HEAVENLY INCLINED...: MAY FLOWERS; LOVE'S POWERS...

Thanksgiving for the LORD's Favor

Psalms 138 (A Psalm of David)
1/ I will praise thee with my whole heart: before the gods will I sing praise unto thee.
2/ I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy loving-kindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.
3/ In the day when I cried thou answeredst me, and strengthenedst me with strength in my soul.
4/ All the kings of the earth shall praise thee, O LORD, when they hear the words of thy mouth.
5/ Yea, they shall sing in the ways of the LORD: for great is the glory of the LORD.
6/ Though the LORD be high, yet hath he respect unto the lowly: but the proud he knoweth afar off.
7/ Though I walk in the midst of trouble, thou wilt revive me: thou shalt stretch forth thine hand against the wrath of mine enemies, and thy right hand shall save me.
8/ The LORD will perfect that which concerneth me:
thy mercy, O LORD, endureth for ever: forsake not the works of thine own hands... AMEN!!!

One CANNOT earn GRACE, it is HIS own ESSENCE; a gift, still, IF one claims to be IN HIS GRACE, we ARE to, or, OUGHT to, be reflections of that GRACE! 2 CORINTHIANS 6:1, tells us not to take HIS GRACE in vain! This means, living in LOVE, morality, ethics, virtue, righteousness, and, spiritual improvement, TOWARDS, spiritual maturity, WHILE, visibly BEING as LIGHTS, beaming OF *GOD*, beckoning the world, TO THE LIGHT! Righteousness MEANS, conduct in conformity with *GOD'S* WILL, and, "Be HOLY because I AM HOLY!", therefore, indicating that knowledge, wisdom, and, effort, DO, apply TO the righteous!!! NEVER forget, we were grafted in, and, if we do not bear fruit, as a dead branch, we will be pruned out, just as were, the natural branches!!!

We are not saved by works, instead, works PROVE HIM in us: they identify HIS own...

IF I claim ONENESS with *GOD*, through CHRIST JESUS, I am DEAD TO THE WORLD, THUS, LIVING as HIM, which is, hopefully, witnessed IN, and, THROUGH, my every thought, action, and, reaction; MEANING, I am, THROUGH CONSCIOUS application OF THE WORD, HIS COMMANDS, HIS WILL, REFLECTING righteousness, not, merely, FAITH! I become, the TRULY FRUITFUL branch, of THE VINE, the TRUE member of THE BODY/THE CHURCH, CHRIST JESUS, and, TESTIFY, then, GLORIFY, BOLDLY, BY my thoughts, actions, and, reactions, HIS name, because, HE IS WORTHY, and, IN HIS LOVE, has SHOWN me, how I OUGHT to exist, to which, I eagerly, adapt, and, comply!!!

MATTHEW 5:48...
So be perfect, just as your heavenly Father is perfect

1 PETER 1:14-16...
14/ Like obedient children, do not act in compliance with the desires of your former ignorance
15/ but, as he who called you is holy, be holy yourselves in every aspect of your conduct,
16/ for it is written, "Be holy because I (am) holy."

ROMANS 12:2...
Do not conform yourselves to this age but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and pleasing and perfect.

Conduct, in conformity to *GOD'S* WILL, marks the righteous; it is NOT because of guilt, or, ancient Laws, but, because of LOVE; LOVE for *GOD*, self, then, others! CHRIST JESUS gave us Commandments to live by, of which, the first is to LOVE *GOD*, with all of your mind, heart, and, soul; the second is, to LOVE one another!

LOVE COMPELS us to LIVE IN HIM, through conduct which conforms to *GOD*; in other words, morality, ethics, doing good, and, being good, and, ever striving to improve the spirit! It is about REFLECTING THE TRUTH, for ALL to bear witness to, FOR, and, TO HIS GLORY, RADIANTLY SHINING OF HIS POWER, GRACE, and, MERCIES!!!

It IS ALL ABOUT LOVE, baby, all about LOVE!!!

MATTHEW 4: 17...From that time on, Jesus began to preach and say, "Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand."

JOHN 14:15..."If you love me, you will keep my commandments.

NOTE: I do not intend to preach, rather to reach; to stir up, awaken, to inspire, and, bring forth, in discussion, that which is, perhaps, dormantly existing in the heart of hearts, thus, little, or, no, sugar coatings, just THE WORD of *GOD*, the TRUTH, along with some of my thoughts. And truth is, I am reminding myself always, as I practice these reminders, in the best of my abilities, and capacities, while RELYING on THE LORD to lead me on that narrow PATH---> MATTHEW 7: 14: "For the gate is small and the way is narrow that leads to life, and there are few who find it... TO *GOD* BE ALL GLORY...

MAY FLOWERS; LOVE'S POWERS...

It is May; I am grateful, I am THANKFUL unto THE LORD *GOD*, but I gotta say, I am a tad affected by all the senselessness which is occurring every single hour of the day, all over the world---

I am somewhat somber, and I am wondering just how bad it will get before people realize that the awfulness CAN stop, we CAN change, and there IS HOPE! I try real hard to NOT let things affect me, but I FEEL so deeply for the plight of the world! Things seem to be getting worse, as more people snap, or give in...

PRAY, PRAY, and PRAY some more! PRAYER can be used throughout the day no matter what we are doing, and IS crucial for so many reasons! KEEPING an open line to the HEAVENS IS wise, and DEFINITELY effective, despite the many who would deny it, or doubt it! *GOD* doesn't work according to us, or our time, HE works according to HIS WILL, and HIS time, which means we TRUST HIM, THANK HIM, and move forward, BELIEVING our RELIANCE ON HIM IS moving mountains...

PRAYER is not only intercessory, in hopes for others, it is healing for the being as we struggle to hold on, and to maintain while evil rears it's ugly head! It ALLOWS us to find PEACE in the tumult, and renews our strength, yes it does!!!

I have no idea what kind of state I would be in if not for THE LORD! All I have learned from HIM TRULY aids me in dealing with the woes of this world, despite that I am yet touched by them, in whatever ways! Surely I HAVE learned to LIFT UP TO HIM, to think before I speak, act, or react, and to REMAIN IN HIM even when I might want to respond in ways unaligned; I have LEARNED to resist the urges to become enmeshed, and embroiled, though at times, it is a struggle, especially since what we witness DOES have solutions, and there IS a better way to exist...

You see, there are endless snares which the enemy uses to bring us into position to trip us up, INCLUDING parts of our attempts to inform, and inspire others! IF we OVERLY do ANY thing, we are endangered, and so, CONTROL is necessary at all times, which doesn't seem feasible, yet it is IF we ARE knowledgeable, and understanding by means of THE LORD...

I cannot say we are in the last days, in fact, I believe that all generations consider that they are, however, so many SCRIPTURES indicate the need to be awake, aware, and alert, as it plays out before us! There are 70 or so SCRIPTURES depicting the last days, and quite a few of them are visible now, though as I said, I believe ALL generations experience them! What better way to make people stop, listen, think, and improve?!!

But understand this, that in the last days there will come times of difficulty. For people will be lovers of self, lovers of money, proud, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, heartless, unappeasable, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not loving good, treacherous, reckless, swollen with conceit, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having the appearance of godliness, but denying its power. Avoid such people (2 TIMOTHY 3: 1-5). Even in gospel times there would be perilous times; on account of persecution from without, still more on account of corruptions within. Men love to gratify their own lusts, more than to please God and do their duty. When every man is eager for what he can get, and anxious to keep what he has, this makes men dangerous to one another. When men do not fear God, they will not regard man. When children are disobedient to their parents, that makes the times perilous. Men are unholy and without the fear of God, because unthankful for the mercies of God. We abuse God's gifts, if we make them the food and fuel of our lusts. Times are perilous also, when parents are without natural affection to children. And when men have no rule over their own spirits, but despise that which is good and to be honoured. God is to be loved above all; but a carnal mind, full of enmity against him, prefers any thing before him, especially carnal pleasure. A form of godliness is very different from the power; from such as are found to be hypocrites, real Christians must withdraw. Such persons have been found within the outward church, in every place, and at all times. There ever have been artful men, who, by pretenses and flatteries, creep into the favour and confidence of those who are too easy of belief, ignorant, and fanciful. All must be ever learning to know the Lord; but these follow every new notion, yet never seek the truth as it is in Jesus. Like the Egyptian magicians, these were men of corrupt minds, prejudiced against the truth, and found to be quite without faith. Yet though the spirit of error may be let loose for a time, Satan can deceive the nations and the churches no further, and no longer, than God will permit...

The past few days of news have further driven home the NEED FOR *GOD* in this world! The absolute illogical acts of hostility, violence, murder, and more PROVES just how far humanity has wandered FROM THE LORD, LOVE, and TRUTH, which also shows just how many HAVE been snared, and chained by the enemy, OFTEN due to lack of knowledge, understanding, and LOVE!!!

In the air there is the cry of insolence, and worse! Torn, and divided are many peoples, hence nations! Deception, confusion, false ideals, and much more have driven too many from soundness, and the mob mentality is gaining strength, ready to pounce on, and harm those who do not join in with them! There are simply, troubles upon troubles, with few willing to learn, then, to change! Hypocrisy is rampant, as is hatred, as is negativity, and I tell you, it is heating up to unstable extremes!!!

I PRAY that May will see a point of resolution! Something HAS to give! Some HAVE to compromise! CHANGE IS NECESSARY NOW!!!

Dear LORD, may we come to our senses, and see THE TRUTH FOR the GOOD it brings! I ask YOU to help us who know YOU to find more ways to reach those who are so lost that they present more problems for everyone else! I ask that YOU guide us to being better equipped to inspire, and influence those chained by the weights of deception, that they might be freed by YOUR LOVING GRACE, and MERCY! I ask YOU to continue to be patient with us for the sake of souls being snatched from the fire! I PRAY for ALL, that YOUR LOVE finds it's way into the hearts, and minds of even the most uninformed, and resistant; at least enough to diminish the increasing evil seen, and felt in these times! LORD, we are experiencing the impact of lack which causes this increase, and ONLY YOU ARE the answer, and the antidote, and so, I PRAY for YOUR DIVINE assistance! May YOUR Chosen DO their work, and HONOUR YOU in all their ways, all their days, FOR YOUR GLORY, and the greater good of others! I PRAISE YOU all the while, I WORSHIP YOU, I REJOICE IN YOU, and I THANK YOU for ALL YOU ARE, and DO, and I go forward all the more empowered because of YOU! In CHRIST JESUS' name, I more than appreciative of YOU LORD, my *GOD*! AMEN...
