*GOD* IS LOVE, therefore, LOVE is HOLY, and, quite different from our carnal, mortal, LOVE, though, it does not have to be...
That LOVE which is of *GOD*, HOLY LOVE takes care of it's own, as well as all outside itself; from beginning to end, and, all between! HOLY LOVE has been what existence is premised upon; holding within itself, powers of wholesome goodness; it is beneficial, productive, ever-growing, and, the glue of all of CREATION!!!
The PROOF of HOLY LOVE is best illustrated through CHRIST JESUS, whom came to experience life, with it's trials, and, errors, then, laid down HIS own life, that we might find life! This is evidence of the UNSELFISHNESS of HOLY LOVE, and, establishes the guidelines by which we are to pattern ourselves after, in thought, in action, in heart!!!
Carnal LOVE is premised upon SELF, or, the egocentric self; seeking gratification FOR self, whereas, HOLY LOVE seeks gratification for ALL in it's path!!!
Human LOVE does not easily EXTEND, EXPAND, nor, EXPOUND of itself, as, it is restricted by self-inclination, therefore, regardless of how LOVING one might be, IF they have not yet discovered HOLY LOVE, the LOVE they know is limited, thus, is not far reaching, thus, unlikely to deliver them from err!!!
HOLY LOVE delivers us from err, as it is that which LEADS us to *GOD*, and, HIS WAYS; TEACHING us of HIS WILL, and, SHOWING us that LOVE IS imperative to all in existence! HOLY LOVE is, well, let us begin to open up it's breadth by reading 1 CORINTHIANS, CHAPTER 13...
1/ If I speak in human and angelic tongues but do not have love, I am a resounding gong or a clashing cymbal.
2/ And if I have the gift of prophecy and comprehend all mysteries and all knowledge; if I have all faith so as to move mountains but do not have love, I am nothing.
3/ If I give away everything I own, and if I hand my body over so that I may boast but do not have love, I gain nothing.
4/ Love is patient, love is kind. It is not jealous, (love) is not pompous, it is not inflated,
5/ it is not rude, it does not seek its own interests, it is not quick-tempered, it does not brood over injury,
6/ it does not rejoice over wrongdoing but rejoices with the truth.
7/ It bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.
8/ Love never fails. If there are prophecies, they will be brought to nothing; if tongues, they will cease; if knowledge, it will be brought to nothing.
9/ For we know partially and we prophesy partially,
10/ but when the perfect comes, the partial will pass away.
11/ When I was a child, I used to talk as a child, think as a child, reason as a child; when I became a man, I put aside childish things.
12/ At present we see indistinctly, as in a mirror, but then face to face. At present I know partially; then I shall know fully, as I am fully known.
13/ So faith, hope, love remain, these three; but the greatest of these is love.
LOVE is inclusive to POSITIVITY, in fact, it reiterates positive occurrences, actions, growth, and, expansion! Carnal LOVE, as is illustrated above, is partial, thus, it is limited, HOWEVER, WHEN we COME to *GOD*, HOLY LOVE begins to take root in us; this I KNOW for sure, and, while it IS difficult to convey to humanity, it IS felt throughout the being, and, reaches for all within our breadth as well! It is AMAZINGLY empowered, and, enables a person to HEIGHTS they could never hope to reach without it!!!
HOLY LOVE is so inclusive TO all wholesome goodness that IF WE lived in this LOVE, as we have the opportunity, and, tools to do so, ALL negatives of this world would be eradicated! YES! It IS true, for as you see above, LOVE is kind, it is NOT self-seeking, it does not boast, it does not hold account of wrongs, it does not keep score, and, it is not rude, proud, nor, envious, INSTEAD, it protects, hopes, trusts, encourages, provides, and, it NEVER, EVER fails, no matter what! Look, IF we lived as *GODLY* people, IN LOVE, the community of LOVE WOULD provide for all, and, everything! We were BORN INTO COMMUNAL OBLIGATION, which IS the gist of LOVE, in which, we have grossly failed, but, it is NEVER too late; never!!!
*GOD* does not say, "You do not LOVE ME, therefore, I do not LOVE you!", NO WAY! *GOD* LOVES constantly, consistently, without pause, without fail, without NEED for reciprocation! Carnal LOVE thrives on reciprocation, and, CONDITIONS, such as the egocentric being demands! Carnal LOVE has a difficult time LOVING the world, for it does not KNOW the world, the world has done little, if anything for it, and, so forth! HOLY LOVE does NOT hold CONDITIONS, it merely IS, and, keeps on being, DESPITE the world's lack of it, in understanding, and, sharing of it!!!
Since I have began to feel this HOLY LOVE, which has been developing in me for some time, I can SEE clearly, MY responsibility to the COMMUNITY of life! I can see that UNLESS I LOVE, life is nothing but sorrow, and, pain! I can see that unless I pattern my life after that HOLY LOVE of *GOD*, I am not going to mature, know happiness, PEACE, or, other positives which HAVE THE POWER to ASCEND my being, then, my soul!!!
I believe with all of my being, that I LOVE *GOD*, therefore, as I LOVE HIM, I also, must LOVE you, and so, this is the pulse of my days. This cannot be done PARTIALLY, or, with PARTIALITY, it has to be exacted as *GOD* would LOVE us, patient, tolerant, kind, forebearing, with perseverance, and, forgiveness, for ALL, without falter! Very difficult for us to accomplish, still, we must NEVER relent, for *GOD* does not relent in HIS LOVE! We must ALWAYS STRIVE to become as *GOD*-like as is feasible, for EFFORT is great in the equation!!!
This LOVE, this HOLY LOVE, is not easily explained, instead, is better understood through observation of those whom, by example, and, action, from the inner being, outwardly, express the whole of LOVE, through their lifetimes. Such people ARE quite visible, just watch as they GIVE, and, ENCOURAGE, and, SUPPORT, and, PROVIDE in all instances as they journey, VOID of the necessity of praise, or, reward, or, reciprocation! Such people exist for the BETTERMENT of life for ALL, NOT for self!!!
The subject of HOLY LOVE is NOT discussed enough, it is NOT stressed enough, it is NOT displayed enough, even though, IT IS FASCINATING information, and, TOTAL EMPOWERMENT! It baffles me that more people aren't 'getting it', as, it IS the SINGLE most imperative state to strive for, BECAUSE, LOVE IS the TRUTH of *GOD* ALIVE, and, the flourishing of HIS SPIRIT, which is all inclusive, and, far more rewarding than ANY THING found upon this Earth, or, in this life!!! AMEN!!!
