HEAVENLY INCLINED...: THINKING OUT LOUD...

Thanksgiving for the LORD's Favor

Psalms 138 (A Psalm of David)
1/ I will praise thee with my whole heart: before the gods will I sing praise unto thee.
2/ I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy loving-kindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.
3/ In the day when I cried thou answeredst me, and strengthenedst me with strength in my soul.
4/ All the kings of the earth shall praise thee, O LORD, when they hear the words of thy mouth.
5/ Yea, they shall sing in the ways of the LORD: for great is the glory of the LORD.
6/ Though the LORD be high, yet hath he respect unto the lowly: but the proud he knoweth afar off.
7/ Though I walk in the midst of trouble, thou wilt revive me: thou shalt stretch forth thine hand against the wrath of mine enemies, and thy right hand shall save me.
8/ The LORD will perfect that which concerneth me:
thy mercy, O LORD, endureth for ever: forsake not the works of thine own hands... AMEN!!!

One CANNOT earn GRACE, it is HIS own ESSENCE; a gift, still, IF one claims to be IN HIS GRACE, we ARE to, or, OUGHT to, be reflections of that GRACE! 2 CORINTHIANS 6:1, tells us not to take HIS GRACE in vain! This means, living in LOVE, morality, ethics, virtue, righteousness, and, spiritual improvement, TOWARDS, spiritual maturity, WHILE, visibly BEING as LIGHTS, beaming OF *GOD*, beckoning the world, TO THE LIGHT! Righteousness MEANS, conduct in conformity with *GOD'S* WILL, and, "Be HOLY because I AM HOLY!", therefore, indicating that knowledge, wisdom, and, effort, DO, apply TO the righteous!!! NEVER forget, we were grafted in, and, if we do not bear fruit, as a dead branch, we will be pruned out, just as were, the natural branches!!!

We are not saved by works, instead, works PROVE HIM in us: they identify HIS own...

IF I claim ONENESS with *GOD*, through CHRIST JESUS, I am DEAD TO THE WORLD, THUS, LIVING as HIM, which is, hopefully, witnessed IN, and, THROUGH, my every thought, action, and, reaction; MEANING, I am, THROUGH CONSCIOUS application OF THE WORD, HIS COMMANDS, HIS WILL, REFLECTING righteousness, not, merely, FAITH! I become, the TRULY FRUITFUL branch, of THE VINE, the TRUE member of THE BODY/THE CHURCH, CHRIST JESUS, and, TESTIFY, then, GLORIFY, BOLDLY, BY my thoughts, actions, and, reactions, HIS name, because, HE IS WORTHY, and, IN HIS LOVE, has SHOWN me, how I OUGHT to exist, to which, I eagerly, adapt, and, comply!!!

MATTHEW 5:48...
So be perfect, just as your heavenly Father is perfect

1 PETER 1:14-16...
14/ Like obedient children, do not act in compliance with the desires of your former ignorance
15/ but, as he who called you is holy, be holy yourselves in every aspect of your conduct,
16/ for it is written, "Be holy because I (am) holy."

ROMANS 12:2...
Do not conform yourselves to this age but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and pleasing and perfect.

Conduct, in conformity to *GOD'S* WILL, marks the righteous; it is NOT because of guilt, or, ancient Laws, but, because of LOVE; LOVE for *GOD*, self, then, others! CHRIST JESUS gave us Commandments to live by, of which, the first is to LOVE *GOD*, with all of your mind, heart, and, soul; the second is, to LOVE one another!

LOVE COMPELS us to LIVE IN HIM, through conduct which conforms to *GOD*; in other words, morality, ethics, doing good, and, being good, and, ever striving to improve the spirit! It is about REFLECTING THE TRUTH, for ALL to bear witness to, FOR, and, TO HIS GLORY, RADIANTLY SHINING OF HIS POWER, GRACE, and, MERCIES!!!

It IS ALL ABOUT LOVE, baby, all about LOVE!!!

MATTHEW 4: 17...From that time on, Jesus began to preach and say, "Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand."

JOHN 14:15..."If you love me, you will keep my commandments.

NOTE: I do not intend to preach, rather to reach; to stir up, awaken, to inspire, and, bring forth, in discussion, that which is, perhaps, dormantly existing in the heart of hearts, thus, little, or, no, sugar coatings, just THE WORD of *GOD*, the TRUTH, along with some of my thoughts. And truth is, I am reminding myself always, as I practice these reminders, in the best of my abilities, and capacities, while RELYING on THE LORD to lead me on that narrow PATH---> MATTHEW 7: 14: "For the gate is small and the way is narrow that leads to life, and there are few who find it... TO *GOD* BE ALL GLORY...

THINKING OUT LOUD...

One can kill a human body, but one cannot kill a soul, which IS the REALITY of our existence, NOT the physical body, and which, ONLY THE LORD can determine the soul's eternal status.

Not only this, but when a human body is killed for believing in THE LORD, that slain person's soul is elevated, and sees the GLORY OF *GOD*, therefore, ironically, the killing of a human body IS futile, when trying to eradicate those who believe in *GOD*!!!

LIFE does not begin until the human body is gone, and/or until the world is being JUDGED BY IT'S CREATOR, when evil is condemned eternally! Life in the now is but an exodus, and like a proving ground FOR the eternal dwelling place of the soul! *GOD* FAVOURS the afflicted, the needy, the downcast, the downtrodden, the persecuted, and on the list of those suffering goes, and so, no matter what fate the body meets in this world, those HE FAVOURS WILL have HIGH places in HEAVEN, for the greatest are the least, and the least are the greatest, so it is written, so it shall be...

One can attempt to sway a person's devotion, but those who LOVE THE LORD, CANNOT be swayed, and even if they are forbidden to WORSHIP HIM, no one can stop what is in their hearts, hence, it is futile to demand that someone change their choice of WORSHIP, because *GOD* peers into the hearts of humanity, and IF one is aligned TO HIM, NOTHING in this world can prevent this TRUTH!!!

Most of the world's power plays have NO REAL sense in them, because they are worldly bound, and are temporal, but with *GOD*, POWER IS ETERNAL, and NOTHING in this world can alter what is OF HIM, FOR HIM, and HIS! So, no matter what, the battles over religion are vain, senseless, and falsely empowered, because NO ONE can defeat *GOD*, or what is OF HIM!!!

We are not here to CONVINCE anyone to WORSHIP *GOD*, instead to INVITE them to, and to open the doors to KNOWING HIM, and understanding HIS WILL! We are not here to DEMAND that anyone FOLLOW THE LORD, instead to encourage others to, FOR their own end gain, and good, and HIS GLORY! THE LORD doesn't command HIS people to FORCE anyone to believe in HIM, because HE ALREADY KNOWS who will, and who won't, instead, we are to enthuse others through a series of spoken words, good deeds, and righteous living, that is AS EXAMPLES, for the sake of stimulating enough interest to spark the heart to seek HIM, and then, to assist thereafter, that the acceptance of HIM is done sincerely, and knowledgeably! I REALLY DOUBT that ANY religion is geared to FORCE people to believe, but many of most religions have taken it upon themselves to do so!!!

CURIOUS is the habit of desire to sway people from whatever; it is not limited to religion, it spans through life itself! People are most happy when they can influence one to their ways, right or wrong! This is a prideful, and vain characteristic, and where religion is concerned, creates enmity with THE LORD, because pride, and vanity are to be exchanged for more humble characteristics, and behaviours! The world over, there are those who are BARELY knowledgeable in certain matters, such as religion, whom have taken what they want to believe, or think they believe, and try to demand that others subscribe to the same, and oft times, they are just as wrong as wrong can be, yet, they WON'T take the time to discover the WHOLE of what they are pushing, instead, they stop at one point, and MAKE that their Doctrine...

The point is, LOGICALLY, no matter what, one CANNOT force anyone to do what they don't want to do, don't believe in, and don't like, SO WHERE IS the basis for all of the senselessness of demanding that others do this, or that, or else???

Oh, that we could clear our minds, and hearts enough to THINK before we speak, act, or react! That we could KNOW HONESTLY, and FULLY, that which we would force others to ascribe to! That we would LEARN TO LOVE as IS the COMMAND of *GOD*, that all of the absurdities, irrationalities, impracticalities, and absolute madness would end!!!

TIME IS PRECIOUS, over which *GOD* IS LORD, and it goes by FAR TOO fast for anyone to face the kind of suffering that TOO many create for others! A WISE person KNOWS that what they devise, conspire, and plot against others will come back upon their own heads, and SO, WHERE IN THE HAIL IS THE LOGIC in all the wrong done purposely to others???

For EVERYTHING we think, say, and do there IS a price, either BLESSINGS or CURSES, and SO, to THINK long, and hard BEFOREHAND, IS the wisest thing we can do...

BLESS THE LORD! PRAISE HIM ALWAYS! WORSHIP HIS HOLINESS! REJOICE IN HIS LOVING CARE OF us, and BE THANKFUL FOR HIS PRESENCE in our lives! EXALT HIM! HONOUR HIM with UNSHAKABLE FAITH, COURAGE, STRENGTH, and TRUST IN HIM! LOVE NO MATTER WHAT! PRAY WITH ALL YOUR BEING! WAIT ON THE LORD, WHO IS our ROCK, our FORTRESS, our DELIVERER, our SALVATION, and KEEP thoughts on THAT ABOVE! *GOD* BLESS, and BE with us ALL! OXOXOXO
