!
Weekends, ah, weekends! THE LORD was absolutely WISE in commanding a day of rest, 'ya know? If HE needed a day of rest, just imagine what it does for us!!!
Have FUN, ENJOY, get some REST, PRAISE, WORSHIP, REJOICE, and, EXALT HIS HOLY name! Thank HIM, be grateful for what you have, and, feel HIS LOVE, rich in BLESSINGS, rich in health, rich in well-being, and, rich in WHOLESOMENESS! MUCH LOVE dear people of this life, may you find the PEACE that accompanies a close walk with HIM, and, be sure to spread HIS LOVE to all in your path! Take care, and, *GOD* BE with us ALL!!!
