THANKING THE LORD, JUST DOESN'T SEEM ENOUGH...

CHRIST JESUS, our LORD, and, SAVIOUR, endured MUCH in HIS short time on Earth! Not only in the later days, but, throughout HIS Ministering to the people! Many times, HE was compelled to find a private place, where HE wept, sobbed, and, PRAYED like we will never be able to imitate! HE was moved to tears, to compassion, pity, and, more, as HE walked amongst the people HE so LOVED! Little of HIS life as a Man, was pleasant, but, HE KNEW HIS mission, since before CREATION, and, with ALL HE could muster from the depths of HOLINESS, HE endured, persevered, tolerated, anguished over, and, suffered for! HIS LOVE is that DEEP, that committed, that wonderful!!!

NEVER can I forget the suffering HE endured for me, for you, for whomever! HE was imprisoned, beaten with whips that had things attached to them, which, tore, and, gouged, the flesh, HE was dehydrated, tortured, ridiculed, spat upon, and worse! THEN, HE had more to face, as HE was dragged to a horrific place, to be crucified!!!

WHO could ever LOVE this much? WHO could ever be so compassionate about others? WHO could even consider such suffering, especially, for society's so far away from reality???

And, through it all, HE remained HOLY, pure, undefiled, and, full of LOVE! HE even cried out before HIS demise, "FATHER, forgive them, for they know not what they do!" And, HE was, and, is, right; we do not know what we do...

I don't need a special time to reflect upon HIM, for, HIS pain is as etched in my spirit, and, serves as a guide to what I must endure, which, is nothing in comparison! I am glad I wasn't there, during those times, because, I would have fought with my being, in any way possible, to stop them from hurting HIM! I HATE suffering, especially, when those suffering are beautiful, gentle, kind, caring, and, good souls! Of course, *GOD'S* WILL HAS TO BE DONE, and so, *GOD* would have found a way for me to be removed from the area:)))

So, what can I do? I can HONOUR HIM, in every way feasible, for the rest of my life, as a means of thanks, and, gratitude, but mostly, as a means of LOVE for HIM, and, total awe of HIS willingness to die for me, for you, for us all!!!

I can serve HIM, and, humanity. I can study HIS nature, and, strive to become MORE like HIM. I can BE good, and, DO good. I can live in LOVE, PEACE, and, HARMONY, no matter what. I can BE the BEST me, I can be, according to DIVINE PURPOSE, and, WILL. I can forgo the world, and, live for HIM, in every breath, and, manner, possible. I can PRAISE HIM, WORSHIP HIM, GLORIFY HIM, and, walk the walk of righteousness, to reflect HIM to all in my path. Such actions, are NOT enough, but alas, HOW else could one HOPE to HONOUR such PERFECTION, such LOVE, and, such BEAUTY?!?
