HONOURING *GOD* & HIS GRACE: BEING PROACTIVE...

So, some say that I can do ANYTHING I want to do, as a Child of *GOD*, and I am yet in a solid relationship with HIM? I can go out, and get wasted on crack, heroin, or any other substance every day? I can party all the time? I can waste my life doing things that have NO merit? I can be as promiscuous as my body desires? I can deliberately harm people, or hurt them? I can live the way my carnal, fleshy self wants to??? PLEASE, GIVE ME A BREAK!!!

I believe that certain people are having a most difficult time with their sins, and that *GOD* WILL bring them around, but, I DO NOT believe that a Called one can do ANYTHING they want, as they are NOT reflecting CHRIST in doing so! HE who is PURE, CHASTE, HOLY; HE whom bids that I BE HOLY AS HE IS HOLY; HE whom says that I am dead to the world, and alive IN HIM; HE whose EXAMPLE, and WILL I am to carry forth in, and on it goes!!!

LOVE says that I WON'T continue in the flesh, in the egocentric self, because to do so, is NOT of LOVE, it is of the world! LOVE leads me to KNOW what is right, just, and good, not only for HIS GLORY, but for my own well-being, thus, the well-being of those in my life, and in my path! LOVE teaches me the greatness of self-control, and refusal to be bound to what would put me at the top of a very steep, and slippery incline, placed strategically by the enemy! LOVE means I LOVE with ALL my being; first THE LORD *GOD*, self, and others! LOVE has me EXEMPLIFYING LOVE!!!

Frankly, I am amazed that SO many people bite into the ideology that promotes more wrongs! IF I HAVE TAKEN CHRIST AS MY SAVIOUR I AM A NEW BEING, body, mind, heart, and spirit!!!

It ISN'T a matter of MY works, alone, it is a matter of my FAITH working VISIBLY; a matter of my FIDELITY, and FAITHFULNESS TO THE LORD *GOD*, HIS WILL, and WAYS! FAITH is the beginning, it is NOT passive, it is PROACTIVELY BEING INVOLVED IN HIS WILL!!!

I am not trying to prove anything to the world, I am taking on THE SPIRIT, which works through me, in me, and around me, FOR HIS GLORY! I have relinquished my dependency on the world, TO HIM, in whom I TRUST, and RELY to LEAD me where HE WILL have me to be!!!

When we are wasted, lusty, greedy, full of pride, arrogance, and other worldly behaviours, just HOW are we reflecting THE LORD? HOW? It doesn't make one bit of logical sense! Granted, as I said, there are those who are at war within, and are struggling minute by minute, almost possessed by what they struggle with, and IF they are sincere in heart, with a desire to overcome, THE LORD WILL HELP THEM OVERCOME, however, those that claim HIM, and purposely continue to be slaves to their desires, instead of serving HIM, are in danger...

SO MUCH SCRIPTURE POINTS to THE WAY, and ALL of it says that we are to conform in conduct TO HIS WILL, which is repenting, and having a new heart towards what is against HIM!!!

When people don't comply with HIS WILL, it is the same thing as a Spouse telling their Spouse that they LOVE them, but, they CHOOSE to engage in extramarital relations, because they NEED to; they just CAN'T give it up, and you KNOW HE uses Marriage as an example, often, because the very people HE LOVES find it difficult to be FAITHFUL, or, they are defiant to HIS WILL...

For ME, it doesn't matter if a human, be that a Pastor, or whomever, tells me that I CAN do what is wrong, and end up right, because I am NOT tempted like that! But for others, especially those who are not knowledgeable, or understanding, this IS A HUGE TEMPTATION for them, and so, I would have to say, it IS the same as placing a stumbling block before them, BECAUSE they WANT to continue in, or do these things, and someone who is supposedly informed, and knowledgeable has told them, it is alright to!!!

The wrongs we do, sin, or errs, are like dominoes, there is always another wrong to follow...
