HEAVENLY INCLINED...: THE LIGHT OF THE WAY OF TRUTH...

Thanksgiving for the LORD's Favor

Psalms 138 (A Psalm of David)
1/ I will praise thee with my whole heart: before the gods will I sing praise unto thee.
2/ I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy loving-kindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.
3/ In the day when I cried thou answeredst me, and strengthenedst me with strength in my soul.
4/ All the kings of the earth shall praise thee, O LORD, when they hear the words of thy mouth.
5/ Yea, they shall sing in the ways of the LORD: for great is the glory of the LORD.
6/ Though the LORD be high, yet hath he respect unto the lowly: but the proud he knoweth afar off.
7/ Though I walk in the midst of trouble, thou wilt revive me: thou shalt stretch forth thine hand against the wrath of mine enemies, and thy right hand shall save me.
8/ The LORD will perfect that which concerneth me:
thy mercy, O LORD, endureth for ever: forsake not the works of thine own hands... AMEN!!!

One CANNOT earn GRACE, it is HIS own ESSENCE; a gift, still, IF one claims to be IN HIS GRACE, we ARE to, or, OUGHT to, be reflections of that GRACE! 2 CORINTHIANS 6:1, tells us not to take HIS GRACE in vain! This means, living in LOVE, morality, ethics, virtue, righteousness, and, spiritual improvement, TOWARDS, spiritual maturity, WHILE, visibly BEING as LIGHTS, beaming OF *GOD*, beckoning the world, TO THE LIGHT! Righteousness MEANS, conduct in conformity with *GOD'S* WILL, and, "Be HOLY because I AM HOLY!", therefore, indicating that knowledge, wisdom, and, effort, DO, apply TO the righteous!!! NEVER forget, we were grafted in, and, if we do not bear fruit, as a dead branch, we will be pruned out, just as were, the natural branches!!!

We are not saved by works, instead, works PROVE HIM in us: they identify HIS own...

IF I claim ONENESS with *GOD*, through CHRIST JESUS, I am DEAD TO THE WORLD, THUS, LIVING as HIM, which is, hopefully, witnessed IN, and, THROUGH, my every thought, action, and, reaction; MEANING, I am, THROUGH CONSCIOUS application OF THE WORD, HIS COMMANDS, HIS WILL, REFLECTING righteousness, not, merely, FAITH! I become, the TRULY FRUITFUL branch, of THE VINE, the TRUE member of THE BODY/THE CHURCH, CHRIST JESUS, and, TESTIFY, then, GLORIFY, BOLDLY, BY my thoughts, actions, and, reactions, HIS name, because, HE IS WORTHY, and, IN HIS LOVE, has SHOWN me, how I OUGHT to exist, to which, I eagerly, adapt, and, comply!!!

MATTHEW 5:48...
So be perfect, just as your heavenly Father is perfect

1 PETER 1:14-16...
14/ Like obedient children, do not act in compliance with the desires of your former ignorance
15/ but, as he who called you is holy, be holy yourselves in every aspect of your conduct,
16/ for it is written, "Be holy because I (am) holy."

ROMANS 12:2...
Do not conform yourselves to this age but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and pleasing and perfect.

Conduct, in conformity to *GOD'S* WILL, marks the righteous; it is NOT because of guilt, or, ancient Laws, but, because of LOVE; LOVE for *GOD*, self, then, others! CHRIST JESUS gave us Commandments to live by, of which, the first is to LOVE *GOD*, with all of your mind, heart, and, soul; the second is, to LOVE one another!

LOVE COMPELS us to LIVE IN HIM, through conduct which conforms to *GOD*; in other words, morality, ethics, doing good, and, being good, and, ever striving to improve the spirit! It is about REFLECTING THE TRUTH, for ALL to bear witness to, FOR, and, TO HIS GLORY, RADIANTLY SHINING OF HIS POWER, GRACE, and, MERCIES!!!

It IS ALL ABOUT LOVE, baby, all about LOVE!!!

MATTHEW 4: 17...From that time on, Jesus began to preach and say, "Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand."

JOHN 14:15..."If you love me, you will keep my commandments.

NOTE: I do not intend to preach, rather to reach; to stir up, awaken, to inspire, and, bring forth, in discussion, that which is, perhaps, dormantly existing in the heart of hearts, thus, little, or, no, sugar coatings, just THE WORD of *GOD*, the TRUTH, along with some of my thoughts. And truth is, I am reminding myself always, as I practice these reminders, in the best of my abilities, and capacities, while RELYING on THE LORD to lead me on that narrow PATH---> MATTHEW 7: 14: "For the gate is small and the way is narrow that leads to life, and there are few who find it... TO *GOD* BE ALL GLORY...

THE LIGHT OF THE WAY OF TRUTH...

Fully human, fully *GOD*, CHRIST JESUS walked the Earth to SHOW us, and TEACH us THE WAY---

THE WAY past our egocentric beings, as well as the snares, and the pits of the enemy...

THE LORD came to LEAD us past ourselves, and through the onslaught of dark deception, which results in oppression, both now, and forever! HE came to offer us LIFE, more abundantly than we can ever imagine; LIFE eternal; bursting with infinite freedom from what plagues us in this realm...

HE came to TEACH us THE WILL of *GOD*, that we might begin to take on HIS nature, that we meld with HIS WISDOM, and RIGHTEOUSNESS, which IS overflowing with principles, sense, and sensibility. HIS WAY IS PERFECT, and PRACTICAL; it is motivated by LOVE, by what is right, just, and good, and therefore, SHALL NOT fail, nor can it, despite the masses ignoring, denying, or refusing HIM!!!

FAITH IN CHRIST JESUS IS paramount, and IS the first step towards our REALITY, but IN that FAITH IS FAITHFULNESS, or FIDELITY TO HIM, and HIS WILL, which we are hindered in without HIS guidance! Thus, HE HAS GIVEN us THE BIBLE, a compilation SUPERNATURALLY charged for those who seek HIM, TO lead us, and provide for us as we strip off the worldly being, and settle into the spirit! There would be no need for instruction, or THE HOLY SPIRIT, if we were able to do this based on FAITH alone! There IS a great battle ensuing, one in which even the most devout might be shaken out of their senses, out of their FAITH, even though it might seem impossible, it IS written of, IS already happening, and WILL worsen as the end times unfold! Such IS the reason we are to STUDY, to UNDERSTAND, as well as REMAINING DILIGENT IN HIS WILL, and existing IN HIM! We MUST KNOW HIM to be safe from what WILL use every deception feasible to shake us loose as the DAY of JUDGEMENT nears! We know NOT when it will happen, nor do we know when our time in this realm might end, therefore like John the Baptist, HIS voice is loudly proclaiming THE TRUTH to us all, FOR the sake of our BEING able to act according TO HIS WILL throughout it all!!!

CHRIST JESUS travelled endlessly, TEACHING people THE WAY; barely resting, barely knowing any creature comforts at all: it WAS that IMPERATIVE TO HIM that as many as is feasible MIGHT KNOW THE WILL OF *GOD*, and HOW to fulfill it! THROUGH HIS own humanness on this planet, HE SHOWED us BY example, and in words, HOW to PLEASE *GOD*, HOW to step INTO LOVE, and HOW to REMAIN IN HIM, WHILE growing, and producing IN HIS NAME, that which would inspire, and rightly influence others so they would also, seek HIM!!!

HE EXPERIENCED first hand what we are up against, and HE PERFECTLY withstood EVERY challenge presented, FOR the purpose of SHOWING us that we DO HAVE POWER to resist, and overcome what is of this world, ESPECIALLY when we call ourselves heirs to THE KINGDOM!!!

THROUGH HIS own experiencing what is common to this world, HE then left us with guidelines THAT would KEEP us IN HIM! The NEW TESTAMENT is chock-full of LESSONS for those who AIM to remain FAITHFUL, and who INTEND to PLEASE HIM! We are ACTIVE in our being made into worthy vessels, and we are EAGER in learning more, more, and more FOR the knowledge enlightens, enables, enriches, empowers, and encourages us, AS it becomes one with our spirits, and IGNITES us to SHINE OF HIM, not only for our sake, but for that of others, AND HIS GLORY!!!

NONE of this is about us, except for being SAVED from the evil of this world; it IS about HIM, in ALL HIS GLORY! HE IS LORD; HE IS KING; HE IS SAVIOUR; HE IS *GOD*; HE IS CREATOR, AUTHOR, and FINISHER OF ALL IN CREATION, AND WE WERE CREATED TO SERVE HIM; so, since we have been raised into egocentricity, and selfishness, it is NOT easy for us to be HUMBLED, and to SERVE, THUS we HAVE THE WORD TO TEACH, SANCTIFY, and CONSECRATE us, IN WHICH WE DO HAVE AN ACTIVE ROLE, first in ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, then in ALLEGIANCE, all the days we are here!!!

We BECOME as much LIKE HIM as is possible BY constant study, and application of HIS WILL! We RENOUNCE the world, and it's ways in favour of our LORD, and HIS WILL! We CHANGE, we GROW, we IMPROVE from the inside out, and the outside in FOR HIS GLORY, and THE PROMISES of our HOPE! We ARE BEING made INTO a ROYAL PRIESTHOOD of SERVITUDE UNTO THE LORD *GOD* ALMIGHTY, IN WHICH WE WILL, ETERNALLY SHARE IN HIS GLORY, and HIS ABUNDANCE!!!

NO, we CAN'T by our own means, or by works, do anything; ONLY IN HIM ARE we MADE WHOLE, and yet, we DO NEED to BE PROACTIVE as HE WORKS IN US, THROUGH US, and AROUND US! We CAN'T continue in chosen, habitual sin, and declare ourselves HOLY! YES, sin WILL be with us as long as we are on this planet, but we CAN ACTIVELY resist, and overcome much of it, AS we RELY ON HIM to LEAD us!!!

LOVE SEES us IMPROVING ALWAYS, and EMULATING HIS WILL! LOVE TEACHES us TO put the self aside, for the reward hereafter is more than worth the effort! LOVE SHOWS us THE WAY, and AIDS us KEEPING HIM as the CENTER of our every thought, action, and reaction! LOVE TRAINS us TO BE VICTORIOUS!!!

CHRIST left many lessons for us to embrace, and to utilize:
We have REPENTANCE, SALT & LIGHT, THE LAW, ANGER, ADULTERY, DIVORCE, OATHS, RETALIATION, LOVE OF OTHERS, LOVE OF ENEMIES, ALMSGIVING, PRAYER, MERCY, GRACE TREASURE IN HEAVEN, THE LIGHT OF THE BODY, *GOD* & MONEY, DEPENDENCE ON *GOD*, JUDGING OTHERS, ANSWERS TO PRAYERS, FALSE PROPHETS, THE TRUE DISCIPLE, THE TWO FOUNDATIONS, HUMILITY, and much, much more! NONE of these come easily to us who have been raised by the world first, and so, we MUST be deliberate, and diligent in taking these messages to the very soul, to the heart, and planting them, that we ARE deeply ROOTED IN HIM, and HIS WILL! HE GAVE, NOT ONLY HIS BODY for us, but THE WAY, THAT we ARE EVER BEING PREPARED FOR what is to come!!!

In this HOLY season, let us DIG INTO the FERTILE SOIL in which THE WORD IS SEEDED, and ROOTED THAT we ARE nurtured enough to bear fruits of the spirit, FOR HIS GLORY!!!

We WERE CREATED FOR *GOD*, and HE DOESN'T want anyone to perish, therefore HE GIVES us THE WAY FREELY, but we MUST make a CONSCIENTIOUS decision TO RECEIVE ALL HE OFFERS, AS we REMAIN FAITHFUL UNTO HIM OVER all else! PRAISE THE LORD ALWAYS, WORSHIP HIS HOLINESS, REJOICE THAT HIS LOVE CARES for us in EVERY way, and LEADS us UNTO HIM! HONOUR HIM by stepping INTO HIS WILL, and BEING ALL HE COMMANDS!!!
