THE HOLY BIBLE, BOOK OF BOOKS...

I don't think one can effectually approach, or read THE BIBLE as they do a textbook, a novel, or any specific literary work, for it is the VOICE, and WILL of THE LORD *GOD* ALMIGHTY, having SUPERNATURAL qualities, which will inspire those whom approach it with respect, regard, an open mind, and a willing, sincere heart...

From the first page, to the last page, finds THE *GODHEAD* working a PLAN to rescue HIS people from the world, from the enemy, from themselves! CHRIST JESUS IS THE promulgation of said PLAN, GRACE, and MERCY, and IS visible from beginning to end!!!

HIS WORD IS ALIVE within the pages, and IS able to change us, to cleanse us, to heal us, to comfort us, to guide us, and to improve our beings, overall lives, and bring us to THE TRUTH, THE LIGHT, THE WAY!

THE BIBLE is comprised of most literary forms, symbolism, clear instructions, parables, historically imperative lessons, and well, IS THE BOOK for WISDOM, KNOWLEDGE, UNDERSTANDING, that our allegiance to HIM is grounded, and sanctified, as it leads us to SACRED ability to stand before HIM, humbled, and acknowledgeable  of HIS LORDSHIP OVER ALL, and EVERYTHING....

There are thousands of BIBLES, in hundreds of languages. Some of these translations have omitted certain passages, some have reworked passages, some have added gender friendly passages, and on the working of THE WORD goes! It is favourable to find one which is as closely revised according to the ancient Hebrew, Aramaic, and Greek manuscripts! There is much division concerning which BIBLE is the closest to THE WORD of *GOD*, even though, basically, all are related, save for those that have omitted, or added, which I won't go into, but we KNOW is not right! Today, a Pastor can create their 'own' version for their Church, which I don't agree with at all, but who am I???

I, for the most part, believe that we 'find' a translation which speaks to us; I have read many translations, and have more than a few nearby, in which case,  there is only one which speaks to me, over and over again; so perhaps, just maybe, it is an unique experience in finding the right one! Of course, one has to be wary, and should keep in mind that we are seeking to find what is closely related to ancient manuscripts...

THE WORD is difficult reading at the onset, yet the MORE it is read, the more it is studied, the more it is devoured, digested, and understood, the more pristine it's intent, instruction, and necessity, becomes! It is a lifetime commitment to gaining what knowledge exists within THE BIBLE; a few readings is never enough, for many reasons, but one which is, as is written in JAMES 1, we are like one who looks at his face in a mirror, for once he has looked at himself, and gone away, he has immediately, forgotten what kind of person he was.! This applies to our role of living in THE WORD as well...

THE WORD OF *GOD* is amazingly endowed, and enriched; it is no easy task to grasp it, completely, yet, it isn't as complex as we make it to be, either, for HIS WILL IS CLEARLY depicted, along with all necessary to fulfillment! It IS simplistic for those SEEKING HIM, yet IS vague to the rest, which is for SOUND reason of HIS own. IF you are seeking HIM, sincerely, and it still seems vague to you, keep reading, keep exploring, keep at it, HE WILL SPEAK TO YOU in HIS own time, and way...

Fascinating are the endless messages, illustrations, symbolic directives, principles, decrees, ordinances, inspirations, and enlightening which THE WORD provides for HIS people! Many people loathe THE OLD TESTAMENT, because of HIS WRATH against HIS people, but for real, time, and again, those people invoked HIS WRATH with their awful attitudes, choices, and downright defiance, EVEN though HE was WITH them, giving them signs, wonders, freedom, instructions, and so forth! Humanity has chosen it's path since the beginning, and it is, generally, AGAINST THE LORD, which it has chosen to go, in order for it's desires, passions, pride, and other egocentric wants to be satiated! To LOVE *GOD* is to become selfless, and so, as we study, more, more, and more, we SEE ALL HE is telling us, via these examples, which IS for our own good, safety, and well-being! THE OLD TESTAMENT is a vault of wisdom, knowledge, and understanding, it is!!!

Incomplete are the messages we hear from the world, and while they may, or may not be fully aligned, ALL the messages contained in THE WORD, work TOGETHER, as ONE to LEAD US THROUGH THE VALLEY, and TO HIS THRONE, to our advantage, and FOR HIS GLORY, as we BECOME the reflection of HIS WILL!!!
