Despite the emptiness of the house without my furry Friend, we have been keeping busy. I have accepted the fact that she was quite old; 18 yrs. = 126 animal years! Who knew that an animal could fill up a home with so much LOVE that without her, it is oddly quiet, and empty? That is how powerful LOVE is; she just filled the space with it, and *GOD* fills us WAY more than that!!!
Yesterday we did the zoo, which was packed! I got almost the same exact shot of a giraffe lying down! Quite a walk, and I got some colour, finally! They have made some great improvements at the zoo, and additions, including one of my favourites, giraffes! Over 900 School-aged Children, and their Teachers, entered the zoo in one hours time, not to mention the scores of Mothers with their young ones! It was just brimming with people representing all ages, nationalities, and other such! About 2 1/2 hours to walk most of it, though, we didn't do the Arctic Zone! Tuesday was spent in a quaint little historically preserved town, complete with a replica historical town built into a great park, with babbling brooks, and about 75 stairs leading to downtown, where we had lunch, then walked through town. Getting some exercise, and sun! Today I am relaxing, though I did spend some time in the sun, then, Friday, heading to the beach!!!
Next month we are heading up North for a 3 day mini-cation at a popular resort, with about half the clan! There should be at least 150 people doing this trip...
We ARE having absolutely PERFECT weather this far! It is simply, gorgeous, and nice! It has been SO long since we had a June like this, and I am not only grateful, I feel BLESSED! Well, I feel BLESSED ALL the time, but particularly right now! THANK YOU LORD! Beginning Sunday, the humid, and hot weather returns, according to the 4casts, so yah, we have been BLESSED!!!
Just couldn't resist this image:))) Though, I would like to say that IF you have a computer, a desk, a heat lamp, and whatever else it takes to MAKE for some vacation time, you are not exactly poor:))) SO many people feel if they can't afford to go to paradise, they are poverty stricken! NOT SO! Paradise has it's many sets of problems too, and the locals are often, way more impoverished than need be, considering the amount of money flowing around them. Just saying...
Well, just wanted to say hello, and wish you a most BLESSED day/night, with ALL my LOVE! *GOD* BLESS, and BE with us, and may we HONOUR HIM with GOODNESS, with PRAISE, with WORSHIP, with EXALTATION of HIS HOLY name, and be grateful always, for HIS presence in our lives! Take care, and here's looking at ya:)))

If we can't find enjoyment, and something to be grateful for in every day, we are not attuned to THE LORD!!!
