Ovey, a former lawyer, said that teaching Jesus is the son of God and pro-life teaching could be some of the Christian ideas that are threatened under the “Extremism Disruption Orders.”
It has to do with anti-extremism laws, which have been put into place to protect citizens of the Earth, and yet, which deny citizens of HEAVEN! It is one of those profound tests of Christianity, in that, we are placed into a position where we have to deny the laws of the world in order to HONOUR our LORD *GOD*, the SOVEREIGN RULER, and law-maker! Notice I did NOT say we have to deny *GOD* in order to fulfill the laws of the world!!!
While such laws might be instituted to protect religious groups from other religious groups, THE ENEMY has cut through the chase as far as Christianity is concerned in expecting Christians to OMIT that CHRIST JESUS IS SON OF *GOD*! CHRIST IS THE SON OF *GOD*, and it CANNOT be pushed under a law of the land, nor taken from the hearts of HIS own! This is a VERY serious matter for HIS CHURCH, and MUST be dealt with in ways which ALLOW TRUTH to continue, and for our very freedom to WORSHIP, as well as showing our DEVOTION TO *GOD* OVER the world, while we retain WHOLESOME GOODNESS in doing so! IT IS A DIRE TEST OF THE ENEMY, and SO ONLY *GOD* CAN win this battle, as we TRUST HIM to lead us, protect us, and guide us to acting JUSTLY IN HIS NAME!!!
ACTS 4: 18-19...
18+++Then they called them in again and commanded them not to speak or teach at all in the name of Jesus.
19+++"Whether it is right in the sight of God to give heed to you rather than to God, you be the judge;
All the care of the rulers is, that the doctrine of Christ spread not among the people, yet they cannot say it is false or dangerous, or of any ill tendency; and they are ashamed to own the true reason; that it testifies against their hypocrisy, wickedness, and tyranny. Those who know how to put a just value upon Christ's promises, know how to put just contempt upon the world's threatenings. The apostles look with concern on perishing souls, and know they cannot escape eternal ruin but by Jesus Christ, therefore they are faithful in warning, and showing the right way. None will enjoy peace of mind, nor act uprightly, till they have learned to guide their conduct by the fixed standard of truth, and not by the shifting opinions and fancies of men. Especially beware of a vain attempt to serve two masters, God and the world; the end will be, you can serve neither fully.
Submit yourselves for the Lord's sake to every human institution, whether to a king as the one in authority,...
Spiritual privileges do not make void or weaken, but confirm civil duties.
SO, we PRAY for THE LORD, HIS SPIRIT, to guide, and direct us in such matters, though we KNOW that it IS wrong for humanity to expect us to comply to what is against HIM, TRUTH, and the WAY of Christianity! THE CORE OF Christianity IS that CHRIST IS *GOD'S* SON come to SAVE humanity, through HIS own obedience TO THE WILL OF THE FATHER, and HIS own terrible suffering, even unto death, ALL for LOVE, and HIS GLORY OVER what is of the world, and it's ways!!!
CHRIST JESUS, our LORD *GOD*, and SAVIOUR TAUGHT us of the terrible persecutions we would have need to endure for, and in HIS name! We HAVE been instructed, and ARE expected to act according TO HIS WILL, DESPITE what the world hurls at us, THOUGH we are ALSO TO REMAIN IN HIM, and to CONTINUE TO BRING HIM to the lost, THAT HIS OWN ARE SAVED! PRAYER IS KEY to what we face, and endure, as is FAITH, FAITHFULNESS, and TOTAL RELIANCE ON HIM to LEAD us through such trials, and tests!!!
Makes no sense to us, only to the world, but this is one more indication of our TRUTH!!!
ACTS 4: 20-26...
20+++As for us, we cannot help speaking about what we have seen and heard.”
21+++After further threats they let them go. They could not decide how to punish them, because all the people were praising God for what had happened.
22+++For the man who was miraculously healed was over forty years old.
23+++On their release, Peter and John went back to their own people and reported all that the chief priests and the elders had said to them.
24+++When they heard this, they raised their voices together in prayer to God. “Sovereign Lord,” they said, “you made the heavens and the earth and the sea, and everything in them.
25+++You spoke by the Holy Spirit through the mouth of your servant, our father David:
“ ‘Why do the nations rage
and the peoples plot in vain?
26+++The kings of the earth rise up
and the rulers band together
against the Lord
and against his anointed one.
All in all, we SEE that it IS the same then, and UNTIL THE LORD appears! Times may change, but people have not so much! The same issues, the same woes, the same defiances, the same challenges, face ALL generations, and especially those who ARE OF THE LORD *GOD*! The world IS a PROVING ground, that great and fiery furnace where we are tried, and perfected FOR HIS GLORY, AMEN! ONLY those who DO HIS WILL shall be SAVED, and ONLY those who STAND FIRM until the end shall share eternity IN HIS MAJESTY, and KINGDOM!!!
One more challenge for us to add to the list; we ARE UP to it! We are strengthened by HIS GRACE, and we can do all things through CHRIST JESUS! We must NOT miss a beat, and fall into the hands of the intent of such matters, for we ARE LED BY THE LORD *GOD* ALMIGHTY, who IS SOVEREIGN RULER OVER ALL, and EVERYTHING, and WHO IS CHAMPION OF HIS people, and HIS GLORY! We MUST RELY ON HIM, and TRUST IN HIS WILL, AS we HONOUR HIM no matter what enmity places in THE PATH!!!
AS THE BODY of THE CHURCH of which CHRIST IS THE HEAD, we bring our hearts, and our minds TOGETHER to OVERCOME what intends to destroy us! We JOIN as ONE, which IS how it IS, and we PRAY without ceasing FOR HIS POWERS to manifest in this test, and everafter!!!
