HEAVENLY INCLINED...: THURSDAY: TOWERING TRUTH(S)...

Thanksgiving for the LORD's Favor

Psalms 138 (A Psalm of David)
1/ I will praise thee with my whole heart: before the gods will I sing praise unto thee.
2/ I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy loving-kindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.
3/ In the day when I cried thou answeredst me, and strengthenedst me with strength in my soul.
4/ All the kings of the earth shall praise thee, O LORD, when they hear the words of thy mouth.
5/ Yea, they shall sing in the ways of the LORD: for great is the glory of the LORD.
6/ Though the LORD be high, yet hath he respect unto the lowly: but the proud he knoweth afar off.
7/ Though I walk in the midst of trouble, thou wilt revive me: thou shalt stretch forth thine hand against the wrath of mine enemies, and thy right hand shall save me.
8/ The LORD will perfect that which concerneth me:
thy mercy, O LORD, endureth for ever: forsake not the works of thine own hands... AMEN!!!

One CANNOT earn GRACE, it is HIS own ESSENCE; a gift, still, IF one claims to be IN HIS GRACE, we ARE to, or, OUGHT to, be reflections of that GRACE! 2 CORINTHIANS 6:1, tells us not to take HIS GRACE in vain! This means, living in LOVE, morality, ethics, virtue, righteousness, and, spiritual improvement, TOWARDS, spiritual maturity, WHILE, visibly BEING as LIGHTS, beaming OF *GOD*, beckoning the world, TO THE LIGHT! Righteousness MEANS, conduct in conformity with *GOD'S* WILL, and, "Be HOLY because I AM HOLY!", therefore, indicating that knowledge, wisdom, and, effort, DO, apply TO the righteous!!! NEVER forget, we were grafted in, and, if we do not bear fruit, as a dead branch, we will be pruned out, just as were, the natural branches!!!

We are not saved by works, instead, works PROVE HIM in us: they identify HIS own...

IF I claim ONENESS with *GOD*, through CHRIST JESUS, I am DEAD TO THE WORLD, THUS, LIVING as HIM, which is, hopefully, witnessed IN, and, THROUGH, my every thought, action, and, reaction; MEANING, I am, THROUGH CONSCIOUS application OF THE WORD, HIS COMMANDS, HIS WILL, REFLECTING righteousness, not, merely, FAITH! I become, the TRULY FRUITFUL branch, of THE VINE, the TRUE member of THE BODY/THE CHURCH, CHRIST JESUS, and, TESTIFY, then, GLORIFY, BOLDLY, BY my thoughts, actions, and, reactions, HIS name, because, HE IS WORTHY, and, IN HIS LOVE, has SHOWN me, how I OUGHT to exist, to which, I eagerly, adapt, and, comply!!!

MATTHEW 5:48...
So be perfect, just as your heavenly Father is perfect

1 PETER 1:14-16...
14/ Like obedient children, do not act in compliance with the desires of your former ignorance
15/ but, as he who called you is holy, be holy yourselves in every aspect of your conduct,
16/ for it is written, "Be holy because I (am) holy."

ROMANS 12:2...
Do not conform yourselves to this age but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and pleasing and perfect.

Conduct, in conformity to *GOD'S* WILL, marks the righteous; it is NOT because of guilt, or, ancient Laws, but, because of LOVE; LOVE for *GOD*, self, then, others! CHRIST JESUS gave us Commandments to live by, of which, the first is to LOVE *GOD*, with all of your mind, heart, and, soul; the second is, to LOVE one another!

LOVE COMPELS us to LIVE IN HIM, through conduct which conforms to *GOD*; in other words, morality, ethics, doing good, and, being good, and, ever striving to improve the spirit! It is about REFLECTING THE TRUTH, for ALL to bear witness to, FOR, and, TO HIS GLORY, RADIANTLY SHINING OF HIS POWER, GRACE, and, MERCIES!!!

It IS ALL ABOUT LOVE, baby, all about LOVE!!!

MATTHEW 4: 17...From that time on, Jesus began to preach and say, "Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand."

JOHN 14:15..."If you love me, you will keep my commandments.

NOTE: I do not intend to preach, rather to reach; to stir up, awaken, to inspire, and, bring forth, in discussion, that which is, perhaps, dormantly existing in the heart of hearts, thus, little, or, no, sugar coatings, just THE WORD of *GOD*, the TRUTH, along with some of my thoughts. And truth is, I am reminding myself always, as I practice these reminders, in the best of my abilities, and capacities, while RELYING on THE LORD to lead me on that narrow PATH---> MATTHEW 7: 14: "For the gate is small and the way is narrow that leads to life, and there are few who find it... TO *GOD* BE ALL GLORY...

THURSDAY: TOWERING TRUTH(S)...

JOHN 3: 16-21...
16+++“For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life.
17+++“For God did not send the Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world might be saved through Him.
18+++“He who believes in Him is not judged; he who does not believe has been judged already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
19+++“This is the judgment, that the Light has come into the world, and men loved the darkness rather than the Light, for their deeds were evil.
20+++“For everyone who does evil hates the Light, and does not come to the Light for fear that his deeds will be exposed.
21+++“But he who practices the truth comes to the Light, so that his deeds may be manifested as having been wrought in God.”

In the beginning, *GOD* CREATED the HEAVENS, and the Earth, and filled them with all good things, then HE CREATED Man in HIS own image, that HE might share HIS CREATION with humanity, then HE placed Man as caretaker of all on Earth. Man had every good thing going for him, and PEACE filled his being; then, the ambitious, jealous enemy began his works, which saw the fall of Mankind, and the stepping back of *GOD*! HE removed Man from the SACRED Garden, and gave him the earth to toil over, and the sin of humanity was off, and running...

It wasn't long before the world was well populated, and that sin was rampant. The enemy never relents in his will to overtake the beings *GOD* made as HIS own; jealousy, and self-inclined pride are his motivation, as he is SURE he will rise above *GOD*, and rule all in existence. No, it wasn't long before *GOD* had had enough, and flooded the entire Earth, saving only Noah, and his Family, 8 in all, and the creatures who dwelt on the Earth in pairs. *GOD* was very sorrowful after HE had done this, and HE placed a bow in the sky to remind HIMSELF of this event, until the appointed DAY HE HAS SLATED when all against HIM will be eradicated forever...

Once again, it wasn't long before Mankind had populated the Earth, and sin increased, increased, and increased! Apparently, as *GOD* stated earlier after the flood, Man's heart is filled with evil from the onset, and therefore, HE would not destroy all living beings, and creatures. Instead, a PLAN was already in effect, which is one of length, that those humans who so choose, and desire to, can eventually, spend eternity with their *GOD*, even more abundantly than in the Garden which they first came into...

We CAN'T manage the journey through this time without HIM; ONLY HE CAN LEAD us through what INTENDS to KEEP us bound to what is going to be destroyed...

THE SOUL of Mankind IS what BELONGS to *GOD*, and IS the point of our existence. A physical, mortal body has NO life without the soul, and therefore, the soul matters greatly, not only to this time, but for what is yet to come...

Many humans cannot, do not, or choose not to consider the elevated worth of the soul, instead, IMAGINING that the mortal body takes precedence, and is imperative! To WHAT it is imperative? It, like the world itself, is short-lived, and after THE PLAN is wholly complete, there will be no mortal bodies to attach to, BUT THE SOUL will exist forever, EITHER WITH *GOD*, or beneath HIS feet, and in eternal agony!!!

OUT OF LOVE, *GOD* GAVE HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON to defeat the enemy, and to take away the sins of those who believe, and GIVE themselves to HIM; those who KNOW that the soul IS the TRUTH of their existence! OUT OF LOVE, HE SACRIFICED HIMSELF FOR our sakes, THAT those who choose HIM OVER what is of the world, what is of the flesh, might be reconciled TO HIM, and thus, SHARE with HIM, eternally, HIS GLORY! OUT OF LOVE, HE came to Earth, lowly, poor, and maltreated, to EXEMPLIFY THE FATHER'S WILL, and to PAVE THE WAY, through TRUTH, LIGHT, and LOVE FOR those who SEEK HIM!!!

Hence, in CHOOSING HIM OVER the world, and mortality, we DIE to the world IN HIM, THROUGH HIM, and FOR HIM; for the BLESSED PROMISE OF ETERNAL LIFE for the spirit, the soul, which IS THE TRUTH of our existence! We retrain the mind, thus, the heart, and we FOLLOW HIM to THE KINGDOM, JOYOUSLY KNOWING that we are heirs of a MUCH GREATER world than this!!!

AS we GROW FROM HIS PRESENCE in our lives, and our ALLEGIANCE TO HIM, we begin to take on HIS nature, and to PRODUCE worthiness FOR HIS GLORY, which SHINES as a beacon for others, for HE does NOT desire than ANY perish, and so, WE, as heirs of THE PROMISE, THROUGH GOOD WORKS OF THE HOLY SPIRIT, INSPIRE others to SEEK, and FIND HIM, WHILE there is time to do so! We ARE ONE WITH HIS WILL, though we CANNOT do it on our own, we ARE co-partners TO THE COVENANT OF PEACE, which MEANS we REFLECT ALL that HE IS, and EVERMORE SHALL BE!!!

FROM HIS LOVE, we LEARN TO LOVE as HE HAS LOVED, and while we will never be perfect in this realm, we are working towards perfection IN HIS NAME, FOR HIS GLORY, and the greater good of all, because LOVE IS THE HEART OF LIFE ETERNAL, and LOVE LEADS us in righteousness!!!

PRAISE, and BLESS THE LORD; WORSHIP HIS HOLINESS; HONOUR HIM in GOODNESS ALWAYS, and REJOICE IN HIS LOVE, and CARE for us, who are NOT worthy, SAVE for BY HIS GRACE, and MERCY, which HIS LOVE shares FREELY!!!
