Thanksgiving for the LORD's Favor

Psalms 138 (A Psalm of David)
1/ I will praise thee with my whole heart: before the gods will I sing praise unto thee.
2/ I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy loving-kindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.
3/ In the day when I cried thou answeredst me, and strengthenedst me with strength in my soul.
4/ All the kings of the earth shall praise thee, O LORD, when they hear the words of thy mouth.
5/ Yea, they shall sing in the ways of the LORD: for great is the glory of the LORD.
6/ Though the LORD be high, yet hath he respect unto the lowly: but the proud he knoweth afar off.
7/ Though I walk in the midst of trouble, thou wilt revive me: thou shalt stretch forth thine hand against the wrath of mine enemies, and thy right hand shall save me.
8/ The LORD will perfect that which concerneth me:
thy mercy, O LORD, endureth for ever: forsake not the works of thine own hands... AMEN!!!

One CANNOT earn GRACE, it is HIS own ESSENCE; a gift, still, IF one claims to be IN HIS GRACE, we ARE to, or, OUGHT to, be reflections of that GRACE! 2 CORINTHIANS 6:1, tells us not to take HIS GRACE in vain! This means, living in LOVE, morality, ethics, virtue, righteousness, and, spiritual improvement, TOWARDS, spiritual maturity, WHILE, visibly BEING as LIGHTS, beaming OF *GOD*, beckoning the world, TO THE LIGHT! Righteousness MEANS, conduct in conformity with *GOD'S* WILL, and, "Be HOLY because I AM HOLY!", therefore, indicating that knowledge, wisdom, and, effort, DO, apply TO the righteous!!! NEVER forget, we were grafted in, and, if we do not bear fruit, as a dead branch, we will be pruned out, just as were, the natural branches!!!

We are not saved by works, instead, works PROVE HIM in us: they identify HIS own...

IF I claim ONENESS with *GOD*, through CHRIST JESUS, I am DEAD TO THE WORLD, THUS, LIVING as HIM, which is, hopefully, witnessed IN, and, THROUGH, my every thought, action, and, reaction; MEANING, I am, THROUGH CONSCIOUS application OF THE WORD, HIS COMMANDS, HIS WILL, REFLECTING righteousness, not, merely, FAITH! I become, the TRULY FRUITFUL branch, of THE VINE, the TRUE member of THE BODY/THE CHURCH, CHRIST JESUS, and, TESTIFY, then, GLORIFY, BOLDLY, BY my thoughts, actions, and, reactions, HIS name, because, HE IS WORTHY, and, IN HIS LOVE, has SHOWN me, how I OUGHT to exist, to which, I eagerly, adapt, and, comply!!!

MATTHEW 5:48...
So be perfect, just as your heavenly Father is perfect

1 PETER 1:14-16...
14/ Like obedient children, do not act in compliance with the desires of your former ignorance
15/ but, as he who called you is holy, be holy yourselves in every aspect of your conduct,
16/ for it is written, "Be holy because I (am) holy."

ROMANS 12:2...
Do not conform yourselves to this age but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and pleasing and perfect.

Conduct, in conformity to *GOD'S* WILL, marks the righteous; it is NOT because of guilt, or, ancient Laws, but, because of LOVE; LOVE for *GOD*, self, then, others! CHRIST JESUS gave us Commandments to live by, of which, the first is to LOVE *GOD*, with all of your mind, heart, and, soul; the second is, to LOVE one another!

LOVE COMPELS us to LIVE IN HIM, through conduct which conforms to *GOD*; in other words, morality, ethics, doing good, and, being good, and, ever striving to improve the spirit! It is about REFLECTING THE TRUTH, for ALL to bear witness to, FOR, and, TO HIS GLORY, RADIANTLY SHINING OF HIS POWER, GRACE, and, MERCIES!!!

It IS ALL ABOUT LOVE, baby, all about LOVE!!!

MATTHEW 4: 17...From that time on, Jesus began to preach and say, "Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand."

JOHN 14:15..."If you love me, you will keep my commandments.

NOTE: I do not intend to preach, rather to reach; to stir up, awaken, to inspire, and, bring forth, in discussion, that which is, perhaps, dormantly existing in the heart of hearts, thus, little, or, no, sugar coatings, just THE WORD of *GOD*, the TRUTH, along with some of my thoughts. And truth is, I am reminding myself always, as I practice these reminders, in the best of my abilities, and capacities, while RELYING on THE LORD to lead me on that narrow PATH---> MATTHEW 7: 14: "For the gate is small and the way is narrow that leads to life, and there are few who find it... TO *GOD* BE ALL GLORY...

DR. MARTIN LUTHER KING JR: THE MESSAGE OF REDEMPTIVE LOVE...

It is a day of remembering Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., who brought forth a vision of UNITY in the community of CHRIST JESUS, one void of prejudice, bias, hatred, and other negatives. That vision was premised on LOVE; that very LOVE *GOD* COMMANDS us to live in, which heals this fallen world...

Dr. King made great strides in the turbulent seas of hatred, and he would be greatly saddened by the way things have become in this late hour, indeed!!!

Instead of MLK'S Dream Inspiring more like him to SEE the SENSE in THE LAW of *GOD*, and whom WORK towards that LOVE being integrated into society, we find more, and more following the ill-fated workers of inequality, injustice, and those negatives which hinder the Children of *GOD*, as well as the whole world! We see people following leaders who incite, who lead according to worldly ways, and who leave a very clear distinction of our differences!!!

Dr. King was not a perfect Man, WHO is?, yet his 'Dream' reawakened the greatest message of all time; the IMPERATIVE NEED of LOVE, THAT our differences DON'T wash us away in the turbulent tides of the seas of destruction, which is kept chaotic BY the enemy, and his every intent to take souls from their rightful inheritance, and their LORD!!!

Day by day, LOVE is challenged, it is denied, it is cast aside for the sake of dissension, as the PRIDE of Mankind HAS to be right, HAS to prove it's worth, and HAS to fit in! ALL which is negatively grounded IS of the enemy, and therefore IS against THE LORD, and HIS WILL! IF more leaders of THE CHURCH would teach THE TRUTH, and STAND IN SAID TRUTH, there would be less deception, and far less NEED for PRIDE to air, because IN *GOD*, and IN LOVE, EQUALITY IS INBRED, and does NOT need to be proven, for it IS natural to THE KINGDOM!!!

As THE LORD is impartial, SO IS LOVE, and those OF LOVE! We are TAUGHT through HIS WORD, and THE HOLY SPIRIT, many times over, the necessity of impartiality, still, it is ignored, pushed away, hidden, or misconstrued THAT the PRIDE of humanity can express itself! It is a SNARE, and it is dangerous, not only in this time, but TO the souls who would find eternal rest, and PEACE IN THE KINGDOM!!!

Many aspects of our CHURCH have been twisted by the times, as if they could be! It is a sign of the times, and PROVES the heart of each!!!

UNTIL each person proclaiming CHRIST JESUS as their LORD *GOD*, and SAVIOUR RECOGNIZES, and STEPS INTO the LOVE HE BIDS of us, THE CHURCH WILL suffer, as well as the whole of life on this Earth, for as Dr. King has shown, THE POWER OF LOVE IS REDEMPTIVE in EVERY feasible way, and IS that which BRINGS HEAVEN to Earth, NOW, and FOREVER...

Those who are using King's message to incite, and to mislead ARE going to answer to THE LORD, and ARE leading too many right to the very slide which they HOPE is eradicated through their proclamation of CHRIST as their LORD!!!

It is a VERY difficult matter to lead people past themselves, and when CHURCH leaders are as swept away by PRIDE as the people they are leading, the future holds a LOT of work to be done in *GOD'S* name! Instead of raising one another UP, there is trend to take each other down, and THIS is NOT a sign of THE HOLY SPIRITS work, instead of the enemy!!!

Would that CHURCH leaders would expend time in preparing young people to pattern themselves after those who have left the message of LOVE, such as the Apostles, Disciples, and certain leaders like Dr. King, THAT there is a REVIVAL FOR THE GLORY OF THE LORD, and NOT the incited, violent, fiery hatred between the very people who claim to be heirs of THE KINGDOM!!!

THE LORD HAS sent particular leaders to certain times to REITERATE the TEACHINGS, and EXAMPLE OF CHRIST JESUS, BECAUSE HE LOVES us so! Time after time, we hear without hearing, and then, we have worse problems than before, as some USE these examples to mislead, to incite, to further the gaps in THE CHURCH, which SHOULD NOT exist at all, but DO, as we are led farther from LOVE than before!!

On this day of honouring a Man whose vision of LOVE held great impact in the world, NOT so long ago, let us DIG DEEPER into this LOVE which *GOD* COMMANDS of us, and let us take note of LOVES TOTALLY REDEEMING POWERS; FOR *GOD'S* GLORY, and the greater GOOD of all! WITHOUT LOVE there is NO LIFE eternal; there is NO PEACE; there is NOTHING but delusion, despair, dissension, and then, disregard: CLEAR opposition TO THE LORD!!!

It is like this: *GOD*, and ALL in CREATION KNOW that we can hate, but HE is URGING us to SHOW that we CAN LOVE! It is SO easy to hate, which PROVES it is NOT of *GOD*; do you see???

IF we are Children of LIGHT, we are naturally Children of LOVE, for *GOD* IS LIGHT, *GOD* IS LOVE, therefore it stands to reason that LIGHT IS LOVE, and ONLY LIGHT can cut through, and eradicate the darkness which chains souls to itself...

If we don't care about those lost, and chained to this world, then we are NOT of LIGHT, and NOT of LOVE, and most definitely NOT of *GOD*! For the REDEMPTION of the world has HE brought forth HIS SON, then, FRUITS OF THE SPIRIT in us, HIS Children, TO WORK ACCORDING to HIS WILL, borne OF LOVE, that MORE will be saved than not! WE ARE HIS CO-PARTNERS IN THE SPIRIT FOR HIS GLORY to SHINE in this dim world, and the GOOD of others, which is brought to perfection IN LOVE, BY LOVE, THROUGH LOVE, FOR LOVE!!!
