HEAVENLY INCLINED...: WEDNESDAY'S WISDOM...

Thanksgiving for the LORD's Favor

Psalms 138 (A Psalm of David)
1/ I will praise thee with my whole heart: before the gods will I sing praise unto thee.
2/ I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy loving-kindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.
3/ In the day when I cried thou answeredst me, and strengthenedst me with strength in my soul.
4/ All the kings of the earth shall praise thee, O LORD, when they hear the words of thy mouth.
5/ Yea, they shall sing in the ways of the LORD: for great is the glory of the LORD.
6/ Though the LORD be high, yet hath he respect unto the lowly: but the proud he knoweth afar off.
7/ Though I walk in the midst of trouble, thou wilt revive me: thou shalt stretch forth thine hand against the wrath of mine enemies, and thy right hand shall save me.
8/ The LORD will perfect that which concerneth me:
thy mercy, O LORD, endureth for ever: forsake not the works of thine own hands... AMEN!!!

One CANNOT earn GRACE, it is HIS own ESSENCE; a gift, still, IF one claims to be IN HIS GRACE, we ARE to, or, OUGHT to, be reflections of that GRACE! 2 CORINTHIANS 6:1, tells us not to take HIS GRACE in vain! This means, living in LOVE, morality, ethics, virtue, righteousness, and, spiritual improvement, TOWARDS, spiritual maturity, WHILE, visibly BEING as LIGHTS, beaming OF *GOD*, beckoning the world, TO THE LIGHT! Righteousness MEANS, conduct in conformity with *GOD'S* WILL, and, "Be HOLY because I AM HOLY!", therefore, indicating that knowledge, wisdom, and, effort, DO, apply TO the righteous!!! NEVER forget, we were grafted in, and, if we do not bear fruit, as a dead branch, we will be pruned out, just as were, the natural branches!!!

We are not saved by works, instead, works PROVE HIM in us: they identify HIS own...

IF I claim ONENESS with *GOD*, through CHRIST JESUS, I am DEAD TO THE WORLD, THUS, LIVING as HIM, which is, hopefully, witnessed IN, and, THROUGH, my every thought, action, and, reaction; MEANING, I am, THROUGH CONSCIOUS application OF THE WORD, HIS COMMANDS, HIS WILL, REFLECTING righteousness, not, merely, FAITH! I become, the TRULY FRUITFUL branch, of THE VINE, the TRUE member of THE BODY/THE CHURCH, CHRIST JESUS, and, TESTIFY, then, GLORIFY, BOLDLY, BY my thoughts, actions, and, reactions, HIS name, because, HE IS WORTHY, and, IN HIS LOVE, has SHOWN me, how I OUGHT to exist, to which, I eagerly, adapt, and, comply!!!

MATTHEW 5:48...
So be perfect, just as your heavenly Father is perfect

1 PETER 1:14-16...
14/ Like obedient children, do not act in compliance with the desires of your former ignorance
15/ but, as he who called you is holy, be holy yourselves in every aspect of your conduct,
16/ for it is written, "Be holy because I (am) holy."

ROMANS 12:2...
Do not conform yourselves to this age but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and pleasing and perfect.

Conduct, in conformity to *GOD'S* WILL, marks the righteous; it is NOT because of guilt, or, ancient Laws, but, because of LOVE; LOVE for *GOD*, self, then, others! CHRIST JESUS gave us Commandments to live by, of which, the first is to LOVE *GOD*, with all of your mind, heart, and, soul; the second is, to LOVE one another!

LOVE COMPELS us to LIVE IN HIM, through conduct which conforms to *GOD*; in other words, morality, ethics, doing good, and, being good, and, ever striving to improve the spirit! It is about REFLECTING THE TRUTH, for ALL to bear witness to, FOR, and, TO HIS GLORY, RADIANTLY SHINING OF HIS POWER, GRACE, and, MERCIES!!!

It IS ALL ABOUT LOVE, baby, all about LOVE!!!

MATTHEW 4: 17...From that time on, Jesus began to preach and say, "Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand."

JOHN 14:15..."If you love me, you will keep my commandments.

NOTE: I do not intend to preach, rather to reach; to stir up, awaken, to inspire, and, bring forth, in discussion, that which is, perhaps, dormantly existing in the heart of hearts, thus, little, or, no, sugar coatings, just THE WORD of *GOD*, the TRUTH, along with some of my thoughts. And truth is, I am reminding myself always, as I practice these reminders, in the best of my abilities, and capacities, while RELYING on THE LORD to lead me on that narrow PATH---> MATTHEW 7: 14: "For the gate is small and the way is narrow that leads to life, and there are few who find it... TO *GOD* BE ALL GLORY...

WEDNESDAY'S WISDOM...

As the darkness increases, hearts turn cold, and more intention is rooted in self---

As the world is more inclined towards what works against *GOD*, and those OF HIM, HIS people have greater NEED to be awake, aware, knowledgeable, and melded INTO HIS WILL, that when it seems most unlikely, or improbable for THE LIGHT to sear through, it shall!!!

We ARE given great instruction to honing, building, and retaining our FAITH, and FAITHFULNESS FOR the purpose of the times when all which is *GODLY* is challenged, and constantly! We see it in these very hours, and those who are only connected to HIM through lip-service, with half a heart, and little knowledge ARE those most likely to be tossed about on the waves of confusion which WILL rise upon the lands! KNOWING THE LORD, HIS WILL, HIS WAYS, HIS WORD PROVIDES for the FAITHFUL in ways not even yet understood, yet expected!!!

1 CORINTHIANS 16: 13-14..
13+++Be on the alert, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong.
14+++Let all that you do be done in love.

A Christian is always in danger, therefore should ever be on the watch. He should be fixed in the faith of the gospel, and never desert or give it up. By this faith alone he will be able to keep his ground in an hour of temptation. Christians should be careful that charity not only reigns in their hearts, but shines in their lives.

Frequent subjects of Christian exhortation:
Watchfulness (1 Thessalonians 5:6; 1 Peter 5:8; Revelation 3:2; Revelation 16:15)
Steadfastness (Philippians 1:27)
Strength (Ephesians 6:10; Colossians 1:11; 2 Timothy 2:1)
Love (1 Corinthians 13; 1 Peter 4:8)

'BUILDING UP' is foremost imperative in the individual, for without the WISDOM, knowledge, understanding, embracing, and utilization OF what we have been taught, and KNOW, namely CHRIST JESUS, our LORD, and SAVIOUR, THE CHURCH cannot be 'BUILT UP'!!!

FAITH is what takes us behind the veil, FAITHFULNESS is what takes us to THE HOLY OF HOLIES; to our LORD *GOD*! In each there ARE layers of understanding, and levels of growth!!!

We should NOT take the GRACE of *GOD* in vain: we have nothing in ourselves, and ALL things in CHRIST JESUS, and we should be careful to approve ourselves to *GOD* (2 CORINTHIANS 6: 1)...

Nor should we take HIS GIFT OF LIFE for granted! It is a GIFT such as nothing else, and IS to be revered, taken to the very soul, the heart, the mind, and this in allegiance TO HIS HOLY MAJESTY! We are co-heirs, co-partners, and otherwise ONE WITH HIM, and therefore, we take on HIS very nature, more, more, and more, as we OPEN UP TO HIS TRANSFORMING, and PERFECTING WORKS IN US! We adapt, and adhere, with unfeigned SINCERITY, and understanding of WHY ALL HE DECREES WORKS FOR our own good, our SALVATION, and our inheritance! In such ways we are not only provided for, we are protected; for we are awake, aware, and absolutely as ONE WITH HIM as is feasible!!!

One cannot say with certainty, that these are the last days, but that doesn't matter, except that all those OF THE LORD ARE to be prepared, body, mind, heart, and spirit, AND evil HAS definitely increased, which reiterates our NEED to be watchful, aware, and alert, WHILE SHINING, and BEING, and DOING according to HIS WILL...

When wickedness shows itself, even the most knowing can be shaken, and so, strength HAS to be in place, backed by steadfastness, watchfulness, and predominately, LOVE, for then we KNOW HOW to act, and react, even as we RELY ON HIM to lead us. Many THINK they are strong now, but they have not yet been challenged as is prophesied that we will be in the last days; thus, we are advised to be deliberately diligent in honing, not only LOVE, HOPE, FAITH, and FAITHFULNESS, but also our strength, and self-control, all of which IS optimized THROUGH our TRUST IN THE LORD, as well as our RELIANCE ON HIM, with patient endurance, and perseverance! There IS GREAT purpose and reason for HIS people to be ready at all times, and to know what they are readying for...

LOVE is CRUCIAL to now, and what lies ahead, as it KEEPS the being controlled according TO HIS WILL, and negates the urge to speak, act, and react out of fear, anger, and other negatives, which are as fuel to fire, and create even more problems! Not only that, LOVE allows us to realize that we are not battling flesh, and blood, instead against all the anti-*GOD* rulers, authorities, principalities, and other such of this world, and therefore, as HE IS MERCIFUL, so can we be; which IS imperative TO HIM, and HIS WILL!!!

Spiritual strength, and courage ARE necessary for spiritual struggles, battles, and warfare, and the only way we can gain both is THROUGH THE LORD, and HIS WORD! GRACE is ours, and grace we should stand in, always! We CAN'T be taken captive by powers of this world UNLESS we allow ourselves to by removing ourselves even the slightest from the PRESENCE OF *GOD*! The enemy's power IS derived from those who give it to him, but *GOD'S* POWER WAS, IS, and EVERMORE SHALL BE, by itself, and of itself; it is TRUE POWER!!!

May we EVER aim to learn, to understand, and to KNOW what is PLEASING TO THE LORD, and what works FOR our own good, and the 'BUILDING UP' of THE CHURCH, FOR HIS GLORY, in which we shall share, and bask, abundantly so, forever more! PRAISE THE LORD, WORSHIP HIS HOLINESS, REJOICE IN HIM, and HONOUR HIM BY BEING what HE HAS predestined us to be!!!
