TRUE WISDOM IS ONLY obtained through *GOD*, fear of HIM, LOVE of HIM, and others, and honest allegiance TO HIM! Sure, there is worldly wisdom, but, this isn't enough to lead anyone RIGHTEOUSLY through this valley of the shadow of death; instead, it blinds humanity to further believing in their own powers over that of THE LORD, their MAKER! It promotes arrogance, and many other behaviours which take one farther from TRUTH, and SALVATION...
Worldly wisdom tends to open up to egotism, and assumptions of being self-reliant, self-important, and more, WHICH IS WHY THE LORD has CHOSEN the foolish of the world to shame the wise (1 CORINTHIANS 1)! TRUTH IS we have NO power of our own, except for that to chain ourselves to the world, or to choose to exist forever in THE KINGDOM! WITHOUT *GOD*, there is NOTHING, we have nothing, and we are nothing! ONLY IN HIM, and WITH HIM CAN we ARISE, and step into our reality, which IS of SPIRIT, and NOT of the flesh!!!
Humans waste an entire lifetime on this Earth seeking that which is material, or grants them esteem, or whatever, WHEN there is NOTHING more imperative than seeking *GOD*, WISDOM, LOVE, and all which is good FOR us, and others! Strength in the physical realm is NOT strength enough to endure, and persevere as we navigate this woeful, evil world; this strength comes DIRECTLY FROM THE LORD *GOD*, AND PROVIDES for us completely...
Imaginations enticed by the wicked ruler(s) of this world, convinces many that this world IS theirs, and that their every need, and want IS to be fulfilled, when the FACT IS, that this world and ALL in it, BELONG TO THE LORD *GOD* ALMIGHTY, and exists FOR HIM, HIS WILL, and HIS PLAN! MANY have had their senses shrouded by the lies, and falsehoods of this world, and are blind, and deaf to anything which is contrary, especially to their SAVIOUR! This is all to the glee of the evil ruler, and his many workers of inequity, but even they KNOW, their time is coming when TRUTH SHALL cast them aside eternally!!!
FREE WILL we have, and in it, lies the CHOICES necessary for ETERNAL LIFE, or death! It IS crucial that ALL understand this, and therefore, seek the WISDOM needed to make the right choice!!!
Too, SO many take time for granted, and think that they have enough in store to do what they want, then, to make things right! We NEVER know when our time might end! Foolishness and folly accompany TOO many, and so, we MUST ALWAYS be reminded, and roused TO TRUTH!!!
I read the WHOLE BIBLE, and various ones at that, as there are LOTS of omitted, or denied messages which pack a punch, and serve great purpose in awakening understanding enough TO cause one to THINK, then to act...
BARUCH 3: 14-38...
14+++Learn where prudence is,
where strength, where understanding;
That you may know also
where are length of days, and life,
where light of the eyes, and peace.
15+++Who has found the place of wisdom?
Who has entered into her treasuries?
16+++Where are the rulers of the nations,
who lorded it over the wild beasts of the earth,
17+++made sport of the birds in the heavens,
Who heaped up the silver,
the gold in which people trust,
whose possessions were unlimited,
18+++Who schemed anxiously for money,
their doings beyond discovery?
19+++They have vanished, gone down to Hades,
and others have risen up in their stead.
20+++Later generations have seen the light of day,
have dwelt on the earth,
But the way to understanding they have not known,
21+++they have not perceived her paths or reached her;
their children remain far from the way to her.
22+++She has not been heard of in Canaan,
nor seen in Teman.

the merchants of Medan and Tema,

high and immeasurable!

renowned at the first,
huge in stature, skilled in war.
27+++These God did not choose,
nor did he give them the way of understanding;

perished through their own folly.
29+++Who has gone up to the heavens and taken her,
bringing her down from the clouds?
30+++Who has crossed the sea and found her,
bearing her away rather than choice gold?

nor has at heart her path.

The one who established the earth for all time,
and filled it with four-footed animals,
