And such IS that which separates(ed) from THE LORD *GOD*, as selfishness IS pride!!!
CHRISTMAS IS A TIME TO GIVE; though that doesn't mean only in tangibles! Some of the most revered gifts are intangible, but real, and impacting. This includes kindness, compromise, forgiveness, a building up of others, and well, that which touches deep inside, and continues giving!!!
In these stubborn, obstinate, hostile, and volatile times, we would be wise to consider the core of giving, and the crux of LOVE, which by the way, is NOT limited to a few, but exists for ALL! You see, LOVE doesn't speculate if another is worthy of it, as ALL ARE, and even though some might rub us the wrong way, or oppose us, or be in direct contrast with us, LOVE YET PREVAILS, as it is NOT prejudiced, biased, nor does it discern, or discriminate; such IS THE WAY OF THE LORD *GOD*, and HIS LOVE which HE GIVES to us, and TEACHES us! Enmity derives of selfishness, of self-absorption, of self-inclination, of egocentricity, and therefore, has NO place in the heart, mind, voice, or actions of a Christian; though it takes time, and diligence! We LEARN to LOVE as THE LORD LOVES, THROUGH HIS LOVE, and practice of HIS WILL, and WAYS! It ISN'T easy for us, but IS imperative, IS sound, and IS THE OPTIMIZER we lack in this chaotic, troubled world! LOVE eradicates that which keeps us on edge, and endangered!!!
CHRISTmas IS ABOUT CHRIST JESUS, and HIS GIFT OF LIFE to the world; that is anyone who opts to receive it! The beginning of gifting in celebration, began with HIM too, as the Magi brought gifts unto HIM, and we attempt to reciprocate HIS GIFT, still, it went WAY beyond overboard! SO many people can't celebrate CHRISTmas like others do, and this is where the gift of HEART comes into play; we SHOULD be giving to those who have less, or nothing, NOT so much to those who already have, and this means in diverse ways, not merely in tangibles!!!
Yes, we have viable enemies in this world, just as our SAVIOUR, CHRIST JESUS did, but you KNOW HE yet LOVED them, and did NOT treat them badly, or wrongly; HE simply, if HIS LOVE was not received, moved forward IN LOVE! There are SO many lessons which would serve us extremely well within the whole of LOVE, but alas, it seems to be one of the least favoured subjects of most, unless it serves the individual in some way, BECAUSE too many can't let themselves get past the limited, conditional LOVE of the world, to step into the GLORIOUS, UNENDING, POSITIVE, and REWARDING LOVE of THE LORD *GOD*!!!
This HOLY season IS ABOUT LOVE via THE LORD *GOD*, and HIS PLAN to salvage humanity! LOVE IS, WAS, and EVERMORE SHALL be, even if all on this Earth reject it, and destroy themselves because they did so! Our souls SHALL exist forever, and THE OPTIONS we have, ARE to have them enjoy eternal PEACE, and JOY, or eternal torment! Without LOVE, the option is clear!!!
HOW I PRAY for a way to be able to click in as many as is feasible, the DESIRE to LOVE aright, and to KNOW WHY this IS the most advantageous choice over all! It doesn't happen overnight, and it IS a PROCESS of perfecting it, but the DESIRE initiates, then motivates enough to practicing, embracing, and continually doing so! You have to see by now, that the ONE thing the world lacks most, IS LOVE!!!
1 JOHN 2: 10-11...
10+++The one who loves his brother abides in the Light and there is no cause for stumbling in him.
11+++But the one who hates his brother is in the darkness and walks in the darkness, and does not know where he is going because the darkness has blinded his eyes.
The command to love one another had been in force from the beginning of the world; but it might be called a new command as given to Christians. It was new in them, as their situation was new in respect of its motives, rules, and obligations. And those who walk in hatred and enmity to believers, remain in a dark state. Christian love teaches us to value our brother's soul, and to dread every thing hurtful to his purity and peace. Where spiritual darkness dwells, in mind, the judgment, and the conscience will be darkened, and will mistake the way to heavenly life. These things demand serious self-examination; and earnest prayer, that God would show us what we are, and whither we are going.
7+++Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God.
8+++The one who does not love does not know God, for God is love.
9+++By this the love of God was manifested in us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world so that we might live through Him.
10+++In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins.
11+++Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another.
12+++No one has seen God at any time; if we love one another, God abides in us, and His love is perfected in us.
13+++By this we know that we abide in Him and He in us, because He has given us of His Spirit.
14+++We have seen and testify that the Father has sent the Son to be the Savior of the world.
The Spirit of God is the Spirit of love. He that does not love the image of God in his people, has no saving knowledge of God. For it is God's nature to be kind, and to give happiness.
The law of God is love; and all would have been perfectly happy, had all obeyed it. The provision of the gospel, for the forgiveness of sin, and the salvation of sinners, consistently with God's glory and justice, shows that God is love. Mystery and darkness rest upon many things yet. God has so shown himself to be love, that we cannot come short of eternal happiness, unless through unbelief and impenitence, although strict justice would condemn us to hopeless misery, because we break our Creator's laws. None of our words or thoughts can do justice to the free, astonishing love of a holy God towards sinners, who could not profit or harm him, whom he might justly crush in a moment, and whose deserving of his vengeance was shown in the method by which they were saved, though he could by his almighty Word have created other worlds, with more perfect beings, if he had seen fit.
Search we the whole universe for love in its most glorious displays? It is to be found in the person and the cross of Christ. Does love exist between God and sinners? Here was the origin, not that we loved God, but that he freely loved us. His love could not be designed to be fruitless upon us, and when its proper end and issue are gained and produced, it may be said to be perfected. So faith is perfected by its works. Thus it will appear that God dwells in us by his new-creating Spirit. A loving Christian is a perfect Christian; set him to any good duty, and he is perfect to it, he is expert at it. Love oils the wheels of his affections, and sets him on that which is helpful to his brethren. A man that goes about a business with ill will, always does it badly. That God dwells in us and we in him, were words too high for mortals to use, had not God put them before us. But how may it be known whether the testimony to this does proceed from the Holy Ghost? Those who are truly persuaded that they are the sons of God, cannot but call him Abba, Father. From love to him, they hate sin, and whatever disagrees with his will, and they have a sound and hearty desire to do his will. Such testimony is the testimony of the Holy Ghost.
IN LOVE there is NO self-inclination; others are more important! IN LOVE there is NO disrespect, or disregard without basis, it is understood that we are all in this together, NONE, NOT ONE better than the other, and that we share much more in common than not! IN LOVE there is NO gossip, slander, libel, bullying, or any other harmful behaviour directed towards another, ESPECIALLY when it is unwarranted! IN LOVE there IS a STRIVING to exist in PEACE, harmony, and unity, FOR the good of all! LOVE TRULY empowers ALL, and endows us as we embrace, and utilize it! There is NOTHING more powerful besides THE LORD *GOD*, than LOVE, but then, HE IS LOVE!!!
THE LORD *GOD* ALMIGHTY, CREATOR of ALL, and EVERYTHING, IN HIS UNDYING, and PURE LOVE, brought forth CHRIST JESUS, THE EXEMPLAR OF LOVE, to offer us LIFE ETERNAL, and in that, abundance such as we shall never know in this world! Therefore, we OUGHT to be humbled by HIS GIFT OF LOVE, as well as inspired TO also, meld into the POWERS of that LOVE! NOTHING is more lacking on Earth, than is LOVE!!!
Let us take the meaning of the CHRISTmas season, DEEP into the being, and let it guide us through the days, months, and years of our time in this realm! Let us PRAISE HIM FOR HIS LOVE, and WORSHIP HIS HOLINESS, as we HONOUR HIM BY adapting TO HIM, HIS LOVE, HIS WILL, and HIS WAYS, FOR HIS GLORY, and the greater good of all, and everything! Let us REJOICE FOR THE LIGHT HAS COME INTO THE WORLD; THE LIVING WORD; THE TRUTH, and THE WAY THROUGH HIS ONLY begotten SON, and let us FOLLOW HIM, our SAVIOUR, our KING, our LORD! Let us ever put the SELF behind us, and take on THE SPIRIT, and it will be good with us!!!
MERRY CHRISTmas, of which today is the 2ND day! On CHRISTmas Day, *GOD* GAVE us CHRIST JESUS, today, HE GAVE us the OLD, and NEW TESTAMENTS; THE BIBLE! Each GIFT of the 12 Days of CHRISTmas holds knowledge for understanding, and spiritual GIFTS which guide, direct, lead, protect, and provide for us! Let us therefore, be THANKFUL, and grateful unto HIM, as we CELEBRATE IN TRUTH, and SPIRIT, today, tomorrow, and forever! HALLELUJAH, EMMANUEL! *GOD* IS WITH US; THE LIGHT IS KNOWN, AMEN! May we also, GIVE the GIFT(S) of CHRISTmas, TO HIS GLORY, and for the sake of souls!!!
