HEAVENLY INCLINED...: MONDAY: THE MIGHT OF MENTALITY...

Thanksgiving for the LORD's Favor

Psalms 138 (A Psalm of David)
1/ I will praise thee with my whole heart: before the gods will I sing praise unto thee.
2/ I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy loving-kindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.
3/ In the day when I cried thou answeredst me, and strengthenedst me with strength in my soul.
4/ All the kings of the earth shall praise thee, O LORD, when they hear the words of thy mouth.
5/ Yea, they shall sing in the ways of the LORD: for great is the glory of the LORD.
6/ Though the LORD be high, yet hath he respect unto the lowly: but the proud he knoweth afar off.
7/ Though I walk in the midst of trouble, thou wilt revive me: thou shalt stretch forth thine hand against the wrath of mine enemies, and thy right hand shall save me.
8/ The LORD will perfect that which concerneth me:
thy mercy, O LORD, endureth for ever: forsake not the works of thine own hands... AMEN!!!

One CANNOT earn GRACE, it is HIS own ESSENCE; a gift, still, IF one claims to be IN HIS GRACE, we ARE to, or, OUGHT to, be reflections of that GRACE! 2 CORINTHIANS 6:1, tells us not to take HIS GRACE in vain! This means, living in LOVE, morality, ethics, virtue, righteousness, and, spiritual improvement, TOWARDS, spiritual maturity, WHILE, visibly BEING as LIGHTS, beaming OF *GOD*, beckoning the world, TO THE LIGHT! Righteousness MEANS, conduct in conformity with *GOD'S* WILL, and, "Be HOLY because I AM HOLY!", therefore, indicating that knowledge, wisdom, and, effort, DO, apply TO the righteous!!! NEVER forget, we were grafted in, and, if we do not bear fruit, as a dead branch, we will be pruned out, just as were, the natural branches!!!

We are not saved by works, instead, works PROVE HIM in us: they identify HIS own...

IF I claim ONENESS with *GOD*, through CHRIST JESUS, I am DEAD TO THE WORLD, THUS, LIVING as HIM, which is, hopefully, witnessed IN, and, THROUGH, my every thought, action, and, reaction; MEANING, I am, THROUGH CONSCIOUS application OF THE WORD, HIS COMMANDS, HIS WILL, REFLECTING righteousness, not, merely, FAITH! I become, the TRULY FRUITFUL branch, of THE VINE, the TRUE member of THE BODY/THE CHURCH, CHRIST JESUS, and, TESTIFY, then, GLORIFY, BOLDLY, BY my thoughts, actions, and, reactions, HIS name, because, HE IS WORTHY, and, IN HIS LOVE, has SHOWN me, how I OUGHT to exist, to which, I eagerly, adapt, and, comply!!!

MATTHEW 5:48...
So be perfect, just as your heavenly Father is perfect

1 PETER 1:14-16...
14/ Like obedient children, do not act in compliance with the desires of your former ignorance
15/ but, as he who called you is holy, be holy yourselves in every aspect of your conduct,
16/ for it is written, "Be holy because I (am) holy."

ROMANS 12:2...
Do not conform yourselves to this age but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and pleasing and perfect.

Conduct, in conformity to *GOD'S* WILL, marks the righteous; it is NOT because of guilt, or, ancient Laws, but, because of LOVE; LOVE for *GOD*, self, then, others! CHRIST JESUS gave us Commandments to live by, of which, the first is to LOVE *GOD*, with all of your mind, heart, and, soul; the second is, to LOVE one another!

LOVE COMPELS us to LIVE IN HIM, through conduct which conforms to *GOD*; in other words, morality, ethics, doing good, and, being good, and, ever striving to improve the spirit! It is about REFLECTING THE TRUTH, for ALL to bear witness to, FOR, and, TO HIS GLORY, RADIANTLY SHINING OF HIS POWER, GRACE, and, MERCIES!!!

It IS ALL ABOUT LOVE, baby, all about LOVE!!!

MATTHEW 4: 17...From that time on, Jesus began to preach and say, "Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand."

JOHN 14:15..."If you love me, you will keep my commandments.

NOTE: I do not intend to preach, rather to reach; to stir up, awaken, to inspire, and, bring forth, in discussion, that which is, perhaps, dormantly existing in the heart of hearts, thus, little, or, no, sugar coatings, just THE WORD of *GOD*, the TRUTH, along with some of my thoughts. And truth is, I am reminding myself always, as I practice these reminders, in the best of my abilities, and capacities, while RELYING on THE LORD to lead me on that narrow PATH---> MATTHEW 7: 14: "For the gate is small and the way is narrow that leads to life, and there are few who find it... TO *GOD* BE ALL GLORY...

MONDAY: THE MIGHT OF MENTALITY...

PRAISE THE LORD for another day! HE HAS GIVEN us this day FOR HIS GLORY, and the greater good of all! It IS through HIS LOVE, and PATIENCE that we have received this day, and it IS worthy of our best, of our PRAISE, of our WORSHIP, of our JOY, of our LOVE, of our HOPE, and of our ability to exist in PEACE, and to forward all which is derived from THE MOST HIGH LORD *GOD*!!!

In these uncertain times, for each individual there ARE hundreds of things to contemplate in any *GOD* GIVEN day, which CAN lead to anxiety, fear, and other negatives, IF we do not CLING to the ONE, and ONLY TRUTH, THE LORD *GOD* ALMIGHTY, in FAITH, and then, in FAITHFULNESS...

Though we are racing against floods of evil, though the valley is full of deception, traps, and wicked intent, we KNOW *GOD* IS WITH us, and WILL never forsake us! HE IS the silver lining in the dark clouds of despair, and who LEADS us into THE LIGHT! While we shudder in our steps, PEACE IS with us, IF we so HOLD FAST TO HIM, and KEEP our sights, heart, and FAITH IN HIM...

Any person's existence can be altered in a second by any number of negatives which are a part of this plane, the world, and those who RELY ON *GOD*, and TRUST HIM fully, ARE the ones who will be victorious, now and forever...

FAITH, accompanied by FAITHFULNESS UNTO THE LORD, IS of POWERFUL origins, and DOES PROVIDE at ALL times!!!

A great example of the FAITH we should have, and certainly, CAN have is found in Abraham:

ROMANS 4: 20-21...
20+++yet, with respect to the promise of God, he did not waver in unbelief but grew strong in faith, giving glory to God,
21+++and being fully assured that what God had promised, He was able also to perform.

The nature and power of Abraham's faith are shown. He believed God's testimony, and looked for the performance of his promise, firmly hoping when the case seemed hopeless.

There are many examples of the sort of FAITH which accompanies our walk with THE LORD, but Abraham is the lineage to all others, in a matter of speaking! Without question, void of hesitation, WHATEVER THE LORD said, he BELIEVED; he did NOT pause for one second, his TRUST was fearless, unshrinking, and deeply anchored; he KNEW HIS LORD, first INSTINCTIVELY, then from the soul outwardly! NEVER did he consider that THE LORD couldn't or wouldn't, he simply, ACCEPTED *GOD'S* SOVEREIGNTY, and MIGHT!!!

It is weakness of faith, that makes a man lie poring on the difficulties in the way of a promise. Abraham took it not for a point that would admit of argument or debate.

Unbelief is at the bottom of all our staggerings at God's promises. The strength of faith appeared in its victory over fears. God honours faith; and great faith honours God. It was imputed to him for righteousness. Faith is a grace that of all others gives glory to God. Faith clearly is the instrument by which we receive the righteousness of God, the redemption which is by Christ; and that which is the instrument whereby we take or receive it, cannot be the thing itself, nor can it be the gift thereby taken and received. Abraham's faith did not justify him by its own merit or value, but as giving him a part in Christ.

FAITH IS A SHIELD, PROTECTING us from the fiery darts of the adversary, and adversity! It PLACES POWER to it's rightful TRUTH, THE LORD! FAITH KEEPS the negatives which cause the knees to knock, the heart to race, and the hands to droop FROM overtaking us, and shackling us, BECAUSE WE KNOW *GOD* FIGHTS FOR US, and IS SOLE VICTOR against the conspirators, and their conspiracies against us! WITH *GOD*, we ARE enabled, enriched, endowed, enlightened, empowered, and encouraged, AND ARE ABLE to withstand all which comes against us! Thus FAITH IS PARAMOUNT in ANY moment of this day, and DOES LEAD us PAST what works to confuse, despair, deceive, and defeat us!!!

When troubles abound, and seem to close in on us, it is easy to forego FAITH, and FAITHFULNESS, as we rush to protect ourselves, and others, but that IS a snare into which we get trapped, BECAUSE we have SHIFTED RELIANCE from *GOD* to ourselves! FAITH is NOT easy to maintain at all times, because it is one of those things the evil one uses against us, and IS weakened when we hesitate a second to retain it!!!

Let us step into this week WITH *GOD*, and WITH the kind of FAITH that Abraham, Moses, Joshua, Elijah, David, Daniel, and all the way through to the Apostles, had, and UTILIZED TO their every comfort, protection, and gain, as well as, THE GLORY OF THE LORD *GOD*! Let us NOT waver in the face of what is common to the world; evil, wickedness, and all of what accompanies such! Let us PROVE our LOVE FOR *GOD* BY REMAINING IN HIM, even when it might seem the hardest thing we have ever done! I am no stranger to troubles, but day by day, my FAITH PROVES these troubles powerless enough to surpass them, THANKS BE TO THE LORD *GOD* ALMIGHTY WHO IS FAITHFUL TO THE FAITHFUL!!!

PRAISE BE TO THE LORD *GOD* ALMIGHTY every minute of this day HE HAS allotted for HIS own to come into TRUTH! Have a BLESSED day, and week, *GOD* WILLING! BLESS HIM, WORSHIP HIM, EXALT HIM, and REJOICE FOR HE HAS GIVEN us EVERY tool necessary TO make the journey through this tumultuous valley of deception, and despair! TRUST THE LORD with ALL you have and are! LOVE HIM with ALL you have and are, and LOVE others in the same way! PRAY, PRAY, PRAY, and move forward KNOWING WITH *GOD* ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE, and that HIS PROMISES ARE FULFILLED!!!
