Thanksgiving for the LORD's Favor

Psalms 138 (A Psalm of David)
1/ I will praise thee with my whole heart: before the gods will I sing praise unto thee.
2/ I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy loving-kindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.
3/ In the day when I cried thou answeredst me, and strengthenedst me with strength in my soul.
4/ All the kings of the earth shall praise thee, O LORD, when they hear the words of thy mouth.
5/ Yea, they shall sing in the ways of the LORD: for great is the glory of the LORD.
6/ Though the LORD be high, yet hath he respect unto the lowly: but the proud he knoweth afar off.
7/ Though I walk in the midst of trouble, thou wilt revive me: thou shalt stretch forth thine hand against the wrath of mine enemies, and thy right hand shall save me.
8/ The LORD will perfect that which concerneth me:
thy mercy, O LORD, endureth for ever: forsake not the works of thine own hands... AMEN!!!

One CANNOT earn GRACE, it is HIS own ESSENCE; a gift, still, IF one claims to be IN HIS GRACE, we ARE to, or, OUGHT to, be reflections of that GRACE! 2 CORINTHIANS 6:1, tells us not to take HIS GRACE in vain! This means, living in LOVE, morality, ethics, virtue, righteousness, and, spiritual improvement, TOWARDS, spiritual maturity, WHILE, visibly BEING as LIGHTS, beaming OF *GOD*, beckoning the world, TO THE LIGHT! Righteousness MEANS, conduct in conformity with *GOD'S* WILL, and, "Be HOLY because I AM HOLY!", therefore, indicating that knowledge, wisdom, and, effort, DO, apply TO the righteous!!! NEVER forget, we were grafted in, and, if we do not bear fruit, as a dead branch, we will be pruned out, just as were, the natural branches!!!

We are not saved by works, instead, works PROVE HIM in us: they identify HIS own...

IF I claim ONENESS with *GOD*, through CHRIST JESUS, I am DEAD TO THE WORLD, THUS, LIVING as HIM, which is, hopefully, witnessed IN, and, THROUGH, my every thought, action, and, reaction; MEANING, I am, THROUGH CONSCIOUS application OF THE WORD, HIS COMMANDS, HIS WILL, REFLECTING righteousness, not, merely, FAITH! I become, the TRULY FRUITFUL branch, of THE VINE, the TRUE member of THE BODY/THE CHURCH, CHRIST JESUS, and, TESTIFY, then, GLORIFY, BOLDLY, BY my thoughts, actions, and, reactions, HIS name, because, HE IS WORTHY, and, IN HIS LOVE, has SHOWN me, how I OUGHT to exist, to which, I eagerly, adapt, and, comply!!!

MATTHEW 5:48...
So be perfect, just as your heavenly Father is perfect

1 PETER 1:14-16...
14/ Like obedient children, do not act in compliance with the desires of your former ignorance
15/ but, as he who called you is holy, be holy yourselves in every aspect of your conduct,
16/ for it is written, "Be holy because I (am) holy."

ROMANS 12:2...
Do not conform yourselves to this age but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and pleasing and perfect.

Conduct, in conformity to *GOD'S* WILL, marks the righteous; it is NOT because of guilt, or, ancient Laws, but, because of LOVE; LOVE for *GOD*, self, then, others! CHRIST JESUS gave us Commandments to live by, of which, the first is to LOVE *GOD*, with all of your mind, heart, and, soul; the second is, to LOVE one another!

LOVE COMPELS us to LIVE IN HIM, through conduct which conforms to *GOD*; in other words, morality, ethics, doing good, and, being good, and, ever striving to improve the spirit! It is about REFLECTING THE TRUTH, for ALL to bear witness to, FOR, and, TO HIS GLORY, RADIANTLY SHINING OF HIS POWER, GRACE, and, MERCIES!!!

It IS ALL ABOUT LOVE, baby, all about LOVE!!!

MATTHEW 4: 17...From that time on, Jesus began to preach and say, "Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand."

JOHN 14:15..."If you love me, you will keep my commandments.

NOTE: I do not intend to preach, rather to reach; to stir up, awaken, to inspire, and, bring forth, in discussion, that which is, perhaps, dormantly existing in the heart of hearts, thus, little, or, no, sugar coatings, just THE WORD of *GOD*, the TRUTH, along with some of my thoughts. And truth is, I am reminding myself always, as I practice these reminders, in the best of my abilities, and capacities, while RELYING on THE LORD to lead me on that narrow PATH---> MATTHEW 7: 14: "For the gate is small and the way is narrow that leads to life, and there are few who find it... TO *GOD* BE ALL GLORY...

LET THE SEASON OF LOVE OPEN UP TO MORE; MUCH MORE...

Hey there! I have NO excuse; I simply, have been really tired, and was feeling run down, so, I took time to replenish my being! This CHRISTmas season was a tough one on me; don't know why; guess with the loss of a LOVED one, and extra people coming for CHRISTmas Eve took it's toll on me, although I have certainly enjoyed it. Anyway, looking forward to the New Year; *GOD* willing---

Do you make resolutions? I don't so much, but I sort of map out a game plan, if you will, of matters which need improvement, and things I would like to accomplish! Plans always seem to complicate things, plus, they often fall short, so, I decided once upon a time, not to make many of them. I am kind of a free falling Woman; to some degree, I go with the flow, leaving room for THE LORD to do HIS thing. A stringent, regulated lifestyle just ain't me...

I am HOPING that 2018 will be a year of POSITIVE change, in many areas! People need to get rid of the negativity which all but ruined the past year, as it, honestly, created a whole mass of ugliness, nastiness, and destruction, diversely! Such ill temper, meanness, rudeness, and self-righteousness as we have not known before! It is like the gates of hell were opened, and the demons are hard at work, happily free to afflict whomever they can! It is damaging to all, and to the future...

One thing NEEDS to change for sure, and that is that the Christian people SHOULD be working hard to make everyone aware of THE TRUTH, and the BLESSED PROMISE of LIFE, otherwise, with all the strange drug trends, the violence, the hatred, and the rest of the adversity, more than ever imagined WILL be taken with this Earth when CHRIST JESUS returns! It IS OUR role to take to the very corners of this planet, HIS LOVE, HIS WILL, and HIS WORD, and that is NOT, only in speech, but in action, and reaction as well! We ARE to grab from the fire, as many as we can, and that won't happen IF we are complacent, or selfish in our own Salvation; know what I mean???

We DON'T DO all that we COULD be doing IN HIS NAME; we surely don't! IF we existed as HE intends for us to, well, we would make a pretty huge impact, no doubt! We are like on track, but NOT making tracks, and this we CAN change, but, it begins within, and also, in THE CHURCH as a whole; in other words, leaders MIGHT consider this too...

This past year, 2017, caused me anxiety, and more than a few times, I wanted to knock some sense into certain people; it was just an ugly, uncomfortable time for all of us, and the sad thing is that more people went astray than not, in which case, not many are working to curtail it, and hearts ARE waxing cold, as we witness, more, more, and more of the evil at work around us! People are feeling less shock every single day, because the hostility HAS been SO intense that we are being desensitized to it; well, a great number of people anyway...

We GOTTA PRAY, and we HAVE TO RELY ON *GOD*; ONLY HE CAN LEAD us past all this, and teach us right! To stand alone and not call on HIM is silly, and dangerous, as HE ALONE, IS OUR SURE, and PRESENT HELP! We gotta PRAY for the people of this world, for they are becoming MORE lost by the hour, and they NEED *GOD*, and LOVE more than ever before!!!

BE LOVE, BE REAL, BE *GODLY*, BE the BLESSED image of THE LORD, and SHARE HIM openly, and freely, again not in word alone, but as an expression of HIM in your overall existence! Let everyone SEE HIM through you!!!

Looking forward to what we MIGHT change in the year ahead; I PRAY, and HOPE there IS improvement, and a trend towards respect, regard, generosity, including that of the spirit, and whatever INSPIRES others TO NOTICE THE LIGHT, and to be freed from the shackles of darkness, because it IS obvious, the forces of darkness HAVE had their way in the past year, or so, AND they CAN be diminished, and eradicated THROUGH *GOD*, and HIS people, indeed!!!

As misled as many are, there IS HOPE for EVERYONE, but it takes the strength, courage, and confidence of those who KNOW THE TRUTH TO bring to the table, the good which IS innately fixed into most! From leaders all the way through, we NEED to SET THE STANDARD, and introduce the SOUND PRINCIPLES WHICH LEAD TO LIFE ETERNAL, AS they AID NOW, and FOREVER! We CAN'T cave in to the loud cries of resistance, or rebuttal, or the refusal which seems to be increasing; we HAVE THE POWER OF THE LORD *GOD* ALMIGHTY TO DROWN OUT, and SHOW THE WAY TO the foolish noise of the uninformed, and misguided...

EXALT THE LORD, EXTOL HIM, PRAISE HIM ALWAYS, WORSHIP HIS HOLINESS, REJOICE IN HIS LOVE, and CARE for us, HONOUR HIM in ALL ways, ALL of your days, LOVE AS HE HAS LOVED, GIVE THANKS, PRAY, PRAY, PRAY, and CELEBRATE JOYOUSLY, THE GIFT OF LIFE, and KNOW THAT HE IS WITH US; let us OPEN UP TO HIS HOLY SPIRIT, and let us REFLECT HIM ARIGHT!!!
