HEAVENLY INCLINED...: IN GOOD TIMES, IN BAD TIMES, *GOD* IS RIGHT HERE!!!

Thanksgiving for the LORD's Favor

Psalms 138 (A Psalm of David)
1/ I will praise thee with my whole heart: before the gods will I sing praise unto thee.
2/ I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy loving-kindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.
3/ In the day when I cried thou answeredst me, and strengthenedst me with strength in my soul.
4/ All the kings of the earth shall praise thee, O LORD, when they hear the words of thy mouth.
5/ Yea, they shall sing in the ways of the LORD: for great is the glory of the LORD.
6/ Though the LORD be high, yet hath he respect unto the lowly: but the proud he knoweth afar off.
7/ Though I walk in the midst of trouble, thou wilt revive me: thou shalt stretch forth thine hand against the wrath of mine enemies, and thy right hand shall save me.
8/ The LORD will perfect that which concerneth me:
thy mercy, O LORD, endureth for ever: forsake not the works of thine own hands... AMEN!!!

One CANNOT earn GRACE, it is HIS own ESSENCE; a gift, still, IF one claims to be IN HIS GRACE, we ARE to, or, OUGHT to, be reflections of that GRACE! 2 CORINTHIANS 6:1, tells us not to take HIS GRACE in vain! This means, living in LOVE, morality, ethics, virtue, righteousness, and, spiritual improvement, TOWARDS, spiritual maturity, WHILE, visibly BEING as LIGHTS, beaming OF *GOD*, beckoning the world, TO THE LIGHT! Righteousness MEANS, conduct in conformity with *GOD'S* WILL, and, "Be HOLY because I AM HOLY!", therefore, indicating that knowledge, wisdom, and, effort, DO, apply TO the righteous!!! NEVER forget, we were grafted in, and, if we do not bear fruit, as a dead branch, we will be pruned out, just as were, the natural branches!!!

We are not saved by works, instead, works PROVE HIM in us: they identify HIS own...

IF I claim ONENESS with *GOD*, through CHRIST JESUS, I am DEAD TO THE WORLD, THUS, LIVING as HIM, which is, hopefully, witnessed IN, and, THROUGH, my every thought, action, and, reaction; MEANING, I am, THROUGH CONSCIOUS application OF THE WORD, HIS COMMANDS, HIS WILL, REFLECTING righteousness, not, merely, FAITH! I become, the TRULY FRUITFUL branch, of THE VINE, the TRUE member of THE BODY/THE CHURCH, CHRIST JESUS, and, TESTIFY, then, GLORIFY, BOLDLY, BY my thoughts, actions, and, reactions, HIS name, because, HE IS WORTHY, and, IN HIS LOVE, has SHOWN me, how I OUGHT to exist, to which, I eagerly, adapt, and, comply!!!

MATTHEW 5:48...
So be perfect, just as your heavenly Father is perfect

1 PETER 1:14-16...
14/ Like obedient children, do not act in compliance with the desires of your former ignorance
15/ but, as he who called you is holy, be holy yourselves in every aspect of your conduct,
16/ for it is written, "Be holy because I (am) holy."

ROMANS 12:2...
Do not conform yourselves to this age but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and pleasing and perfect.

Conduct, in conformity to *GOD'S* WILL, marks the righteous; it is NOT because of guilt, or, ancient Laws, but, because of LOVE; LOVE for *GOD*, self, then, others! CHRIST JESUS gave us Commandments to live by, of which, the first is to LOVE *GOD*, with all of your mind, heart, and, soul; the second is, to LOVE one another!

LOVE COMPELS us to LIVE IN HIM, through conduct which conforms to *GOD*; in other words, morality, ethics, doing good, and, being good, and, ever striving to improve the spirit! It is about REFLECTING THE TRUTH, for ALL to bear witness to, FOR, and, TO HIS GLORY, RADIANTLY SHINING OF HIS POWER, GRACE, and, MERCIES!!!

It IS ALL ABOUT LOVE, baby, all about LOVE!!!

MATTHEW 4: 17...From that time on, Jesus began to preach and say, "Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand."

JOHN 14:15..."If you love me, you will keep my commandments.

NOTE: I do not intend to preach, rather to reach; to stir up, awaken, to inspire, and, bring forth, in discussion, that which is, perhaps, dormantly existing in the heart of hearts, thus, little, or, no, sugar coatings, just THE WORD of *GOD*, the TRUTH, along with some of my thoughts. And truth is, I am reminding myself always, as I practice these reminders, in the best of my abilities, and capacities, while RELYING on THE LORD to lead me on that narrow PATH---> MATTHEW 7: 14: "For the gate is small and the way is narrow that leads to life, and there are few who find it... TO *GOD* BE ALL GLORY...

IN GOOD TIMES, IN BAD TIMES, GOD IS RIGHT HERE!!!

It's the most wonderful time of the year! OK, we acknowledge, it is not true for everyone---

Millions of people suffer through, and/or endure the CHRISTmas season, and surely, I am no exception, though I have the understanding that makes it easier to get through the worst of times during one of the most HOLY of times! Hearts are broken, will is taken, circumstances seem to get the best of us, and we just don't feel the JOY or PEACE which is one with the season---

RAISE HIGH TO THE LORD *GOD*, as you RELY ON HIM, and TRUST HIM to LEAD you past the tears, the agony, the sorrow, or whatever you might be suffering! CHRISTmas IS SPIRIT, and NOTHING on this planet can eradicate THE SPIRIT, EXCEPT for our decision to allow the worst to replace THE BEST! I KNOW it is difficult, and it is even more difficult to explain in such a way that it might lend insight into the HEALING, RESTORING POWERS OF THE LORD, but when you are suffering, when you are broken, when you have hit rock bottom, you OUGHT to take advantage of HIS LOVE, GRACE, MERCY, and HIS TRANSFORMING WAYS, as opposed to being chained to the worst...

We have been reared in ways which work against us, therefore, when the worst storms of time hit us, we react, and respond in ways of the world, though we HAVE THE LORD right beside us TO LIFT us, and to aid us in getting past what brings us down, and hinders us! Even the loss of a LOVED one CAN be made easier to deal with IN THE LORD, despite it seeming like things will never be the same, or empty, or any of those emotional binds which keep us in the bad times...

Endless things might hamper the season; right now, my people are dealing with the sudden, unexpected death of a Family member, but we have to remember, the departed are now, in a better place, especially if they are OF HIM; it is those left behind whom suffer, and whom we suffer for! The void a person leaves in time is what is difficult for us to deal with, and we miss their presence, for sure, but they ARE in a safer, more natural place than are we, and so, we seek THE LORD for what it might take to be able to return to some semblance of 'normality', as we PRAISE HIM FOR DEFEATING death! It IS SO complicated that it affects dialogue FOR the purpose of going forth, no matter what, yet, it IS also, necessary to be able to attempt to bring clarity TO the situation, THAT we take those first small steps TO well-being! ONLY *GOD* CAN and WILL HEAL us, therefore, we turn TO HIM, and keep our sights ON HIM, as we DEPEND UPON HIM TO LEAD us through, and past what might chain us to this world...

EVERYTHING under THE HEAVENS HAS PURPOSE, and a time! *GOD* IS WISDOM BEYOND our limited understanding; HE HAS CREATED ALL, and EVERYTHING IN existence, therefore, HE IS WORTHY OF our TOTAL TRUST, and RELIANCE! HE KNOWS FIRSTHAND our sorrows, our sufferings, our pains, our agonies, BECAUSE HE ALSO, experienced FULLY, being human, THEREFORE, HE IS ABLE, and WILLING TO aid us in each, and every moment of our existence, good, or bad!!!

AFFLICTION renders endurance, and perseverance, wisdom, knowledge, and understanding, REGARDLESS of our inclination towards thinking that such will bring us to ruin, or that we will never be whole again! HOW do we begin to understand this? THROUGH CHRIST JESUS, who definitely suffered on Earth, ONLY TO BE BROUGHT HIGH IN GLORY ETERNAL!!!

BECAUSE CHRISTmas IS SPIRIT, we ARE able to find the beautiful GIFTS in this time, IF our focus REMAINS ON HIM! Of course certain circumstances bowl us over, and drain us, yet, we CAN take from CHRISTmas, the absolute BLESSED offerings OF THE LORD, which WILL somehow, mysteriously, and LOVINGLY, bring us to PEACE, HOPE, and even to the JOY which this time inspires, and encourages us with!!!

Half of my time on Earth was spent alone at CHRISTmas, sometimes without even a place to lay my head, but PRAISE *GOD*, I was still able to be filled with THE SPIRIT, and to find the beauty therein! What I am saying is that I KNOW suffering from a great many levels, and I yet testify to THE TRUTH THAT *GOD* IS WITH us, and IS NEAR, and IS WORKING all the while, FOR us, as we suffer! As we endure, and persevere, we are made stronger, and more sure in FAITH, IF we have NOT succumbed to the ways of the world, or the pain of the agonies therein!!!

Through the tears, through the heartaches, through the hunger, through the feelings, THE LORD *GOD* IS RIGHT HERE, so, invoke HIM, TRUST HIM, RELY ON HIM, and SENSE HIS MIGHT as it FREES you from whatever! PRAISE HIM ALWAYS, WORSHIP HIS HOLINESS, REJOICE in ALL times, BE THANKFUL FOR HIS PRESENCE, HONOUR HIM, REMAIN IN HIM, and LOVE, and never relent in PRAYING!!!

ONLY *GOD* CAN LIFT us FROM the afflictions of this time, therefore, strengthen your FAITH, and go forth in FAITHFULNESS, with EXALTATION, for HE IS GOOD, HE IS *GOD*, and HE IS MOVING mountains FOR us!!!
