Which I embrace gratefully;
Though my heart is heavy, tears I do cry,
For the many whom, this day, shall die,
At the hands of evil, those with no regard for YOU, nor YOUR WILL,
Those who have no respect for life at all, as their wickedness, does overspill...
So, I raise my tears, my agony, my voice to YOU,
As I TRUST that YOU will lead me through,
And assist me to move forward in YOUR HOLY NAME,
Despite the world around me, which is full of horrific shame;
Yes, I PRAY unto YOU, please give me understanding, and help me to be strong,
Before me, there is absurdity, and far too much of what is wrong...
Aid me, LORD *GOD*, that LOVE REMAINS undaunted by,
The sinister ones who roam the Earth, spreading destruction with their lie,
With their heartlessness, with their deceptive ways,
Empower me LORD, that I bring affection to others in these days;
Let me, somehow, in some way, lend HOPE to a world gone mad,
Let me, and others, exemplify what, in YOUR PROMISES, is by those who seek YOU, to be had...
YOU through the endless, and increasing hostility!
Teach us to be encouraged when all around us is destruction,
Show us THE WAY, that we are busy in production
Of good works, amidst those which are not,
LORD, keep us from being, into the vacuum of despair, caught...
I THANK YOU LORD, for ALL YOU ARE, and ALL YOU DO,
I am GLAD that I KNOW at least one thing is right, and true!
Use those of us who are willing to present YOU in this hour,
Fill us with YOUR MIGHT, and HOLY POWER,
That as LIGHT, we might, all over the globe, diminish in part, the damage done,
Mobilize us, *GOD*, that all witness YOUR GLORY, and that we inspire, even but one...
BLESS YOU for hearing me, and for answering my PRAYER,
PRAISE YOU, LORD, for being everywhere!
I WORSHIP YOUR HOLINESS, I REJOICE in YOUR LOVING CARE,
Let me HONOUR YOU, by placing in me, YOUR benefits, to share!
In the name of CHRIST JESUS, I go on reassured, and confident,
Because I BELIEVE that YOUR LOVE, and GOODNESS, ABOVE ALL else, REMAINS FOREVER, PURE, and PROMINENT,
I TRUST that YOUR GRACE is, sufficient!!!
